Jack’s Fried Chicken is directed by Jack Carson, the founder of an American restaurant called the Restoration. Their signature dish is roasted chicken, which local people and foreigners love it. So Jack intends to open a new restaurant to sell his incomparable American fried chicken. All the chicken recipes are created by him after reading more than 400 recipes, so the sauce, oil temperature and cooking time are always at its best. What’s more, Jack uses more than 10 hours to preserve the chicken by using 5 different kinds of sauces. The mayonnaise served with the chicken is also made by Jack’s unique recipe.
The new restaurant introduces simple sets for you to choose from. The popular Set A ($98) serves fried chicken without bone with fries. People who hate bones will definitely love it. Apart from Set A, the restaurant also provides 4 other sets with different chicken sections served with fresh fries.
