We had the pleasure of dining at Sukiyaki Isekuma in Tsim Sha Tsui  , and it was an unforgettable experience! Here’s a detailed recap of our delicious evening! 😍Next, we indulged in the luxurious Sea Urchin and Caviar Wagyu Sushi! 🍣🌊 The combination of rich, creamy sea urchin and the briny pop of caviar atop perfectly seasoned wagyu sushi was simply divine. Each bite was a flavor explosion, showcasing the elegance of Japanese cuisine and the chef’s artistry.The highlight of our dinner was the Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki! 🍖💖 We were treated to two perfectly cooked slices of A5 grade wagyu, known for its incredible marbling and tenderness. Each bite melted in our mouths, showcasing the rich, buttery flavor that only top-quality beef can deliver. The broth was a delightful blend of umami and sweetness, enhanced by the chef’s secret sauce—a recipe that truly brings the essence of Japanese cuisine to life! 🌊✨Accompanying the beef were a variety of fresh Japanese vegetables, including crisp shiitake mushrooms, vibrant green onions, and tender leafy greens. 🥬🥕 Each vegetable was perfectly cooked, adding a refreshing crunch and balance to the dish.But that’s not all! We also savored the Konbu Steamed Rice with Simmered Egg. 🍚🥚 The rice was fluffy and fragrant, infused with the umami essence of konbu (kelp). 7:30book咗枱去食dinner,条街超级热,6:45就入咗去坐都无问题。冷气够,环境干净企理,坐得都算舒服。食咗佢哋个dinner set,前菜、热盘、和牛、甜品等等7样8样咁。慢慢上菜。侍应又会同你讲解下每道菜系咩,特色牙咁,比啲食材既cert你睇。刺身、海胆同寿喜烧牛肉系几出色。和牛有两款,牛味浓、肥美得来入口都会溶化。 整体啲菜式卖相又好,味道唔错,舒舒服服慢慢食。钟意饮酒可以叫埋sake,都几夹。平日星期四夜晚都full house,生意查实都唔错咁,质素都对得住个价钱既。查看更多
