下午咁啱經過 Hyson Place 有少少肚餓,朋友建議上去呢間燒鰻魚專門店試試。 Menu 很簡單。作為燒鰻魚專門店當然叫返招牌菜。見到原條燒鰻魚都只賣$208即刻叫左一條。一上枱就聞到一陣陣炭燒味。 再夾起鰻魚便知道叫原條鰻魚呢個決定係冇錯。鰻魚外脆內軟,肉厚,食落有難得嘅鰻魚香。夾吓夾吓就好快KO 左成條鰻魚。Easily one of the best grilled eels I’ve had in Hong Kong. Nice charcoal smell when presented on the table. Eel is meaty, crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. Sauce doesn’t overwhelm eel’s own flavor.
