Since i worked in Wanchai for over 3 years, i almost come this place once a week.These two are my farvourite order*番茄浓汤小鸡翼牛肉公仔面* (开胃之选) + 冻柠檬茶 = $36We can choose two kinds of food (ham, egg, beef, wings, sausage, muschroom,veggie, fishball) i think 最低之择 will be the meat + any kind of noodle they have. -tomato soup has some tomatos crumbs, little 瓜, mushroom, & veggie (very tasty)-chicken wings is deep fried with some herbs flavour, but i feel not as yummy as before now, maybe it's not so freshly fried.-beef is very tender, yummy-公仔面 - 8/10 times i order is 软硬识中, but maybe 2 times is hard -冻柠檬茶少甜: 够大杯, need to ask for less ice too, the sweet level of less sugar is prefect for me, good (their hot drink is large too, but i usually order cold ones)*鱼腐米线* $24 (add cold drinks +$7)鱼腐- very yummy, recommended to try, inside has 50% fish paste and 50% air/empty space, unlike some 鱼腐, which inside is 100% fish paste. fry fish ball米线-软硬识中 and smooth, nice

夜晚想吃 Light meal 立即想到味皇鱼蛋粉,喜欢这里有多种的选择。湾仔这间分店的味皇,主打是汤粉,有闻名的鱼皮,也有鱼蛋牛丸等等汤粉提供,晚餐也有抵食的咖喱套餐以及焗饭精选,我就想吃汤粉,所以点餐时点了红烧猪软骨配冬菇米线(HK$30),另加时菜菜心(HK$5)。红烧猪软骨配冬菇米线(HK$30):味道:不得不赞这里的份量很多,如果是两位女士,可以一碗汤粉Share另外再叫其他小食都够食。红烧猪软骨有三数件,炆得好冧好软熟,酱油也非常之入味,但吃落口也不会觉得咸。冬菇有两件,都是炆得很软很滑,有蚝油的香味。至于汤底似有鸡汤的香气,浓郁得来并不觉油腻。最贴心是米线已经配有些生菜,即使不另加时菜,也可以均衡一些饮食。这个餐加时菜也只是5元,有菜心供应,可配蚝油。菜也煮得清绿,吃落很爽脆,实在不错。现在百物腾贵,能以三十多元吃一顿晚饭实在不易。所以我本人也是很 appreciate 这店在附近。

家里办火锅聚会,有数人指定要吃的火锅料包括了炸鱼皮,参考了《全港食材最强》秘笈中推介了味皇鱼蛋粉的越南龙利炸鱼皮,就买来一试啰!店子就在湾仔地铁站附近,檀岛咖啡旁近,算是非常方便的地点炸鱼皮就放在店门口的当眼处,是用密气独立包装封好的,六人火锅本来想买一包,结果发现一包的份量好少!一包大概只有六七片鱼皮,所以我们决定买两包!越南龙利炸鱼皮($15 一包)到底这个又贵又少的炸鱼皮有什么特别呢?真正剪开包装拿出来时,确是让我们每个人都惊讶不而:从没吃过这么厚、这么坚脆的炸鱼皮!一片鱼皮的厚道足有平常鱼皮的三倍,但还是很脆,有硬度的那种脆!放在汤中煮了十秒还不会软掉!令我们各人都啧啧称奇!也难怪一包少少的卖这么贵了,成本大概也不低吧!总括来说,这个鱼皮相当特别,也不错吃,值不值得买则见人见智!试一次绝对无妨!

当身体不适时能食到令自己感觉充满能量既食物~~~个种感觉真系想即刻叫厨师出来握住他只手讲声多谢的~个晚发烧唔舒服~~~但唔想食粥~睇到这里有番茄汤米线~包两𩠌同一杯饮品~有得拣热柑橘~~~啱晒我胃口~所以就入去了~眼见店内亦有好多其他套餐选择~~~感觉都唔错~~价格亦便宜~~~~只可惜当日没有胃口食饭同肉类~~~米线选了生菜同杂菌~~清淡d即叫即煮~~所以都等左有5分钟~~~虽然唔系话什么惊为天人的味道~~~但系个番茄汤底调得刚刚好~酸甜适中~质地又唔会太杰或者太稀~~仲可以食到唔少番茄肉同洋葱~~~生菜同菇菌就新鲜好味~~~~~~米线亦都刚刚好~~~对于一个病人既味觉来讲~~依一餐真系好好味~~因为无胃口到后来都食左一大半~~~食完人亦都精神翻好多~~~~唔舒服的日子有正面既食物陪伴~~还是很幸福的~~~谢谢啦

去睇新城颁奖礼前吃个五点几的早饭, 朋友未到自己在湾仔揾食...味皇记得以前是吃粉面的, 尤其鱼蛋类, 现在却转了为多样式的茶餐厅...叫了个烧鸡扒饭拼红豆绿茶~~~~叫了少饭所以刚刚好, 鸡扒算多汁同几林, 而且有蔬菜湿湿地唔驶咁干...绿茶唔系太甜, 而红豆都唔系太硬~~~~~三十几蚊的晚餐, 不错了!!!
