行过新蒲岗谂住揾啲嘢食,见到呢间一团饺子,就入去坐低食啲嘢,系menu见到佢有呢个药膳鸡卷面,就叫咗嚟试下,记忆大概50蚊左右, 嘢饮要另外叫。嚟到之后见到佢个卖相都不俗,佢个鸡卷 个皮可以整到好薄,去除晒d鸡油,食落去有淡淡嘅药膳汤味,至于个面就似系一啲云吞面𠮶种幼面,而个药膳汤底,饮一啖,非常浓郁嘅药膳味,有红枣同埋杞子嘅味同埋有啲花雕酒加埋落去煮既汤,感觉都几特别,配呢个鸡卷同埋感觉佢系唔油腻,系比较健康嘅一个选择。👍🏻👍🏻

第一次来,店不大,人也不多,男员工(中年男士、个子不高、眼大(没戴眼镜)不知他是老板还是员工,一副唔忧做的样子😓全程没笑容😓看到他经常坐在柜台,但服务态度很差,问他问题寸嘴又无礼貌🙄😡好像整个新蒲岗只有他们一家饺子店😓看到他跟其他客人交流态度也是不好,问他问题时都是爱答不答,也会反驳客人😡我问他拿🥣仔,叫了他两次都没回应,最后还是叫其他人才拿给我,经常说香港食肆难做,市道不好😓问题是贴钱买难受客人就不会再帮衬😡

坦白地说,本身系抱有期望去食佢哋嘅咸蛋黄酱紫菜肉松风暴,然后拣咗粟米猪肉馅料,要咗五只😂😂期待系因为我自己好钟意食咸蛋黄酱同埋紫菜肉松,见到呢个组合就觉得非常吸引,紫菜肉松都OK,同埋份量都真系多,所以食起上嚟都有啲难搞…🥲🥲🥲🥲但系紫菜肉松都几脆口,唔会话腍啤啤可能会跌咗出去𠮶啲外面,😂😂😂但系咸蛋黄酱嘅咸蛋黄味真系好淡🙂🙂🙂同啲饺子一齐食嘅时候可以话系完全食唔到咸蛋黄酱嘅味道重申一次,唔系难食,纯粹系个咸蛋黄酱真系唔够味,明明酱嘅份量都唔少,但系就系唔知点解冇乜味,但系粟米猪肉嘅味道都唔错,口感都OK的至于个鸡丝粉皮系好食,味道都OK嘅,不过不失啦

见到原来分店开到嚟新蒲岗,就试吓佢嘅煎饺,有少少失望,因为煎到好腍身,不是脆底的。以为红油抄手会系辣,但系实际唔太辣,只系用咗一般豆瓣酱的味道。 牛肉捞面亦都比较普通,可能下次试佢嘅特色煎饺会比较稳阵。I saw that they opened a branch in San Po Kong, so I tried their pan-fried dumplings. I was a bit disappointed because they were quite soggy and not crispy at the bottom. I thought the spicy wontons would be hot, but they weren't very spicy at all; they just had the flavor of regular bean paste. The beef noodles were also quite ordinary. Maybe next time I'll try their special pan-fried dumplings; that might be a safer choice.

每次午市时间都会大排长龙,其中一样因为舖头面积比较细,座位唔算好多,当然都吸引咗好多附近既打工仔黎食😛尤其是呢间舖头新开咗冇耐,好彩今次早咗少少,所以带咗大概5分钟就可以入座啦🤭今次就试咗以下一款面食😙😋花雕醉香鸡翼上海面面款佢有三款嘢有上海面啦、幼面同埋生面,以我所知最粗𠮶款就系上海面啦😉欣赏佢呢款上海面挂到汤之余又唔会煮得太腍☺️其中另外最意想不到嘅系竟然有四只鸡翼,出边好多时呢啲面都系得三只😊再讲埋佢个汤底先,好重酒味同埋药材味感觉相当足料☺️舔舔脷指数👉🏻6.5😋/10😋满分 可以一试😋
