無意中發現東達中心開咗間只做外賣嘅燉湯蒸飯店,有好多款燉湯,而且價錢唔貴,蒸飯套餐$65,包咗$48燉湯一盅,如果叫貴啲嘅就要補返差價燉湯包裝全部都係密封,所以外賣送到黎屋企一打開仲係熱辣辣出晒煙,估唔到工廠小店都做得咁有誠意,幾加分先講蒸飯,試咗4款,蟲草花紅棗蒸雞飯係最出色,雞件超入味又無雪藏味,而且都算幾滑,仲有好多蟲草花,呢個飯如果單叫都係$38抵到爛,佢啲米都幾靚,幾白淨,煮嘅水份好夠;黃酒雞啲雞都幾滑,不過就無蟲草花咁入味豬肉就試咗鹹蛋蒸肉餅飯同梅子排骨飯,肉餅好厚身,肉質較為結實,唔霉,呢個價錢幾OK;至於排骨份量都比得好多,舊舊都好大舊,真材實料,但梅子味再入味啲就好燉湯都配咗四款~試咗兩款滋補嘅竹絲雞,有姫松茸螺片淮山同羊肚菌響螺,入面都有大大隻竹絲雞,好足料有大大塊螺片食,羊肚菌都出名貴同滋補,兩個湯顏色都好深,好濃味,燉得好夠時間另外兩款就係清潤啲嘅,海底椰蟲草花雪梨同老黃瓜章魚赤小豆燉排骨湯,前者清熱潤肺;後者解暑祛濕;兩款嘅排骨都大大嚿可以食埋見到佢都有幾間分店喺灣仔、荔枝角等等,附近返工嘅朋友認真可以試吓,有時一個人唔想煲湯,又想飲到湯可以考慮吓佢…Read More

呢次同朋友嚟到尖沙咀呢間幾有名氣嘅鐵板燒,可以睇到日本籍師傅席前烹煮,分別叫咗一個$398 嘅豐-一人前鐵板餐同一個$1240嘅A5宮崎和牛龍蝦鮑魚套餐share, 俾大家睇吓有咩分別啦首先前菜有蒜頭漬、味噌茄子同煙燻雞肉;之後有柚子沙律開開胃 (刺身係另一個貴餐先有)$398 豐-一人前鐵板餐呢個餐真係性價比之選啊,咁平嘅價錢都可以食到優質嘅海鮮同肉類大虎蝦以蝦膏打成汁、仲有白蜆汁同香草汁,一蝦三種味道,蝦肉非常彈牙,而且半煎炸到好脆,連蝦鬚都食得鮮活蘇格蘭蟶子皇以蔥、蒜、牛油炒蟶子王,非常惹味有嚼勁 鹿兒島黑毛豬薄燒卷七選一嘅肉類我就揀咗黑毛豬薄燒卷,脂肪瘦肉比例均衡,包住蔥、蒜、金菇絲,香氣撲鼻又Juicy最後有鐵板炒飯、茶碗蒸、味噌湯同大福、另外一個餐就係有龍蝦嘅味噌湯同雪糕,其中一個鐵板炒飯就揀咗梅漬口味,梅子獨特嘅酸甜為炒飯帶來不一樣嘅風味,仲可以加湯wasabi 做茶漬飯,呢個就比一般炒飯冇咁膩口$1240 A5宮崎和牛龍蝦鮑魚套餐如果有大事要慶祝想揮霍一下,都幾推薦呢個套餐,因為有廣島蠔、南非鮑魚、龍蝦、A5和牛等嘅矜貴食材,而且師傅都用唔同嘅烹調方式將食材嘅優點發揮到極致首先嚟一客極上刺身,有牡丹蝦,赤身,油甘魚廣島蠔有手掌咁大隻咁肥美,鮮甜嫩滑又甘香南非黑邊鮑魚以紫菜昆布汁烹煮,非常之夾,鮑魚新鮮好有嚼勁,最後就食埋香濃嘅鮑魚肝龍蝦有成500g, 肉質雪白滑彈,同樣以蝦膏做醬汁夠原汁原味,龍蝦頭就用嚟煲湯A4鹿兒島和牛薄燒有細膩嘅脂肪紋理,入口即溶,散發出誘人香氣,有配蔥汁麵豉汁芝麻醬,我最鍾意都係就咁配蒜片食,蒜香味濃郁,層次感十足…Read More
