檸檬芝士蛋糕 $298呢款檸檬芝士蛋糕係新款，我見張相面頭既鮮果裝飾好似幾精緻就試試。到餅店取餅先發現原來個蛋糕好迷你，之前都無留意原來得約0.9磅，直徑得約12厘米，見到呢個價錢同張相仲以爲會大d。蛋糕主要係芝士層，面有一層薄薄檸檬味jelly，墊有薄薄一層餅底，面頭有綠色朱古力條包住新鮮士多啤梨，加有朱古力小花同瓜子做裝飾，賣相可愛。不過芝士蛋糕真係非常普通，係厚身既，不過無特別，檸檬味係得層薄薄檸檬味jelly先有。好彩新鮮士多啤梨都好甜。蛋糕剛剛夠四個人食，如果呢個價錢知道係呢個size我就唔會買呢款啦。

餅店：聖安娜餅屋地點：銅鑼灣蘭芳道抹茶果凍芒果卷 $70抹茶果凍芒果卷用張膠紙包住同個膠兜放好，再比個蛋糕盒你，方便衛生。軟綿綿抹茶蛋糕包住勁多忌廉，忌廉好滑，算係咁啦。中間有新鮮芒果肉，果凍同紅豆蓉，味道口感都唔錯。比較差係抹茶蛋糕抹茶味唔夠濃。不過忌廉可補蛋糕味道不足，夠濕潤唔會太乾。份量大概可分5-6份。德國式芝士切餅 $26芝士夠濃厚同滑溜，芝士味道都不俗，瑪莉餅底都唔錯，質素都算係咁，呢個價錢唔貴。細餅 $4.8本身無期望，所以細餅質素算驚喜，唔難食，蛋糕算鬆軟唔會太硬，中間夾少少朱古力蛋糕同忌廉，面頭有少少椰絲。呢個價錢抵過麵包好多。

Ordered a Pink Lady cake for a girl's birthday. It was a Mixed Fruit Cream Cake. Dimension was approximately 8 inches wide and 11.5 inches high and it weighed around 3 pounds. The box was so giant and we were so amazed to see the real cake. Ordered this Peppa Pig with Crown cake at 2.8lb for my daughter's birthday. It was a Mixed Cream Cake surrounded with strawberry and blueberries, and topped with 3D shape of chocolate crown and any numbers you want for celebration. Flavour-rise it was ok, It was not greasy despite the plentiful cream and the strawberries and blueberries were fresh especially the former which were pretty sweet. Tried this matcha lava mousse cake (0.5lb) at a VIP price of $117.3. It looks really appealing to the eyes! It is covered by matcha mousse with matcha lava in the middle, some chocolate cake  above some brown sugar kanten with some chocolate crisps near the base. 肥髀生日兼考完試，帶埋佢兩個閨蜜出遊後，返到銅鑼灣攞蛋糕，蛋榚我在店舖網站訂購，幾方便，準時去到，店面乾淨光猛，同店員講攞蛋榚比佢睇埋個訂單號碼，好快攞出來，紫色蛋糕盒好搶眼實淨，店員會先展示然後封好比我！歲歲歡樂（2磅/$369）要嘅資料在網上打好！實物同參考圖片一樣！兩個大大個嘅數字好搶眼，仲要全白朱古力，開心到班小朋友瓜分晒！什果蛋榚好多水果款式，全部都好爽甜，忌廉唔會太厚，幾滑溜，入面三層蛋榚鬆軟，夾雜脆脆，口感豐富唔會過甜，好味！店員有禮斯文有笑容！抵讚！連鎖店嘅好處係攞餅地方多方便，而唔會有「驚」喜，唔會實物同參考圖片相差太遠！雖然款式一定係大路嘢！肥髀生日快樂！

學生開生日會，有家長買蛋糕請我地食~~~~所以今日三點三又有得tea一tea食件cake-喺抹茶、朱古力同芒果三款卷蛋之間揀左一陣，最終都係不敵抹茶既呼喚其實食之前都預左唔會話好高質，會有好濃既抹茶味，而食落又真係得淡淡既綠茶（不是抹茶啦）味-雖然蛋糕面層偏乾亦欠茶香，但係個cream同蛋糕卷入面既料整得幾好啵忌廉打得滑身唔太漏（稍補蛋糕偏乾的問題）而芒果新鮮香甜，紅豆蓉甜度適中加埋個啫喱一齊食都唔錯既-整體黎講就不過不失啦，無乜期望所以無失望Tea完又係時開工啦
