今日去食晏,打开个菜牌发觉唔同,以前有相片,依家剩得字,仲少一菜式,好似菜煨面同鸡煨面咁,问个侍应,佢话夜晚就冇o架啦!依家晏昼可以特别帮我做,哗!咁隆重,都系唔要啰!仲有就系大部份菜式都加价,粗略估计起码加两成,真犀利。叫了个虾仁蛋炒饭,灌汤生煎包同蟹粉小笼包,首先讲个饭,以前炒得好干身同好好味,今次真系差好远,饭唔够干身,虾好细只,最差系冇味道,要揾坐低便有餐前小食辣萝卜,仲要成78蚊,茶餐厅都好过佢多多声,真冇瘾;蟹粉小笼包一般喇,有5只,但其中一只好似冇乜蟹粉㖞!仲有皮比较厚;生煎包好似都差,冇以前咁好味!整体真系好失望,埋单要207蚊,足足比以前贵百分之二十有多,最惨系唔好食嘛,我老婆就话以后都唔去㖞,唉....又少一间选择啦!

这是我和好友的二人晚餐。曾到访过尖沙咀那一间,觉得OK,所以路过CWB 这间也就进去了。夜晚不算多人,不用等也有位。餐牌上不是所有item 都有。𩠌菜比较细碟,但最致命的,是食物里有味精!我和朋友都有味精敏感的问题,一尝那道云吞鸡便知出事了。

My friends came from overseas for a holiday and I thought it would be nice to bring them to Xiao Nan Guo for dinner. I reserved a table two days in advance and was stunned upon arrival. The reception area at the entrance was flooded with people, not walk-ins, but with reservations. It was an absolute chaos. Not a single person was queuing up. I squeezed my way through to the reception counter, feeling like I was in Mainland China. Anyway, it turned out that my booking was recorded under the wrong surname but the correct cell phone number. Before the lady had sorted out my prob, another customer cut in and she conveniently left my prob aside. I urged her for my table again and she said I had to hold on because someone else before me claimed to have my cell number too (?!?!). Seeing a fixed line right beside her, I asked her to simply give me a ring instead of wasting my time. We finally settled down at a table, placed our orders and the appetizer was served in no time. Don't be happy too early. Our main dishes weren't served til an hour later! I urged the waiters THRICE, but was just briefly entertained. They didn't even bother to walk over to your table when you waved for them. After almost an hour, the stupid waiter who took our order shouted to us at a distance, without any apology, that he forgot to send in our order! So strictly speaking, we only got to start having our main dishes at 10+. At around 11, including ours, a few tables were left, I understand that they were cleaning up, but I bet it's not necessary to start switching off the lights!!! What a GOOD impression of HK services the restaurant has left to tourists (like my friends)... As for the food, no bias, it's getting worse. Used to find their cooking quite outstanding, but I doubt if it differs much from any shanghaiese restaurants in the street. The only item that worth appraisals is their walnut delights. For shanghaiese cuisine, I would recommend Shanghaiese Garden at Hutchison House.

小笼包- 皮薄多汁,唔错叉子烧- 叉子烧饼唔够热,亦唔够脆,肉末味道就不错冬菇面筋煲- 味道不错,但太油腻中环果间环境舒服d,又大d,所以都系钟意中环果间多d!

5 August 2007 (Sun) - 晚饭同朋友黎呢度一试,我未黎过成日嚷著要黎,终于黎咗又觉得好一般,冇惊喜...一坐低就问人饮乜,然后问要咩茶,我话转头先,跟住我个friend见佢迫人要叫嘢饮咁,咪叫咗杯豆浆,点知个waitress又再问要咩茶,早知系咁就唔叫杯豆浆啦,真系~~个waitress又冇笑容... 顶~~~两个人叫咗个普通五只既小笼包,一碟醉鸡,一碗担担面,同一个水煮牛肉!醉鸡一黎,我同朋友都呆咗,咁细个碗装住咁小既鸡,好唔大方呀...仲要我通常食醉鸡都系冻盘,点都会冻冻地,今次呢个,系热盘咁,其实系室温,好古怪,酒味一啲都冇..都算系一个差既醉鸡!跟住个担担面,睇落好似几辣咁,红红地,但系食落其实冇乜味,麻酱味又冇,辣味又冇乜,总之就淡啦!跟住个小笼包,都算唔错既,虽然个皮较厚,但系胜在够多汁!最后个水煮牛肉系一流!啲牛肉够淋够鲜,入面有好多油麦菜,有啲笋,有啲翠肉瓜,个汁够辣味,唔错!唯一系水煮牛真系好油!我成日以为呢间嘢好正,但试完都真系好一般,有缘咪再黎啰,无缘都由得佢啦!
