今日跑马地爆水管,家中滴水不流,迫于无奈只好上街吃饭,怎知平时光顾的餐厅亦无水供应,干脆关门大吉……寻寻觅觅,走上大厦顶楼揾食..这间日本料理由香港人开设,环境尚算舒适,本来不抱太大期望,可幸食物出奇地有水准. 深海池鱼鲜甜,吞拿鱼腩肥美软滑,以此价钱实在超值.烧鸡软骨香口而不会”干争争”,银鳕鱼嫩滑油香.比较欣赏的是侍应介绍的一个菜.有芝士、明太子及薯仔一起焗,口感很丰富. 这里每天都有不同的刺身及和食推介,不会列印在餐牌上,想试特别的菜可以请侍应介绍..服务颇为殷勤,加茶换碟不缺,由于我坐吧枱位置,师傅见我有疑问亦会主动讲解,态度亲切,如此有诚意之小店是吃饭的好选择..

We went to have lunch today, I ordered the sushi set while my friend ordered sashimi set... Despite there was only one other table, the food came abit slow......Sushi was pretty fresh, but what I want to complain about is the service. The girl who served us was very cold, she hardly gave us any facial expressions. When we were done with the food, I asked for the bill, and ordered dessert/drinks. The ice-cream and the drink arrived but they didn't give us the bill.So we had to ask for it again, after we paid the bill, walked to the elevator, to find out there's a note saying the bill will be 15% off if we can pay the bill and leave right before 12.45pm.So i walked back inside and asked. I was told because its already passed 12.45pm. I looked at my watch, its 12.50pm So I told them its because they didnt give us the bill right away when we first asked them. Then she said its because we were still eating ice-cream, basically we were 3 mins late!! This is such a RIP-OFF!! I won't ever go back again!!!!!!!!!!!! And yes, our total bill is $350, if we had 15% off, we would have saved $52.5.

到铜锣湾食日本菜,去澳门逸园中心必定令你眼花撩乱,17间食肆中日本食店已占12间,选择之多冠绝全区。其中寿司处今村,板前割煮都具一定水准,而今次试过天喜矶味酒处后,在我心目中排名会系整幢大厦中排名暂时最高的一间...送上嘅前菜正是我好中意食嘅蛋卷,虽然唔系四四方方上面打个印果只,但呢份蛋卷食落够晒蛋味,咬落亦够松软,好味。这份前菜绝对令人信心大增,有期待的...呢度嘅沙律我系绝对推介的,款式多元化,味道亦好。呢份蟹膏沙律份量都唔少,配上鱼子,蟹柳丝,蔬菜及酸汁,口感复杂丰富,食落清新又醒胃,相信女士们试过之后,必定追捧!再来嘅系一份佐酒必食小吃 - 酒盗芝士。大大条北海道忌廉芝士,配上鱼肠,系一个绝佳嘅味道配搭。鱼肠闻落浓香,食落爽韧而带鲜腥感觉,再配上软滑细腻嘅芝士条,果然系佐酒绝对不能缺少的。十月食刺身,必食秋刀鱼。呢度嘅秋刀鱼相当肥美,价钱亦划算,配上生姜茸及酸醋汁,口感实在丰美甘腴,绝对系一种令人难忘嘅感觉。其实我之前亦多次介绍秋刀鱼刺身($220),只要是够肥美新鲜,绝对不难揾到好味的,当然以价钱及其他食物质素配套来计,天喜绝对是值得推介的。食剩嘅秋刀鱼骨及鱼头,拎去炸香。我虽然不食熟鱼,但香味仍然觉得相当讨好,听友人所讲,味道系有惊喜的。始终秋刀鱼属多骨鱼,对于我来说更加系恶梦,都系留俾有缘人细尝吧!除左预定嘅秋刀鱼外,侍应强烈推介岩蚝,价钱虽然唔算平,但最后亦引唔住点选呢个时令菜式。吃惯生蚝的朋友,通常会食欧美各地,或是澳洲南非进口货。但体型较巨大嘅日本野生岩蚝,绝对俾大家一种不一样嘅味道。蚝肉肥美无比,入口滑溜鲜爽,怪不得$150一只仍然大把人捧场。食左几味菜,始终都想有啲淀粉质到肚,见到海鲜卷在餐牌上有大特写图片,卖相极吸引。六件吞拿鱼小卷上,加上两样鲜味十足嘅海胆同鱼籽作点缀,睇见都口水流。似乎呢对橙黄色孖宝,的确增添不少鲜味及贵气。呢度嘅盐烧厚切牛舌相当有惊喜,惊喜之处其实不在串烧技巧上,牛舌本身亦非有过人之处,而系惊喜在于果份面豉酱!当然牛舌本身都有一定水准,肉身嫩滑,表层烧得有点脆。蘸上酱料,混上肉汁果然倍感风味。食过精彩嘅一餐晚饭,甜品系一个很重要嘅句号。奉送嘅红豆羊羹味道唔太甜,豆味较淡口,但食落清爽好味,令今晚变得更完美了!

男友生日,首选大家都爱吃的日本菜..在同事介绍下到天喜一试~~周一晚上客人不多,选了寿司吧静静享受二人世界.最近男友和我都发福不少(吃得太多之故),要吃多点蔬菜,减减肥了~~水茄子沙律: 未听过”水茄子”这个品种,师傅介绍说这是日本季节性的蔬菜,入口爽爽的,味道有点似番石榴,很清新!一试爱上呢!意式油甘鱼: 油甘鱼是我的最爱,见到这道在日本餐比较少见的沙律,总要试一试的..鱼肉油份很丰富,和脆口的松籽一起放入口,很特别的食法.粒贝: 爽、脆、甜,海水味充满整个口腔,很难吃到这么新鲜的粒贝啊,之前在楼下另一间日本料理吃过,不知是否放得太久之故,竟然是腥腥的!象拔蚌: 不比平时见到的加拿大象拔蚌般大只,只有手掌大小,师傅说是日本的白象拔蚌.吃过真的很甜很弹牙,味道完全不一样.深海池鱼寿司: 男友喜爱爽口的鱼生,这个完全对办了,只略带油份而且味道鲜甜.油甘鱼寿司: 油甘鱼呀油甘鱼~~我不会轻易放过你的真不能抗拒你的滋味..这店供应的很肥美,一口一件…太幸福了!海胆寿司: 手快有、手慢无,这个道理我怎会不知道?结果给我吃到3件!哈哈!北海道的海胆就是特别鲜甜,好吃好吃.吃到这里我已差不多投降了,男友叫了个烧饭圑,我在侍应介绍下order了立鱼汤,哈哈,单看也是种享受,只见侍应姐姐提了个鱼形的壶到我面前,除除把汤倒落碗中,超可爱呀!鱼汤入口还是烫热的,只可以说真的很甜,为什么在家煲不到这个味道的?可见有些钱总是要让人家赚的.八卦问师傅是否星期一的货才那么新鲜,因为见到人客不多,正常来说鱼生很难keep得到新鲜的嘛,原来楼下有几间同集团的店舖(好像是串烧店及酒吧之类,记不清楚)也有售卖这儿的鱼生,去货快所以能保持质素..哦~~ 难怪难怪.才说要减肥,给侍应姐姐一引诱…又忍不住口吃甜品.Cream Burlee、南瓜布甸…完美句号!

呢餐系我食过最贵的午餐.呢个地方方便我坐车上薄扶林做一件事.先选呢个地方...去到28楼.店员好快出来招呼我.店内好细.人客都不多..但服务员勤快,劲怏速度帮我加茶...我点了一个168元的午餐...前菜有沙律.面鼓汤等...而个餐有寿司,刺身,同刺身饭首先说寿司,个饭比例少.咁贵价的寿司..竟然一夹就一分为二...而个料鲜味不足个刺身同刺身饭...个鱼同様系鲜味不足..什至牡丹虾我觉得味道都系一般...普通寿司连锁店的牡丹虾都有海水味,反而这里无,,而红豆雪榚滑,不会雪得过硬...不会过甜...雪榚反而出众....
