There are many recommended dishes provided in Nirvana. Other then the special salads mentioned in our last special feature, there are also may different types of European and Indian savories. We will show them all to you now!\r\n
\r\nThis is 'Lasagna with Lamb' ($55): the filling is made with 3 layers of minced mutton, spinach, pickles and they are separated by sheets of pasta. Diced tomatoes and garlic are sprinkled on top along with a cream sauce. After baking it in the oven, the top layer will turn golden brown, giving it a great texture. No wonder this is the most famous dish of the restaurant. This dish is provided as a set meal and it comes with a 'soup of the day' (like pumpkin soup) along with tea or coffee. \r\n\r\nSnacks are also available in the afternoon. 'Lamb Curry Puffs' (25) are for those who are already bored of eating traditional ones. If you want something more filling, then try the 'Lamb Hamburger' ($25). These snacks also come with coffee or tea.\r\n
\r\n\r\nOther then the set dishes that are only available during particular times, you can also try the 'Panini Sandwich'($26) that is available throughout the day. The fillings include smoked salmon, Italian cream cheese, onion rings and lettuce. The bread is heated in a special Italian oven for 10 minutes until it is crunchy on the outside and hot in the inside. It cannot be compared to the 'disc toast'.\r\n
\r\nTheir freshly grinded Cappuccino ($14) and Espresso ($12) are also great tasting. You can enjoy these wonderful coffees if you add $2 to your set meal.\r\n
\r\nNirvana provides 4 different set lunches everyday and it changes daily. What is your excuse for not going if you can eat hotel quality food in Sheung Wan for a price like that?\r\n
