They are originated from Yuen Long and have many branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. This is my first time trying this restaurant and to my surprise the noodles are very good especially the meat. The pork liver (猪润) and ox tongue (鲜牛脷) I ordered are very nice & fresh. The pig‘s internal organs (猪什) are good too which are very clean and tender. I also ordered beef cake (牛肉饼) which is one of their signatures. It is like half of a beef ball in soup. It tastes good though. Talking about their soup which is their signatures too. The taste is very good but maybe if less MSG or less salty would be better. They serve a special noodle called 银针粉. Not many places can find this kind of noodle now. It is smooth and pair well with the soup. This restaurant is easy to get there right on Queen‘s Road Central. Just walk approx. 5mins from Sheung Wan MTR station. There are some meter parking nearby too.. It is just righ beside the main road so it is easy to get off if you go by taxi or car. The venue there is clean and tidy, overall atmosphere is good for casual lunch or dinner. One thing I need to mention is their kitchen. You can see through inside the kitchen and it is extremely big, spacious, organized, neat and tidy. I will definitely come back for my second, third & fourth round.

上环中午时间过来医肚,同事点了一份带猪杂胡椒汤粉我点了一份三拼银针粉有牛肉饼墨鱼咀和珍珠蚝,地方新开的关系洁净玩怀旧传统大排档风格不过冷气够冻冻到我都觉得劲得滞,是否老细对其胡椒肚汤暖身的功效有信心呢~等了差不多8分钟才有,银针粉比较实不算滑,质素只算普通,但太耐没有食了其实少食的朋友也可以试一试三款送最好味的是牛肉饼也是汕尾海丰成日讲的牛肉饼算是比较浓味的篇身牛丸,有牛味是最好,墨鱼咀比较少有,有咬劲,但没有很有味道,蚝也一样,干净没有腥味,只是没有很突出的味道。至于黄金鱼皮可能落盐不多所以味道不特别没有太多印象的中规中矩当日人客不算多,员工的服务态度正常,胡椒肚汤浓,其价钱不算平,饮品都系汽水/五花茶总言之, 食物正常以上,爆汁牛肉饼是最好食的,胡椒汤底够味,其他正常干净,对追求抵食的我可以不一定再来
