由于不喜欢吃莲蓉，所以我对传统的月饼兴趣不大，直至去年试过九龙酒店的奶皇月饼后，便深深喜欢这特别的口味。在此多谢微博网友三只耳朵介绍，才知道奇华奶皇月饼跟半岛嘉麟楼的出品，是出自同一饼房的，立即去买了「原个铁盒装」 (原价 $25，渣打卡八折 $20)，另外也从女友手中得到 Agnes b. 的迷你蛋黄奶皇月，其实也是奇华的出品。先报价，奇华一盒奶皇月八个原价 $148 (渣打卡八折 $118.4)，比九龙和半岛来得便宜；而 Agnes b. 则矜贵得多， $220 只得四个，那个 b. 型 logo 简直就是月饼界的 LV！奇华奶皇月酥皮做得挺薄，咬落唔会干争争，馅就唔算好饱满，有点皮馅分离的情况，幸甜度做得刚好，是抵吃的选择。Agnes b. 奶皇月的味道其实跟奇华相差不大，除了 logo 的分别外，奶皇馅也更加饱满，始终收贵咁多，功夫自然要做到足，但如果跟九龙酒店的出品比较，Agnes b. 明显少了一份油润感，饼皮也欠了一点酥香！迟些试试君悦酒店的绿茶月饼，当然也要重温九龙酒店奶皇月的滋味啦，说来说去，原来自己还未试过嘉麟楼的出品，真失礼！

Went here with a friend to get some cake the other day at this shop. Went for the weekly special cake - $4.5 per piece - 雪山 cake!Anyway, it tasted like any other butter cake, but perhaps with a better flavor. All in all, it was a nice cake, snowy and delicate. However, I wouldn't buy it at a price higher than $4.5. Service was efficient as usual.

It's tue again and i am in admiratly for BSF, so here i am trying out all bakery around the area I walked in and see the pineapple bun - it's weird how chinese name these as there's no real pinapple in the bun. it's just the crispy topping made in pig oil n butter n flour, n the bun looks like a pineapple so thus have such a name.This is really good, big and chewy bun, the topping is also crispy. well of course the price is a bit expensive, as other shop is selling for HKD2.5-3.00 while they are selling for HKD4.5 each. of course i was pickign it over other filling bun which cost over HKD6, that's why i think it's "cheap"Then here's my favorite - "kong so" cake!! it's amazing no one likes it in my family but me. well ok...how did the price raise to HKD4 each with such a small pc of bread??? i think this is the last time i am going to have this and this shop make it so hard and dry and not yummy - i feel really cheated...it use to be good...i am willing to pay that price if it's good..wu wu wu...

自己本身系钟意食同绿茶有关野食ge人，之前系奇华食话一只绿茶味ge muffin咁，但闻落去系好有green tea味，但食落去就无。行过上买样野当tea食下，见到依个新出，就试下啦，点知闻落去同食落去都好有绿茶味，唔错!又唔会话好干新好似之前食ge muffin咁。不过$6食咁细旧卷又真系有d唔抵，但佢味道唔错，算抵番啦!不过我系到拣野个阵，有个staff系到clear紧上面d架，d尘飞晒落黎...即系我觉得..有客系到你应该等人拣完你先好clear啦...或者开铺前后先好搞。

试大一唔同口味既蛋白蛋糕,唯独剩番黑糖蛋白蛋糕未试,今个星期见佢做特价,终于买左两个食下…一打开包装,已经闻到好大阵甜甜地既黑糖味,个蛋糕比蛋白原味多左几分黏黏既感觉,但口感仍然松软,同埋俾人好轻身既感觉。味道方面,原来一点都唔甜,反而有少少甘甘地既味道,呢d应该就系黑糖味,比起其他口味,黑糖味都算重,而且几香。由于我实在唔太好黑糖味,所以都系觉得咁多款口味中,始终原味最好食!
