適逢家人生日,搵吓新餐廳試吓先 。家人要求要食牛扒,咁好啦!就搵左呢間位於中環(大館對面)新開既阿根廷扒房 La parilla steakhouse。餐廳裝潢充滿情調,鄉村風浪漫設計配上紅磚牆和木傢俬,在柔和燈光下感覺好舒適和溫暖,十分適合來慶祝特別日子或友人/家庭聚會。呢度menu 全是阿根廷菜,而且選擇挺多的。除了牛肉外,也有海鮮和其他肉類擇。我地4個人,叫左2個前菜(Beef Steak Tartar 和Provoleta Al Horno)、2個主菜(Carne des Res Platter -2人份和PanRoast Monkfish Fillet )、2種配菜 (Cajun Sweet Potato Fries和Creamed Spanish) 、最後當然唔少得甜品Homemade Churros 。叫好野食,侍應就遞上餐前麪包比我地。呢個香草蒜香麪包,面層脆內𥚃濕潤軟軟的,沾上黑醋和橄欖油,好味。Beef Steak Tartar 這個牛扒他他是將牛扒細切而成,口感一粒粒有咬口,配上魚子醬、香草和秘製醬汁(酸酸的)。吃既時候將牛肉粒撈埋醬汁,再放係熱烘烘蒜茸包上,口感不錯。肉味不算十分重,但酸酸的好清新開胃。Provoleta Al Horno 烘Provoleta cheese,我最愛。呢個芝士味道濃厚、焦香,配上酵母酸種麪包,每口都充滿著邪惡而美味。記得呢個要快食,一凍左就會變得又咸又硬。PanRoast Monkfish Fillet 雖然呢間係扒房,但呢個煎石頭魚柳真係超級好味,魚皮煎得香脆可口,肉質鮮嫩多汁,再加點檸檬汁,完全無魚腥味。配菜有啲蕃茄青瓜粒,令整個菜更多層次。Carne des Res Platter 最期待既牛扒黎喇!呢個牛肉拼盤有3個牛既不同部位(Rump, filets 同Skirts)。阿根廷牛肉是碳烤處理,可以完全鎖住牛肉的肉汁 ,做到肉質鮮嫩(無血水),充滿濃濃牛肉油香而帶點碳香味,令人回味無窮。3個部位肉質口感各有不同,肉香亦都由淡至濃。雖然餐廳食牛扒會跟配6個唔同醬汁,但個人覺得唔點醬汁都已經好好味。Cajun Sweet Potato Fries甜薯條炸得很香脆,沾上Cajun 粉,滋味濃郁,甜甜而不辛辣。Creamed Spanish 滿滿蒜香的白汁菠菜,好吃,但有點膩。Homemade Churros 最後當然要食呢度既Churros 啦!適逢家人生日,店員幫我地係甜品度寫上 Happy Birthday。呢個Churros 外脆內軟,不會太甜而又有著淡淡肉桂味,yummy! 完美地為這餐畫上句號。Encore 指數:9/10 (下次想試 Wagyu Skirts) …Read More

上水都有間好味泰國船麵喇!前幾日係上水唔知食咩好就睇下 Openrice 上水有咩新餐廳,在眾多選擇下和友人決定試吓呢間泰船。店舖細細,餐牌簡單,店員禮貌招呼。食到一半有2個泰國客人,先發現原來大㕑和侍應係泰國人,識講泰文。我和友人叫了一個豬頸肉紙米卷、泰式豬手冬陰功米粉、牛肉船麵、青檸梳打、鹹檸七和 椰汁西米糕(外賣)。豬頸肉紙米卷 (賣相好好,但外賣盒裝住,好有泰國外賣店風情 )豬頸肉暖暖的,配上新鮮生菜、紅蘿蔔和青瓜,再沾上甜酸醬,好開胃。泰式豬手冬陰功米粉豬手和冬陰功米粉是分開上的。豬手已經炆到好淋,個皮滿滿骨膠原,好好味。冬陰功湯底不錯,不會太辣。米粉吸曬冬陰功湯好滋味。牛肉船麵船麵有兩種揀牛肉和豬肉,我就擇左牛肉。一嚟到先試一啖湯底,湯底甜甜又濃郁。侍應話加啲船麵醬食會仲好味,船麵醬酸酸微微辣,加左之後湯底更加有層次感,濃而不膩,更開胃,真係好好味,可以下次再encore。仲有泰式肉丸同炸豬皮🤤🤤🤤椰汁西米糕因為食到太飽,最後呢個甜品就打包返屋企食。平時食呢個甜品通常都會好甜,但呢間小店整嘅係唔太甜,仲要好足料,有齊芋頭粟米。好味:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️環境:💙💙性價比:💛💛💛💛💛…Read More
