半熟工房已经喺香港开咗一段时间,似乎分店越开越多,都好受香港人欢迎,芝士蛋糕又香又滑,小朋友好钟意佢嘅芝士味,半熟芝士挞绝对系镇店之宝,每次帮亲总会叫返一两个芝士挞,好食嘅地方系新鲜热辣辣焗起,牛油味香浓,芝士味独特,食过返寻味。芝士蛋糕仲有其他味道。绿茶、朱古力......总有一款啱你。今日过去将军澳调景岭明爱专上学院办个课程证书手续,途经都会站这间分店,见到佢新产品出了个绿茶软雪糕,不过赶住返屋企,未有时间试,卖相都不错,下次一定要试下呢。

😋手信篇——日本🇯🇵收到朋友嘅手信系一件好温馨好warm嘅事,因为代表佢去旅行𠮶时有挂住你💞嚟紧会post下小编s试嘅各国手信!来自日本嘅半熟芝士蛋糕,其实用蛋糕嚟形容唔太贴切?因为佢入口即溶,似系芝士梳乎厘/布丁/Jelly🙀芝士嘅浓淡就比喜茶拿捏得好太多,系太多数人可接受嘅芝士🧀🐭下午茶食番件半熟芝士蛋糕实在系太叹喇!Btw,其实香港尖沙咀都好似已经有分店😂😂分数(五星满分):⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hanjuku Kobo has never appealed to me because I just don't eat these weird cheese tarts.I am a cake person so when these chiffon series were displayed I had to try them.There were so many flavours but clearly the hazelnut and the Earl Grey were my picks.Got the Earl Grey cake which was only $28 so it was a pretty good deal.I was really impressed because the cake was light and soft. It was moist and not too sweet with a strong Earl Grey aroma.The cream on top was also pleasing as it was not too heavy.
