🍷Spanish Wine 🇪🇸 🍷Bodega Lanzaga Lanzaga Rioja 2018 $278讲到西班牙酒，又点少得Rioja！有「拓荒酿酒师」之称嘅传奇酿酒师Telmo Rodriguez致力推广西班牙原生品种，经常开发鲜为人知嘅地区，酿造出品质优异、风格罕见嘅葡萄酒。Lanzaga系列红酒选用嘅葡萄均来自于Lanciego清凉气候带嘅有机葡萄园中嘅灌木型（Bush）葡萄树。呢支Bodega Lanzaga Lanzaga Rioja 2018以Tempranillo、Graciano、Garnacha混酿，喺唔同大细嘅木桶陈年14个月，有著花香、莓、腌肉、辛辣、矿物等复杂嘅香味，单宁细滑，系一款非常优雅嘅美酒。🍷Hacienda Solano Vinas Viejas 2019 $298另一枝Hacienda Solano嘅Tempranillo酿出风格优雅、果味突出嘅红酒，同传统西班牙Ribera del Duero强劲风格、口感扎实嘅高品质Tempranillo红酒相反。Hacienda Solano由明星酿酒师兼名庄Pingus创办人Peter Sisseck创立，呢个有机酒庄有著区内部分最好、最老嘅葡萄园，原本只卖葡萄畀Vega Sicilia同Emilio Moro酒庄，直至2016年先开始酿酒。呢支Hacienda Solano Vinas Viejas 2019以Tempranillo为主，混酿些少Albillo，芬芳嘅花香伴随著丝丝嘅黑果同辛辣味道。可以即时饮用，亦具10年嘅陈年潜质。

以前已经系到帮衬，呢度D人都好nice，所以我间中都会系呢度买，旧店长已调去另一铺，都有去过帮衬😉😉😜😜而家新店长又系超nice，又系以前我系尖沙咀买开个店长𨍭左过黎，甘当然要去撑佢场啦，其实有时去边间舖都系甘买，点解D人会专登去揾反个sales买，咪就系佢地对人既服务同诚意，作为服务性行业，就算几衰既客都要应付，见佢对每个客人都好好👍👍👍当然我系一个好客人，我真系无论去食嘢，买嘢，都无乜人吴中意我，（随左IFC果间🐶👀看人低之外😅😅)新店长佢除左有好专业知识之外，人又nice又有礼貌，仲会好识得帮我拣酒，又平又靓又好饮，最更要系佢会记住每一个客人饮D咩酒✌️✌️✌️✌️😊😊所以我都会继续支持佢😉😉
