There are two captivating Xmas cakes at Pacific Coffee, one was the black forest and the other was a purple potato tart which is an unusual ingredient for PC but then it is getting popular these days.I ended up getting the blackforest because I don't like the tart bases in HK.The blackforest cake was ok but the cream on top was the usual synthetic cream, the chocolate sponge cake and cherry filling was passable but there was still a weird biscuit base which ruins it.

This PCC store is exclusive to HSBC staff. The food and drink quality is the same as any other PCC store around HK but as it's almost apart of the bank, the friendliness and commitment to service is second to none. There are currently four other coffee shops competiting for customers in around HSBC Centre; Starbucks, Cedele, Craft and now Deli Marche (also part of the HSBC family). What makes me keep coming back to PCC over others is the quality of service, convenience and most importantly the heavily discounted pricing for HSBC staff.
