之前喺啟德體藝館睇世界格蘭披治桌球大賽半總決賽,睇完都已經成五點。我地決定喺AIRSIDE 食埋晚飯先返屋企。AIRSIDE 開左都有一年,其實都係第一次去。呢度都好多餐廳選擇,最後決定去食日本菜。記得幾個月前喺京都果邊食過京都勝牛好好味,仲記得個味道。於是我哋就試吓香港係咪都係咁好味。我哋兩個人叫左兩份御膳:1. 京勝豚、牛二味御膳 2. 熟成厚切豚肉咖喱御膳 追加兩款前菜: 枝豆腐紫蘇鹽+醬漬茄子京勝豚、牛二味御膳御膳個樣都靚仔… 京勝豚係用豚肉柳,而牛二味就係用穀飼西冷。 侍應姐姐走埋嚟問我,如果覺得牛肉太生,可以比煎盤我,煎到自己喜歡嘅熟度。熟成厚切豚肉咖喱御膳厚切豚肉係用日本豚… 豚肉鬆化..啖啖肉… 又唔肥又唔韌。配埋咖喱蘸醬真係可以食曬食碗飯。兩款追加前菜都好味,呢度枝豆是熱食嘅,好多日本餐廳嘅都係凍枝豆。只係醬漬茄子有少少太凍。味道同日本食係一樣。但食材質量就差少少,當然冇日本件西冷牛咁有牛味同厚身啲。熟成厚切豚肉都冇日本嗰邊咁厚。味道全部都唔錯。…Read More

啱啱知道The Southside Mall 全面試業,住喺呢度附近嘅我哋嘭嘭聲過嚟試下呢度啲新餐廳。呢度突然開多左成20幾間餐廳真係有排試。成個商場餐廳真係好多人排隊… 好彩好醒目咁一早訂咗位,嚟到等左陣就可以入座。餐廳嘅設計真係幾特別,入口望入去好似挖咗個山洞,全部牆整到灰色石頭,真係好似入到洞穴咁。唔怪之得個餐廳名爲「山洞食堂」。有道理😁!餐廳新開張仲有遊戲玩,我哋好幸運咁贏咗一份 - 和牛肋眼上蓋Wagyu Beef Rib Eye Cap價值港幣220元超開心!咁即刻用左張coupon。另外叫多咗份甕漬牛肋骨House Marinated Galbi,同埋1++韓牛生牛肉石鍋飯。服務員好快上左前菜,總共五碟分別有:新鮮泡菜、薯仔沙律、芽菜菠菜、海帶同埋蘿蔔乾泡菜。之後果份和牛肋眼上蓋送過嚟… 嘩…和牛肋眼蓋油花好均勻,燒完之後肉質彈牙,完全冇乜油膩感👍🏻👍🏻每次去食韓燒必定要叫甕漬牛肋骨,因為一食便知龍與鳳。件成份牛肋骨都幾大件肉厚,可以剪到10-12 塊。兩個人份量啱啱好,一定要燒到個邊有少少焦香先食,牛肋骨肉嫩好淋身好juicy,味道帶少少甜但又不失牛味。配埋餐廳醬油… 贊👍🏻好正!跟住個1++ 韓牛生牛肉石鍋拌飯上枱,平時食韓式牛肉拌飯啲牛肉多數煮熟曬,今次試下生牛肉版本,利用石鍋熱力將生牛肉拌熟,拌勻後啲牛肉啱啱好!石鍋熱辣辣就咁型成脆口飯焦,撈埋果碟平平無其韓式辣醬。拌飯食材味道全部提升👍🏻好好味男朋友話要試埋甜品,叫左個焦糖脆面香蕉,味道唔錯但就普通左啲…只係得隻🍌香蕉今次整體餐飲體驗係非常滿意,下次要叫多幾個朋友一齊食,可以叫多幾款唔同嘅韓燒肉!呢間一定要Encore 。…Read More

似冰室多過打卡餐廳

最近網上睇到上環有間網紅打卡餐廳。於是約妹妹去果度食個午餐順便傾下我哋來緊六月旅行。我比妹妹早到去到餐廳門口,望一望環境係粉紅色幾靚,但發覺啲枱超密雜仲要用透明膠板間開😓。心諗邊度似打卡餐廳,似冰室多啲。之後侍應問我齊人未,話用膳只可以50分鐘。於是我喺門口等埋妹妹先入座,得50分鐘就真係有啲趕。到我哋入座張枱係同人搭枱,望入去得近門口果幾張枱比較坐得鬆動,其實真係冇位打卡。張枱超細,一坐低就已經即刻點餐。我哋點左呢間餐廳嘅兩款招牌午餐,無骨海南雞飯,吉列咖喱厚豬柳配稻庭烏冬,另外追加左兩隻豬肉餃子雞翼。等左十幾分鐘,終於海南飯送上枱先。講下無骨海南雞飯,首先個海南雞飯配左個胭脂蘿蔔和鮮雪耳濃雞湯,用左隻透明玻璃杯上碗雞湯,打破傳統用湯碗望落幾精緻。飲落個湯濃郁雞味完全唔油。講下海南雞,肉質煮得都幾嫩滑但冇乜雞味,至於個油飯都幾香唔油膩,細細碗啱啱好。我哋食曬個飯之後,先送來小食豬肉餃子雞翼。豬肉餃子炸得香脆,不過啲豬肉餡就冇乜味,我哋懷疑係咪漏咗啲汁去點。之後再等多左陣,吉列咖喱厚豬柳烏冬終於送到來。好彩我哋兩個係share 來食。如果唔係單叫吉列咖喱豬柳果位就要等差唔多半個鐘先有得食。好啦…講下個吉列厚豬柳,係真心整得好食!的確好食過其他專門吉列炸豬扒店。炸得好香脆,個脆皮好薄唔厚,食起上嚟豬柳厚啖啖肉好好味。但係食到一半,個侍應走埋放低張單提我地50 分鐘就來完。我望下個錶仲有15 分鐘先夠50 分鐘。其實都唔使咁急嘅,果陣餐廳有已經好多人埋左單,有起碼有6至7張吉枱,加上出面根本冇人排隊,就算有客入來都完全唔使等,足夠應付人流。但係侍應係咁催我地埋單,我哋都啱啱放低筷子,茶都未飲完就要我哋埋單使唔使咁趕呀😒認真講服務態度真係需要改善下,又或者用膳時間改做60 分鐘。50分鐘用膳唔係唔得,咁係咪全部點單10 分鐘同一時間上菜先?上菜要30分鐘比人食10 分鐘,之後已經叫啲客埋單,人哋啲食物都未食完,食到趕頭趕命,咁樣就算啲嘢幾好食都好,啲客未必下次返去食嘅😒…Read More

呢間餐廳係我八年來最喜愛嘅餐廳。係一間米之蓮三星高級法國餐廳。基本上每年生日/ 重要節日我哋都會去呢度。今年情人節都唔例外。因為工作關係,我哋將慶祝情人節延遲左一個星期。餐廳裝修屬於高格調。設有吧枱位置及用餐雅座。吧枱位置可以望入廚房廚師烹調食物嘅過程。我哋比較喜歡坐吧枱用餐。入座後,餐廳會送上一籃新鮮焗製嘅唔同種類法式小麵包。例如牛角包、法式酸種、芝士麵包、煙肉麵包等等。今日我哋兩位就點餐廳Signature Menu - 六道菜晚餐。分別點左紅酒同埋一杯bloody orange cocktail 。之後送上主廚精心安排welcome course。第一道:Le Caviar Imperial de Sologne(Sologne Imperial caviar with fine jelly and cauliflower cream)底層由法國魚子醬做成啫喱再配上面層係由椰菜花做成忌廉。呢個配搭好新鮮!好多時食魚子醬都偏咸,呢個完全唔會。食到淡淡海水味!魚子啫喱鮮甜唔腥。第二道:La Langoustine(Langoustine ravioli with lobster coral sauce and green peas)簡單來講就係海螯蝦餛飩配龍蝦珊瑚醬和青豆。海螯蝦屬於其中一種龍蝦品種,又稱小龍蝦。餛飩裡面混有龍蝦肉同帕馬森芝士,而個汁做到好似泡沫咁。食落去好輕盈唔覺得好heavy。第三道:Le Zéphyr au Fromage(Smooth Emmental cheese soufflé with black truffle coulis)嗱嗱嗱! 呢個好特別呀! 係用Emmental 芝士做成疏乎厘配黑松露汁。平時食疏乎厘都係甜,估唔到放芝士入去疏乎厘都幾好味,質地好似食緊好light 嘅芝士蛋糕。又有濃厚黑松露汁 Emmental 芝士香真係好夾。鍾意食黑松露同芝士朋友一定要試。第四道:Le HomardRoasted Maine lobster with baby spinach and “béarnaise” sauce 終於到我最鍾意食嘅龍蝦出場,起左成條龍蝦尾上碟配嫩菠菜和蛋黃醬 。龍蝦肉好彈牙爽口,配埋特製蛋黃醬帶出龍蝦肉鮮甜👍🏻話咁快就食第五道菜,再追加多一杯Cocktail 。食左幾道菜都係海鮮嘅菜式,係時候食返啲肉第五道: La Caille (Free-range quail and foie gras with seasonal wild mushrooms ) Le Bœuf Wagyu (Grilled A4 Kagoshima Wagyu beef with French beans and mustard sauce)我哋兩個分別每人點一道。我嘅主菜就係鵪鶉和鵝肝配時令野生蘑菇,而男朋友就係烤A4鹿兒島和牛四季豆芥末醬。講下鵪鶉同鵝肝,我食鵝肝嘅時候最初以為食緊鵪鶉,係肉嘅感覺。後來經理講解先知道原來係將件鵝肝慢煮再煎,平時食係滑嘅口感,估唔到可以煮到咁特別嘅口感。當然好好味😋而A4鹿兒島和牛四季豆芥末醬,呢款和牛嘅脂肪分布平均但唔算多。煎到和牛表面少少脆,保留左大量肉汁,口感似返牛扒。平時食開和牛脂肪含量多,食落口好多油咁,我反而幾鍾意呢種和牛,完全唔油膩。第六道: La Forêt Noire (Mushroom in Black forest style with griottine and chocolate cream flavored with kirsch) 黑森林風格嘅蘑菇配用櫻桃酒調味嘅牛古力奶油。本人非常欣賞呢個甜品,將黑森林蛋糕做成蘑菇形態做得好靚,朱古力配上榛子慕絲,底部有餅乾crumbs 同埋朱古力奶油味道好有層次。今次Fine Dine體驗一如以往質素,每一道都好有水準,我比足滿分。真係好好味好滿足!三星米之蓮名銜實至名歸,所以每年都要返黎食一次。…Read More

閨蜜啱啱從上海返來,佢話今年情人節要喺香港自己過。於是我search 下邊度有情人節套餐同佢預先慶祝。有朋友介紹話呢間餐廳有個聯營情人節鮮花workshop(dayfloristhk主理)及限定情人節套餐(只限10/2-14/2),咁我就邀請閨蜜同一齊去試吓。上完個鮮花workshop 之後仲可以喺餐廳度食晚餐。呢個套餐包括兩個前菜、餐湯、一個主菜及一個意粉或意大利飯,而前菜同餐湯都係情人節限定先有。前菜1 : 北海道海膽配松露珍珠黑魚子帶子刺身 - 海膽同帶子刺身好新鮮,配埋松露珍珠黑魚子更加鮮甜。前菜2 : 西班牙24個月橡果黑豚火腿配蜜瓜呢個黑豚火腿就喺餐廳放出來果隻切片出嚟!火腿味香唔咸而且真係有橡果味配埋蜜瓜味道啱啱好,本人幾鍾意餐廳用羽衣甘藍呢種沙律菜拌碟。餐湯: 忌廉周打蠔湯 - 周打湯味道好香濃,可以飲到個湯用蠔同蔬菜熬製,而且加埋隻煎蠔放喺湯面,鮮甜又唔醒。主菜其實有幾款選擇,有海鮮、牛扒、燒春雞同燒乳豬。我哋就揀左呢度嘅招牌菜 - Y.S.T 燒乳豬。真係要講下呢個乳豬,個皮燒到脆卜卜,食起嚟啲肉質好嫩滑多汁,滑到以為食緊雞肉。太美味!另外一個主菜就點咗香煎龍蝦尾扁意粉,個意粉賣相好得,龍蝦肉厚,意粉口感有啲似沾麵咁點住龍蝦湯離食,呢個赤蝦濃汁好濃郁。個人覺得個意粉可以煮硬少少會更加煙韌增加口感。我地仲加錢叫左兩杯特色飲品:Mocktail-Virgo呢杯用咗蜜桃果蓉同埋紅莓汁,飲到啖啖玫瑰花香,呢杯mocktail 顏色淡紅色充滿少女氣息,打卡一流。Cocktail- nou mou 係用Gin 去做主題嘅一杯Cocktail,味道有少少basil 加青檸,飲落去好清新香甜,好鐘意呢個味道,食完咁多肉飲呢杯cocktail 完全解膩。最後甜品係抹菜雪糕配朱古力心太軟。今次用餐體驗好完滿好開心!又有鮮花workshop 又可以食到美食,呢個情人節限定套餐真係唔可以錯過,情人節限定套餐只係做10/2-14/2 咋!…Read More

今日本身打算去試吓一間新開嘅韓國菜,去到餐廳先發覺牛肉拌飯係只有中午至下午供應。天氣咁凍想食熱野。即刻喺附近兜下有咩想食。我哋又唔想食印度菜/泰國菜/ 越南菜/ 中菜。新年呢排食好多呢啲。行行下來到Dan Ryan’s ,咁不如就今晚食steak。其實大大話話Dan Ryan’s 搬咗去屋企附近都成3個月,都一直未有時間過去試吓。就喺搬左去前址Le Pain Quotidien ,有室內外用餐位置。入到去發現原來仲有樓上雅座。裝修都幾有特色,天花設計左個架空火車路軌。有架玩具火車不停循環兜圈。Menu 都有幾多選擇,其實都唔單只有牛扒/ 豬扒/ 雞之類,都有海鮮選擇而且仲有龍蝦比你揀。我哋點咗半份燒BBQ豬肋骨同12oz 芝加哥燒西冷牛扒。飲品點咗杯house red 同一杯cocktail Pina Colada。侍應轉頭好快手就送上餐包,個餐包籃幾得意,有1個muffin 、1個圓型餐包同埋1 個小法包。仲有牛油係粉紅色。唔係一般牛油,味道似士多啤梨牛油。半份美式燒BBQ豬肋骨:配有沙律Coleslaw 及炸蕃薯條。燒豬肋骨肉嫩多汁唔乾,輕輕切開骨肉分離。仲有一碟BBQ 醬附上。份量真係幾大。兩個人食完都飽咗。芝加哥燒西冷牛扒:配原條燒甜粟米及炸蕃薯條。我哋同侍應講想要正常炸薯條同燒medium rare。牛扒燒得啱啱好!可以見到粉紅色好靚。皮焦脆肉嫩好味!基本上我哋食唔曬啲牛扒,打包拎返屋企聽日整steak sandwich 做午餐❤️整體用餐體驗同埋服務良好!值得一提係佢地係用環保飲管(可以自我分解果d) ,非常喜歡佢地有環保意識。贊👍🏻👍🏻而且樓下有local live music 駐場氣氛超好。下次有時間叫埋多啲朋友再嚟食,咁可以叫多啲嘢食。…Read More

喺農曆新年前一於食個早午餐,餐廳位於灣仔地鐵站利東出口後面,超級方便。餐廳面積好大有室內外用餐位置,我哋每次去基本唔使book/ 等位都可以直接入坐。今日又點咗個All Day Breakfast 加埋 pancakes 同埋兩杯咖啡做早餐。印象中我記得佢哋係有granola,而且好好味。比張相大家睇下!諗住叫返,但今次睇menu 唔見咗,所以點左Cooshti Stack o' Pancakes 。同埋個All Day Breakfast 都改埋名做Cooshti Full Chinglish。講下我哋點嘅早餐先Cooshti Full Chinglish :份量- 可以足夠兩個人食。配二隻蛋/ 煙肉/ 英國豬肉腸/ 酸種麵包吐司/ 英式焗豆/ 炸薯餅/炒磨菇/ 車厘茄。覺得呢度食嘅All Day Breakfast 比較接近似英國style。香港好多cafe 都有all day breakfast 但就唔夠傳統。Cooshti Stack o' Pancakes :配雲尼拿雪糕、楓糖漿、雜莓、班戟份量- 很大。如果一個女生食真係未必可以食曬。班戟都算濕潤,但係食晒雪糕嘅話,我覺得楓糖漿份量就唔夠啦!低下pancake吸唔到楓糖漿。兩杯咖啡唔使點講,味道達標準。呢餐廳基本上已經變成我哋其中一間食堂👍🏻…Read More

見今朝天氣幾好就同男朋友搵間新嘅餐廳試吓。search OpenRice 發現屋企附近開咗一間新餐廳BAKED。我仲喺度諗呢間餐廳咪同中環果間同名,原來係同一間我上年有寫過食評,而家到搬咗嚟灣仔,中環舊址現正裝修中。我哋喺門口等咗一陣就安排入座,可能係新店開幕裡面坐滿曬人,比咗一個望住皇后大道窗門近門口bar 枱位置嘅座位我地。睇返個menu 嘅食物基本上同中環原店差唔多。本身我係想點Big Plate,侍應話好幾款嘅食物已經sold out,果時係中午1245。我哋點咗兩份早餐同兩杯咖啡。由點餐到上枱都等咗成45分鐘,咖啡來先但食物真等咗好耐,發覺餐廳有啲人手不足。Peaches Granola / HKD155 等左45分鐘同我哋expected 嘅太大出入,一碗好普通granola,greek yogurt 加corn flakes 加少少granola ,喺yougert面加左件醃咗嘅蜜桃果肉,盛惠155元,我男朋友話普通到勁普通👎🏻Live Your Best Life / HKD150Baked Benedict: basil infused hollandaise, poached eggs, bresaola, rocket, sourdough toast :就係Egg Benedict - Bresaola ham、水煮蛋 喺 sourdough toast 上面 Hollandaise醬汁唔錯 但sourdough toast 焗到太硬,咬到個嘴好痛。水煮蛋over cooked 完全係蛋黃熟曬。真心講一般。唯一可以講咖啡係唔錯。Americano 同Hazelnut latte 都OK,唔似其他coffee shop 用榛子syrup 得死甜。Hazelnut latte 有淡淡嘅榛子味,如果唔係仔細咁品嚐可能未必飲到,建議可以加多啲榛子。我哋冇座到入去𥚃面嘅位置,但我坐嘅望住皇后大道窗門BAR 枱就偏好逼夾。同埋個位一有太陽係好曬好熱,整如個名一樣baked 緊我哋。由於廚房太近座位,食完之後成身油煙味。整體用膳一般,食物價錢overprice,味道一般。比以往中環原址BAKED食物差咗。今次係有啲失望,灣仔店不如中環舊店,試一次便夠。…Read More

話說同友人去睇完exhibition 仲有個半鐘先可以去拎返架車,我哋唔知做乜好,咁就喺K11 Musea 求其揀間食店醫下個肚。諗住又係大閘蟹季節,於是就決定去左呢間sexy crab。我哋又冇book 位又係lunch hour,已經諗定如果冇位就去第二間,點知去到又有一張吉枱。就係咁開始中伏。我哋頭盆叫左個薰蛋。個薰蛋賣相一流,個侍應拎出嚟打開個蓋,濃烈煙薰味飄出來,叫來打咭的確唔錯。至於味道同平時食糖心蛋差唔多,唔明一隻點解要$78咁貴。就係1/3茶匙蟹粉同1/4 茶匙黑魚子🤷🏻‍♀️另外我哋叫左一份佢哋招牌菜sexy crab 特濃蟹粉拌麵share 嚟食。真心真係唔係想像中咁正,份量細,蟹粉又唔係好濃,用粗麵根本掛唔起啲蟹粉,食嘅時候分開曬,麵還麵,蟹粉還蟹粉。整體唔值咁嘅價錢,不如買樽蟹粉返屋企自己撈麵好過,性價比低。…Read More

妹妹話一直想去灣仔一間cafe,佢話果度打卡會幾靚,之後約我今日去果度食個Brunch。住喺灣仔咁耐都唔知原來灣仔有呢間cafe 😆餐廳坐位唔算多,環境裝修真係唔錯,微黃色牆身,都真係坐得幾舒服。我最鐘意就唔係咁多人。我哋兩個就分別點左兩個All Day Breakfast 同兩杯咖啡。可能今日個咖啡師心情好好,為我哋兩杯咖啡拉左好可愛嘅拉花,靚到我哋唔捨得飲呀!即刻心情靚晒❤️,女仔真係易氹😆講番呢度食物,講真呢個All Day Breakfast 冇乜特別,唯一竹碳麵包應該會係呢個breakfast 特別地方,味道不過不失,炒蛋ok,煙肉唔夠脆,雞肉腸味道就好淡。其實可以加一個小果占/ 牛油粒來搽麵包。可能會好啲。食飽飽就梗係做最重要嘅環節~打卡。如果唔係來做乜野?外面門口個打卡位置的確整得幾靚。啲相影出嚟都幾靚嘅,於是我比多次機會帶我男朋友食多一次。今次我就冇點All Day Breakfast,點左黑松露忌廉汁意大利麵,我男朋友睇完成個menu ,原來冇乜野啱佢食,原因佢唔食海鮮,又唔食black truffle,我先發覺個menu太少選擇,佢唯有又點番呢個All Day Breakfast。好彩今次係叫個意粉食無叫錯,覺得黑松露意粉好味過個 All Day Breakfast 好多! 男朋友之後就叫多件朱古力brownies ,呢個甜品望落唔錯,不過個brownies質地偏乾,切開之後碎晒🤷🏻‍♀️。比左兩次機會,食物整體來講算合格,不過如果唔係為左打卡,我諗我未必會再來😆😆 如果為咗食嘅朋友,我估有大把選擇啦,呢間真係純屬打卡cafe 😌…Read More
