暫時為止全港最大之石燒扒餐廳

昨日5/7收工行過旺角彌敦道近登打士街方向見到有間新餐廳開左,橫掂諗住開餐,就行落去試試。現在時間是19:00,估唔到大熱天時30幾度,居然有人肯係樓梯等位,仲要有約30人😅。犀利,不過我1位應該好快及好容易有位。餐廳叫:堅石燒,個名好特別,唔知同Oscar嗰間堅信號有沒有關係。雖然有30幾人等位,但我等1位只是等了5分鐘就有位😍。雖然要搭枱,不過望一望餐牌扒餐價錢,其實仲平過花園餐廳及金鳳餐廳,茶餐廳價錢就預左要搭枱。入座時被安排坐在去味神器旁之長枱,一坐下侍應就講解餐廳落單流程及新張期間自助吧任飲任食。之後由於抱住試一試嘅諗法就先叫一份美國大理石200克$78最平之選。心諗如果係劣食都是蝕$78,不怕。落餐後就前往自助吧攞湯,意粉,沙律,雀巢檸檬茶😍。落單後等了約10分鐘左右就上扒,美國大理石一落枱就聞到好香肉味。侍應落餐時教我食幾多就切幾多,如果食得慢就逐件切,因為如果牛扒切片後較薄身好快會變成全熟。不過侍應臨走前同我講枱面上有碟,如果食唔切可以先將牛扒放在碟上,估唔到茶記價錢都有服務提供🤣。一切開件美國大理石,估唔到肉質鮮嫩多汁,有牛肉味無雪味,還有最緊要唔似花園,金鳳第尾咁用食粉梳打粉醃製,牛扒全天然正。我個人最鍾意是5成熟,食牛扒成數最好,這是享受肉質最嫩滑之成數。由於大理石嘅好味,200克根本未能夠滿足我,所以我再叫多份300克澳洲和牛西冷食。等了6分鐘左右就上枱,牛油味好香,好似加入了黑松露。澳洲和牛西冷入口即溶,油脂分佈好好,比日本和牛多了一份肉味。兩份牛扒都好食😍…Read More

昨日8/2/2018我接老婆收工後諗住往荃灣宜家傢俬逛逛,乘車到達荃灣後大約19:00左右,我倆決定先晚餐後逛街。所以我們上openrice 搜尋荃灣區有咩好野食,最近我倆少吃日式燒肉放題,在openrice 內發現有一間叫牛太日式放題店評語幾好,所以去試試。牛太位於荃新天地商場地下,在南豐中心行行人天橋過去約10分鐘左右。到達後我們選擇了$288放題套餐,埋單兩位共$634。首先牛肉質素麻麻,牛肉有騷味,牛胸腹好un,質素欠佳。燒烤爐火火勢唔集中(散),令燒烤速度慢,要知道燒牛肉必須火勢夠猛才香,燒烤爐火要像盛八或牛藏才夠火力。羽衣甘藍沙律唔夠汁,葉身太乾,像放在雪櫃被抽乾水份一樣。其他食物質素一般,不會再試。另外題外話,客人落order食物永遠數量不足,牛肉落10片就黎5片,廚房出菜又慢,究竟想點?唔怪得我19:20(四)呢個時間去食都唔使等位,門口無客。令外餐廳位置不大,但只有3名樓面工作,樓面根本做唔切,由於唔夠人手工作,導致餐廳沒有服務可言。不過呢啲問題係我角度絕對唔係員工嘅問題,而係公司嘅管理有問題…Read More

今日和同事一同外出工作(荃灣區)。之前在尖沙咀厚福街食過小蟻人,剛知道在荃灣大鴻輝中心(舊英皇娛樂廣場)1樓新開分店,決定和同事去食飯😍我之所以去食,除了掛念小蟻人的芒果拿破侖外,最掛念是餐廳有轉輪盤優惠,最低1折😍。今天我們食了炭燒美國厚切極黑豬鞍扒由於極黑豬是無菌,所以可以七成熟,肉質鮮嫩多汁,醬汁用上蘋果茸配搭,免卻肥膩感覺。炭燒安格斯西冷店員力推首選,說採用美國cab認證安格斯西冷(prime grade),的確一入口牛肉味好重,入口鮮嫩無渣。再配合黑松露燒汁,第一次食到燒汁有牛肉香味,正宗~黑松露帶子炒飯黑松露配帶子幾好味,但可惜是炒飯帶濕唔夠乾身煙三文魚蟹肉墨魚汁銅模意粉除五六星級酒店或正宗古老之意大利餐廳外,估唔到居然有餐廳會用銅模意粉,識食嘅人都知銅模意粉來貨貴普通意粉4至5成,所以一般人可能都未食過同不知道是什麼。銅模意粉特別之處是意大利粉會有坑紋,令意大利粉能夠掛汁,還有意大利粉爽口彈牙al dente。朱古力心太軟配moven pick雪糕朱古力味好香濃,原來是用上法國名牌valrhona 65度黑朱古力製造,皮脆,流心再配五星級酒店常見的moven pick雪糕,超正。芒果拿破崙店員推介,拿破崙是由人手製作,每塊摺疊共1百層,牛油味香濃,鬆脆馬卡龍撻店員介紹馬卡龍是人手製作,杏仁香味,不會太甜草莓窩夫配moven pick雪糕草莓窩夫鬆脆,有士多啤梨香味最開心係埋單時轉輪盤轉到2折😄😍哈哈~每人都是40至50元埋單,必定要再encore…Read More
