以前同D Singapore and Malay 人做嘢,跟佢哋食嘢,好鐘意食laksa。但返咗香港始終食唔倒一碗似樣D既laksa,大多數个湯好thick,唔好食!星期六去上環,朋友話孖沙街有星馬嘢食,的確有幾問喎!Try咗Katong,都唔錯!好似以前係Singapore食差唔多味!吓次可以再來!

這是我第二次食叻沙,第一次响灣仔間馬來西亞餐廳,個次覺得個味好怪,好多藥材咁...味道怪怪的...但可接受.本人其實就唔食椰汁既....但係我都係想試下...因為呢間近我返學,所以就來試下.........試左貴價$68既特式叻沙,有大蝦兩隻,油豆腐,蛤仔,魚片同蛋一隻.......第一口試湯底,無咩味, 再試第二啖....無咩椰汁味亦都唔辣,雖然好似又好多油响面.......但就係真係無味囉......(我好想問個姐姐有冇辣椒油)........d配料又無咩特喇....蝦係雪蝦...但個蛤就真係好"星"下囉....所以食左一粒啫.....馬拉食品好似唔係幾啱我噃.......!

I went to Katong in Sheung Wan last night with my girlfriend. We both order Prawn Mee, we both like Prawn Mee very much so we have tried Prawn Mee from different places all over the world. However, this restaurant is the worst, the service is not good first of all, and the restaurant was fulled of a strange smell, smell like drainage. I'm a Singaporean living in HK for the past 6 years. And I have tried so many Singaporean restaurants around in HK. Honestly, I would have to say that most can never meet up to the actual taste in S'pore. But Katong Laksa is one of the better ones in HK for Laksa. And also one of the very rare places where I can eat "Mee Siam". As for Pasar's comment saying that the chef left and went to Pasar in Wanchai. If so, I guess he's not too high standard lor. And it is so expensive almost HK%$70 per person. 第二次, 去上環果間係幾個月後既事, still the same......i am so shock it can still open up to now. 第三次, 前日去wan chai 食, the boss and all the waiters are waiting for clients to come in. Not even 1 customer. Taste is so Bad as sheung wan 果間. i heard 個師傅已經冇0係度做喇...師傅has go to work for "Pasar " .兩間既質素都咁差, 等執啦!!

之前去過新加坡對0個度0既加東328叻沙非常懷念,所以都搵咗好幾間試食,但都不太相似,直至搵到呢間個鋪名直情叫做加東叻沙喎,食評又不太差,梗係要去試下啦,果然有八成相似,個湯底好正,其他配料都唔錯,最可惜就係個粉,與新加坡不同,希望可以改良下。但暫時都係我食過最接近328叻沙味道,大家可以一試!!另外個加央與新加坡的不同,但都好好味好幾特別ga,都係$8。Re: 1.可惜個叻沙有d貴要$48/碗 2.食完去附近買番杯鮮榨果汁仲正($6~$8/杯)

今日一次過出3份叻沙嘅食評,係因為2星期內食咗3次先有感而發.2星期前去過上環孖沙街嘅加東叻沙,真係好好味!十足十我係新加坡328食到嘅味道同感覺!雖然貴,但係一定會再去!

今日跟同事嚟,當然要試佢哋嘅招牌叻沙。雖然睇起上嚟好似好棘(一片橙紅色),但食落又唔覺,可能己被椰子味所蓋。

$48一個喇沙,仲唔係最貴喎.次次都係食正宗,因為得佢同另一個$68係有蛤仔食.如果要加蛤仔,就要加$10(得4隻).湯底好香好滑呀,因為要o岩香港人口味,所以唔係整得好辣,如果唔夠喉,可以加辣,料方面有好多好多o既炸魚片,烚蛋,豆卜,蛤仔.份量唔係多,如果大食就一定唔夠飽囉,但淨計味道ok架,我一星期都會去光顧一次.係環境迫d,侍應行過收野都會撞到客人.

Finally there i s a laksa place which offers traditional Singapore Laksa. I'm the kind of person which will eat at least 3-5 times of Laksa at Singapore during business trip.Laksa at Katong is 90% close to the ones I have at Singapore-soup base is yummy-unlike those offer at other Hong Kong places, just add curry paste and either very watery or starchy. The stuffings inside is right on but there is 1 area needs improvement. Laksa in Singapore has ample cockles(blood clams) but in Katong, only

But adding another 10 bucks for additional cockles is quite expensive as the Laksa is not cheap already by Hong Kong standard. That' the 10% miss of Katong Laksa.

However, I'm so happy that they will be opening another branch at Wanchai. Will definitely try that out.

o係喱頭做野,到lunch時間,腦海中對喱間野有D印象,因為有雜誌介紹過,但又唔記得o係邊?結果要逐條街搵!搵左成半個鐘,終於搵到!叫個"正宗蝦麵",麵底用左油麵,較粗身,配個濃湯就最o岩.湯底夠濃,但蝦味不足,香料味比例較多,比蝦麵龍頭"蝦麵店"有一大段距離.另外,配料有豆腐卜,肉片,排骨,魚片同去殼開邊蝦肉,肉片同排骨都較硬身,感覺係用肉骨茶o個D骨o既整法,魚片係普通街市貨式,不值一談.去殼開邊蝦肉較失敗,蝦開邊之後變得好薄,失去鮮味.整個蝦麵可以話係平平無奇,$48一碗實在太貴.

這裹D叻沙不是好大腕,但個椰汁湯底就幾濃,所以都食得幾飽。特別要讚的是他們在湯上加咗D切碎的叻沙葉& 獅蛤! 這兩樣東西都令個湯底增加層次感,味道也很配合!唯一唔好就係價錢都唔平。一个"正中叻沙" 要$48。而"特別叻沙"更要$68! 兩者的分別只是多佐1 or 2 隻大蝦.But overall, not bad. Worth going there once in a while!

兩日一夜澳門之旅返港﹐打算於上環吃過晚飯才回家。記起上次某午餐聚會於孖沙街﹐已見到這間加東叻沙專門店﹐而我向來都愛吃東南亞麵食﹐卻無機會再訪此地﹐今晚難得經過﹐就試試這間吧。裝修是簡潔的﹐服務也算周到﹐我要了正宗叻沙太太則要了肉片蝦麵。蝦麵先上﹐份量不大﹐但亦絕非吃不飽的一類﹐湯頭香甜但非鮮甜一類﹐反而胡椒味頗濃﹐說難吃又不是﹐但跟我去慣的檳城小屋相比是有所不及﹐更加莫論人所共讚的蝦麵店了。蝦麵用的是油麵﹐食味上算是配合的﹐配料則有瘦豬肉數片﹐去殼的開邊蝦數片及一些豆卜。肉片因欠肥肉﹐豬味雖有但吃下去是平平無奇﹐反而開邊蝦肉是新鮮的﹐算不錯。整體上這個蝦麵只是普通之作﹐賣$32是貴了一點。叻沙上檯﹐賣相是對辦的(請看相片)﹐有食家或會嫌太多油﹐但正宗叻沙有紅油是正常的﹐我在新加坡食的也是差不多。湯底椰汁濃厚﹐味道算不錯﹐只是略為不夠香。但在香港很多地方的所謂叻沙連椰汁也不多﹐湯淡如水﹐這裡賣的﹐我覺得算是合格。配料方面﹐又不如下面的食評所指份量極少﹐起碼我吃到的有約十片的小魚片﹐五塊豆腐卜﹐四粒鮮蛤﹐四片蝦肉﹐我覺得算很足料了! 起碼在香港﹐會下鮮蛤(或稱獅蛤)做叻沙的地方真是絕對不多

吃又不是﹐但跟我去慣的檳城小
屋相比是有所不及﹐更加莫論人
所共讚的蝦麵店了。蝦麵用的是
油麵﹐食味上算是配合的﹐配料
則有瘦豬肉數片﹐去殼的開邊蝦
數片及一些豆卜。肉片因欠肥肉﹐
豬味雖有但吃下去是平平無奇﹐

還是合理的。

觀乎下面六個食評﹐竟然沒有一個
笑面..但我覺得這裡的叻沙並不差﹐
是我要求低, 或者是已有所進步?
我希望是後者吧.
