1行8人去一早預訂嘅陸羽品嚐懷舊手工菜好多人都形容喱度裝潢古色古香,始終開業接近90年…但我就覺得「不似預期」是晚被安排係2樓房間用餐🥢放棄搭𨋢徒步行上喱條「古色古香」嘅樓梯 隨處可見掛有唔少中國畫,細看…我睇到唔少「歲月殘跡」中式屏風已經擺放超過半個世紀:)茶錢每位$38🍵 可以同米芝蓮星級中菜館睇齊…不過茶質確實唔錯今晚飲普洱、鐵觀音,沖咗幾次都仲有茶味上枱已經杏香撲鼻奶白湯頭除咗豬肺、白菜膽,仲加埋枸杞葉、陳皮絲、紅棗…超足料豬肺洗得好乾淨,一啲異味都冇喝一口湯…清潤綿滑、豬肺軟嫩即化~係飲得嘅「PITERA」上枱香噴噴 麵包釀入原隻開邊蝦、炸得金黃香脆…入口既鮮爽又不油不膩(鍾意原汁原味…我冇視咗隔離碗甜酸醬)聽侍應介紹係先用蜜糖水後用蛋漿同生粉撈勻炸…難怪薄薄嘅金華火腿食落香酥鬆化可惜…鴿肉雖嫩滑但有啲羶味:(半隻手臂長嘅鷹䱽呈暗紅色、燻香撲鼻,沾上少少沙律醬…入口結實鮮甜、感情同回憶即刻返哂嚟絕對心機菜 去骨、處理餡料、又飛水又炸又蒸送上枱一切開餡料滿瀉…啖啖陳皮香、蒸得夠腍夠入味加入合時子薑~嗰種酸香味…冇得輸咕嚕肉無奈變成配角~子薑…極品也柚皮去皮、出水、吸飽湯汁、再炆得軟腍入味大大塊入口大滿足…完完全全冇苦澀味btw, 芥膽亦唔好錯過…脆綠腍甜飯後甜品揀咗我認為係全香港最好嘅梘水粽蓮子蓉香滑微甜、糯米軟糯唔黐牙,而且一啲梘水味都冇用餐體驗🥢懷舊手工菜即係心機菜…平民食材、粗菜精做…最考廚房功力~陸羽過關侍應💁服務態度不如坊間形容如「澳牛」一樣…他們總算有問有答P.S. 1️⃣廁所🚾睇到小強🪳橫行無忌2️⃣清理枱面時…侍應💁唔夠小心將豉油倒落朋友坐嘅櫈上…成褲都係🤦‍♀️見微知著!當晚嚟講…色香味、環境、服務…陸羽只有75/100用餐體驗見仁見智#卡拉不專業foodreview…Read More
