日本灾后大家都说暂时不敢再吃日本料理,但谁都知道香港只有少数高级日本餐厅才用上真正日本食料。以往也一直在天胜吃午餐,贪其价廉物美,今天刻意试试它有没有因为近日环境令天胜改变策略?今日午餐是mini三文鱼籽饭、天乌冬。寿司饭和乌冬仍然是用高级食材,可是,渍三文鱼籽过咸,也比之前细粒,估计改用了其他来源的食材了,无可厚非。有一点是没有改变的,就是天胜老板的服务态度...对香港人永远木无表情,对日本客却笑口噬噬

今天午膳心仪日本料理,顺理成章到Openrice走一趟,选定谢斐道的天胜。店内座位不算多,预早订枱比较稳妥。幸运地即日早上book枱(3位)也能成功。午市套餐十数款,价钱七八十元起。一客定食除主菜外,亦包括前菜、沙律、渍物、味噌汤、白饭及生果。前菜有两款,分别是一小碟萝卜及一小碟菠菜,味道清清淡淡,OK喇!沙律是生菜配上香醋汁,虽卖相麻麻,但味道酸酸地都挺醒胃嘅。味噌汤浓淡恰宜。主菜杂锦刺身,有五款(鱼、油甘鱼、甜虾、带子及吞拿鱼),各两件,份量不多,刀功只属一般,但新鲜程度不俗,各款刺身都几甜美好食,都值得试试嘅。

We got there a little earlier than opening time for dinner and the first thing the waitress told us was there were no sushi and rice dishes. Anyways a friend recommended it to us and we decided to sit down anyways and see what else is good to eat. I would say the place is pretty authentic unlike a lot of the pseudo Japanese places (eg Itamai, and similar sushi bars). The place was pretty empty on a Saturday night but there was a table of Japanese fellows which is a good sign.We ordered the eggplant and shrimp - pretty interesting dish and quite tasty. Tempura udon - the noodles were nice and the soup tasty but the shrimp was in there too long before it got to our table so lost a lot of its crispy batter. Gyoza in soup - usually we get these pan fried so this was a nice change.Service was efficient but not outstanding despite the place being near empty. Price was kinda high though $400 for two without alcohol. The food was good but I'm not sure the service matched, and the food prices too high by 25% or so.

Went there for my colleague's anniversary to work for the company, when we arrived, nobody in the restaurant but the waitress said all full...so 5 of us sit at the bar....Well we have no problem to sit at the bar but the guy's (looks like the owner) attitude was rather bad, looks like we beg for food But anyway we ordered lunch, they ordered steak and I had hamburger, their steak was very thin, totally "well done" and extremely "un" ........bad x 10!!!!! And this set cost $80!!! The quality is only justify for $35.....My hamburger was ok, but the presentation exactly like the shanghaiese dish "lion head".....with the quality cost $70...ok la but no surprise, don't think will ever visit again, especially all the way we took taxi there from Central......

情痴天胜 TenSho自从美丽话唔再理我,心里很是纳闷。今天再约她饭聚,难得肯赏面,马上安排从火星咁远都赶回来。虽然话打风,心里却是忐忑不安,怕她临时不出现。没心情谂去边食。幸好美丽话去食居酒屋好唔好?当然好。原来早已有安排!天胜地方很朴实,原来要订位,好多人,仲大部份系日本人。咁应该好地道噃!当然日本人坐在内圈屏风,我们坐外围。冇问题!仲有中文menu 和中文待应.OK!首先, 先点酒。唔太熟,问问待应意见,然后点了久保田千寿,一贯的好,好啱饮!($300, OK!)然后点些下酒菜。待应将白板搬过来,几栈鬼。跟师兄食评介绍点了如下:1)蒜片炒牛肠 - 虽然不太好内脏及有点辣,好惹味。而且美丽点,全程撑场。后段还帮我们加热。服务好呀!2)芝士吞拿鱼杂 – 初时觉咸,后来剩食芝士,好香滑。3)芝士火腿 - 好味4)小池鱼刺身 – 初时唔知叫大定小?这个都好呀,点姜蓉加葱粒。新鲜!但好似贵咗D!5)最后加上个什锦天妇罗 - 唔错,价钱合理。($90).当晚有您在,食物都变成次要。酒酣耳热,谈天说地。不知时间飞逝,好快待应问last order 了。识趣埋单!($850). 好开心,唔舍得走。期望很快再聚!
