同朋友之前去糖廠街市集食野掃街,俾我地發現左依間個餐廳炸雞窩夫好好好食 ,今晚特登過黎食多次回味下。環境幾舒服同三五知己黎飲野食野吹水都唔錯。墨西哥炸栗米片配牛油果醬 ($73) : 粟米片本身有蕃茄辣醬,不過朋友怕辣所以加左牛油果醬店員仲送左酸忌廉醬俾我地試下,粟米片就普普通通蕃茄辣醬有少少辣,不過牛油果好甜加上粟米片咸咸地好襯 。吞拿魚他他配墨西哥脆片($68) :吞拿魚上面有D牛油果成個外型紅紅綠綠色彩好靚。細細件可以一次過放入口,你就可以一次過食到牛油果既甜、吞拿魚既鮮、墨西哥脆片既咸三種唔同既味。炸雞窩夫+特製芝士 ($88) : 今日主角 炸雞都食過唔少,不過佢係特別脆同肉滑加上半溶芝士同用香軟窩夫啖啖滋味,真係食過幾多次都想再食過。牛小排玉米餅 ($148) : 玉米餅有嚼劲香酥可口,牛小排用左12小時煙燻好淋帶微辣加,上義大利青醬同混合芝士好正 ,食一件都好飽肚。香蕉榛子醬窩夫 ($50) : 甜品有我最喜歡既榛子 ,超多醬每一啖都滿口榛子同香蕉好味好滿足。低糖綠茶 : 開頭望個罐身以為係啤酒見到字先知係綠茶,雖然係低糖不過一D都唔淡味仲甜甜地。…Read More

我地經常去樓上餐廳食野,因為覺得樓上鋪想吸引人除左食物,仲有好多好靚又特別既環境裝潢。今次揀左係銅鑼灣樓上法國餐廳(近我公司 ),鍾意佢環境夠浪漫,無論裝飾、燈光、食物都好適合情侶黎談談情說說愛。Seared scallops with Figs and Sesame Shitake Mushroorn Salad ($160) :前菜我地揀左帶子、無花果同黑白芝麻香菇,帶子兩邊好香脆入面嫩滑,無花果凍凍地又好淋好甜,香菇加上黑白芝麻醬幾好味可以帶起食慾。Sauteed Frog Leg with Garlic Herb Butter in Crispy Basket ($128) : 近幾天天氣都好凍,所以點左另一款前菜係炸田雞腿暖暖胃先。田雞腿炸得剛剛好唔太油,外脆內嫩咬落肉質好似雞肉。不過我地食完帶子先食佢,攪到入面唔夠熱。Traditional French Onion Soup'Au Gratin' ($95) :食完前菜之後我點左洋蔥湯飲,係洋蔥湯面有層Au Gratin口感似藍芝士我就馬馬地,洋蔥湯都好普通。青檸雪葩 : 飲完湯店員送上杯青檸雪葩俾我地清清味蕾,酸酸地清味蕾之外可以增加胃口食主菜。Baked Block Truffle souffle Red Snapper Fillet with Ratatouille Sauce ($260) :我主菜選左紅鯛魚,佢一上檯就好出奇條魚呢?因為佢比一層好大片既黑松露蓋住。面層黑松露好cream淨食好甜冇咩質感,魚肉有少少老,Ratatouille Sauce帶微酸,三者一齊食又有另一種味道好食左好多。甜品 : 蛋撻仔加馬卡龍,馬卡龍甜甜地都幾好味。我地食左成三個鐘不過完全唔覺食左咁耐,環境太靚太舒服,門口仲有一部鋼琴比我地影下相,情人節可以黎依到食夠浪漫啵。…Read More

假日係中環四周圍行影下燈飾,由置地廣場影完熊啤啤一直行到去PMQ影聖誕樹,影到四點左右開始有D餓,咁我地就去搵餐廳坐低食野休息下。餐廳入面有幅綠悠悠草牆用黎做影相背景都唔錯,仲有兩塊大玻璃上面畫左D得意既食物公仔。Hot chocolate milk ($35) : 冬天飲返杯熱朱古力暖身非常好 ,朱古力上面有D棉花糖,等佢慢慢融化再攪拌甜度剛剛好。Country Brunch Skillet ($90) : 材料有煙肉,青椒,洋蔥,薯粒,蛋同芝士,先將蛋切開等D蛋漿流出黎,再同薯粒煙肉等材料攪拌,完成之後真係睇到都流曬口水。煙肉好香口薯粒唔算淋沾有芝士同蛋漿之後非常滋味。店員之後拎左支Franks Redhot醬叫我加上試試辣味適中都唔錯,我順手試下加茄汁好似食緊普通薯條咁。Waffles ($96) : 係依到食Waffles有個好處"好多選擇組合",Waffles有五款、雪糕都有九款(有選擇困難症會好頭痕)。我地選左Pandan waffle、Banana Fosters Waffle、Hazelnut ice cream,班蘭窩夫外脆內軟,Banana好淋不過味道馬馬地,榛子雪糕我的最愛 好濃榛子味同班蘭窩夫一齊食 正!!!好啦!食飽休息完繼續去影相,下一站摩天輪Milkmart。…Read More

之前去其他餐廳食西班牙火腿配香檳就試得多,正式去西班牙餐廳品嘗今次真係第一次。我地發現依間餐廳係因為上次去QRE食晚,係樓下大堂見到一間叫QUE MO餐廳,因為好奇個名咁特別所以記低佢黎試下。室內環境好寬敞坐四、五十人都冇咩問題,剛好今晚有公司包左室內開Party,所以店員安排左我地坐係Bar檯,直接望住大廚Martin幫我地準備晚餐 。Martin見我地有叫火腿,好熱情咁帶我地去睇下佢地點整。我見住佢係火腿上面不同部位切出一塊塊色澤好靚既火腿已經流曬口水。DONA LOLA 100% PURE IBERICO HAM PLATTER : 因為我地兩個對火腿都唔熟,Martin推薦左4種比我地,分別係由右至左Jarrete、maza、Babilla、Punta四個部位(Martin叫我地最好由右至左順序品嚐)。Jarrete比較厚身好好咬口、maza好薄油脂味較重、Babilla味好淡馬馬地、Punta係四個部位最濃味送酒最好,但我個人較鍾意食maza 。GIANT SPANISH OYSTERS DUO FOAM : 生蠔係來自加利西亞都幾大隻。左邊表面忌廉係用分子料理方式製作外型新鮮感十足,味道上表面忌廉好滑有少少酒味剛剛好蓋過生蠔腥味。右邊就加左D蕃茄粒清清地帶出蠔鮮味。MARINATED SEABASS WITH POTATO & GREEN BEAN TERRINE : 鱸魚用左鹽黎醃製,帶出鱸魚最天然既味道,煎過之後表面金黃色食落好滑好香魚鮮味。另一條係煎薯蓉,表面煎到好脆身加上旁邊紅色辣汁一齊食好滋味。SLOW COOKED SUCKLING PIG TERRINE WITH POTATO FOAM AND SEASONAL VEGETABLES : 將乳豬肉一層一層重新砌好再將脆皮放回上面整成,之後乳豬慢煮12小時以上。用刀叉基本上唔洗用力已經可以將佢切開,上層脆皮、中層脂肪、底層嫩肉層次分明,食落中層脂肪一D都唔油聞落仲好香 ,表面既脆中間既淋下層既滑真係一次過品嚐到。JELLY& CREAM LICOR 43 WITH SANGRIA SNOW : 食左幾樣野之後Martin建議我地食個甜品清清個味蕾,見住Martin好用心咁砌佢出黎。下面係用Licor 43做成既啫喱同cream,Licor 43由43種柑橘、果汁、香草和香料等不同成份材料製成既西班牙酒,啫喱上面紅色係Sangria沙冰最頂頂就係新鮮橙皮,食落開頭有淡淡酒味到之後有D甜味,味道清清地可以洗擦一下味蕾。MEDITERRANEAN RED PRAWN SOUPY RICE : 用大火燒住平底鍋等上面海鮮飯慢慢收水,以海鮮飯上面有隻紅卜卜既地中海紅蝦,上檯後Martin將佢分成三份將蝦頭入面蝦汁壓出黎流曬入去飯入面,再將飯同細蝦撈勻,成碟飯都好香蝦味我食左三大碟 停唔到口。COCONUT& GINGER MOUSSE WITH MANGO CREAM AND COCOA SOIL : 係芒果cream中間有個由椰子同薑整成白色慕絲,食落薑味較重不過食落冇咩質感。BANANA'S ICE CREAM & PUDDING WITH PASSION FRUIT CREAM AND CRISPY PEANUT : 由香蕉雪糕&布丁、香蕉肉同熱情果cream組合成,香蕉雪糕好滑布丁質感有少少似豆腐,香蕉肉、布丁、熱情果cream加起一齊食酸酸甜甜奐幾好味。…Read More

一知道朗豪坊4樓開左LINE FRIENDS PARTY,星期日一早諗住去影下相會冇咁多人,點知低估左LINE殺傷力。。。人滿為患 ,影左一陣覺得太多人放棄左去周圍睇下有咩好食,正正係LINE附近新開左間Passion,之前係灣仔&尖沙咀都食過,不過多數食甜品今次可以試下咸食 。我次次去Passion都好鍾意佢既環境,佢可以俾人一種好舒適既感覺。可能平時香港人生活急速,一入到Passion好自然可以放鬆心情,坐係到同人談談情食下野。Peach Danish($23)、Mocha - Dine-in($20) :  我地坐低食個餅飲下咖啡,休息下先慢慢諗食咩。Peach砌好似好似花咁好香果甜味,酥皮邊好脆。Mocha拉花幾靚,旁邊Biscotti脆餅襯Mocha又唔錯啵。Four Seasons ($98) : 材料有煙三文魚、莎樂美腸、蘑菇、印式烤雞,一個Pizza分四份平均放上幾種材料,再cut開六份每份都有唔同材料味道都自然不同。煙三文魚好滑味都幾濃郁,莎樂美腸就有d鹹刺激食慾,蘑菇太少冇咩味,印式烤雞太乾身。我食每件Pizza都唔要上面d火箭菜,覺得草青味太勁。Roasted Vegetable Lasagna ($88) : 雖然望落千層麵細細碟,不過佢有好多層份量兩個人食剛剛好。千層麵蕃茄醬味道較淡,加上茄子等蔬菜清清地都唔錯。Passion Fruit Mont Blanc ($42) : 我地係Passion經常食栗子甜品 今次應該係第四個。表面D栗子好滑食落啖啖栗子味,撻底有仲有熱情果 超好味。熱情果 - 法式冰淇淋 ($38) : 法式冰淇淋係朗豪坊分店獨有,所以我地都係第一次試。有成十幾款選擇咁多今次食熱情果先。窩夫脆脆表面都印有餐廳Logo好有心思,我直接啪斷窩夫點雪糕食,匙羹都唔洗用。窩夫好脆好香蛋味、熱情果雪糕就酸酸甜甜幾好味,下次再試其他味。我地走果時見到門口放左D麵包比客人外賣返屋企慢慢品嚐。依家係朗豪坊開新店又近又舒服,唔知我地會黎多幾多次呢 ?…Read More

有一天特然想食海鮮但又唔想入到西貢&鯉魚門咁遠,靈光一閃記得尖咀好似有間食熱海鮮拼盤,上網搵一搵就知係The Captain's House,見時間算幾早打電話去問下,好彩都比我訂到位食(唔係都唔知去邊食)。The Captain's House餐廳用白色做主色,加左好多特色裝飾有魚網、多爪吊燈(好似八爪魚)、熱氣球等等,環境好舒服。我地座位旁邊係水吧,以水吧前面有個開放式冰格上面放左好多生蠔,Yeah !!又到食蠔時間。Fruit Punch(左 $48) : 係未點食物之前,店員提意可以叫左杯野飲先,一路睇食咩一路飲。杯Fruit Punch酸酸地又甜甜地非常開胃,胃口大增野食都叫多D 。蠔要由淡味開始食,咁我地由Pacific rock開始 acific rock ($32) : 身形幾飽滿,有少少海水味不過好淡。Smoky bay ($32) : 好重海水金屬味,俾其他三隻新鮮,幾種蠔我最喜歡食依隻。kys normandie ($52) : 比Smoky bay較淺金屬味,肉身就滑d。Gillardeau ($52) : 都幾滑同有海水味,不過有少少腥。甜蕃薯薯條($78) : 之前都食過幾間甜蕃薯薯條,依間係最大條又炸得比較脆身。甜度適中食落唔太油,有沙律醬同茄汁任你點咩都得。新奧爾良周打海鮮湯($155) : 遠遠都聞到好香海鮮味 ,湯內有蝦,蜆,青口等等材料十足。 湯飲落好濃海鮮味,麵包就好脆身點湯一齊食一流,不過飲到最底有少少"傑"同有d苦。熱船長海鮮拼盤Platter B($498)+越南虎蝦 : 一個藍色網袋上檯(有少少似去買海鮮D袋),之後店員當佢係波咁轉呀!!轉呀!!之後打開就見到好多海鮮 仔細睇睇有越南虎蝦、長腳蟹腳、翡翠螺、八爪魚仔、腸、薯仔、栗米等超多野食。越南虎蝦好大隻同我手掌同size,啖啖肉好彈牙。今次再挑戰下食長腳蟹腳,肉質好滑再加上檸檬牛油汁好好味 翡翠螺同八爪魚仔就普通左少少,薯仔就吸收左海鮮同牛油汁既精華變得好入味同好淋。雖然我地得兩個人,因為太好食我地爆左小宇宙清曬全檯野食  。…Read More

依一,兩個月都係到減肥,剩食菜機本上冇咩食肉。朋友話吊頸都要抖下氣,佢決定帶我去食返餐好,古語有云:『唔食飽D邊有力氣減肥。』 好!!比佢氹點左我破一破戒,因為我都好耐冇食返餐好。餐廳入面好寬敞好乾淨俾人一種好舒適既感覺。我地坐低之後前面有個裝左蟹仔既玻璃缸,見住D蟹仔打交好得意。店內好清靜四周食客同店員都冇發出太大聲響,慢慢享受師父為我地準備既美食。前菜甘草蘿蔔(左)、蕃茄仔(中)、日本里芋芋頭(右) : 蘿蔔好淋加左甘草既甜做點綴,里芋好香連我唔食芋頭都覺得好味。北海道真蠔 : 蠔一直都係我最愛,一見到佢咁飽滿既外型已經好興奮。蠔上面有d酸汁啫喱好特別可帶出真蠔鮮味,底部有青瓜增加口感上既層次。食完佢好滿足 真鯛(左),真明鰹(右) : 要讚一讚師父刀工十分利害,魚生切得十分薄, 整成一碟好靚既魚生花上檯,師父講解先知原來係有兩種魚(魚身機本上一樣色,唔仔細睇都分唔到)。左邊真鯛肉質較细膩,右邊真明鰹肉質較韌,兩種魚都好新鮮陪上酸汁一流。白子 : 白子魚類既精巢,今次師父選用鱈魚白子做成一杯外型好精緻白子料理,食落十分幼滑,好似食緊溫暖蛋蛋白咁。鰹魚(上) : 師父用火槍燒熟外皮有陣魚香味散發出黎,肉質較深色咬感較韌,味道有少少似吞拿魚。鰤魚(下) : 鰤魚望落好肥美,咬落無根好新鮮。帶子紫菜(上) : 帶子輕輕燒過,以帶子本身味較淡,不過加上紫菜既咸味一齊食又幾好味。西京燒金目鯛(下) : 雖然表面望落有層厚厚魚油,不過食一d都唔油,有少少乾身加少少沙律醬食滋味無窮。漬物 : 有蘿蔔、淮山、蕎頭 、蒜粒,醃得又幾好味,應該係慢慢食不過我一次過食曬。赤龍魚壽司(上)赤龍魚壽司(上): 赤龍魚好滑入口即溶,加上用赤醋搓成既醋飯同柚子汁一流呀 春刀魚壽司(下): 師父將春刀魚切到好厚身,食落好濃油脂香味。北海道赤海膽壽司(上) : 食落幾鮮甜,不過有少少海水醒味。拖羅(中) : 外型好靚仔成把扇咁,拖羅入口即溶同赤醋飯好夾,師父仲預先加左酸汁一上檯就食得。創作壽司(下) : 材料有甜蝦,碎拖羅,筋子,十分新鮮味道好複雜好難形容。玉子(上) : 細細粒玉子一啖一件,見到有好多層唔知師父花左幾心機整佢呢。魚湯(左下) : 湯入面有魚肉豆腐等材料,味道較清可以清清味蕾。日本富柚柿(右下) : 最後食返個富柚柿,清清甜甜一流。全晚師父都好用心機做料理俾我地,又好努講解係咩魚黎(因為有幾種魚我都未聽過 ),侍應經常為我地加茶仲好好態度,環境又乾淨舒適。一位約977蚊可能會覺得貴左少少,不過食物咁新鮮好食點都要黎試一試佢 …Read More

今日同朋友係銅鑼灣行街,行行下又出現左一個難題:晚餐食咩?。。。我地係銅鑼灣食飯次數太多再加上我係附近返工,去邊到食野成為一大難題。近幾次我地都搵新餐廳食,做下白老鼠 。雖然今次食小甜谷唔係新,但係剛剛係銅鑼灣開既分店有咸食,咁就要試試。鮮榨神奇菠蘿汁($55) : 係廚房玻璃櫃見到一個個排得好整齊菠蘿,開頭以為係甜品用。點知原來係菠蘿汁,好似一個原整菠蘿插左支飲管咁,單單外觀都 。味道就唔算太甜,飲得出係新鮮榨,果汁入面仲有D果肉。北海道珍寶帶子墨魚汁意大利麵($168) : 意大利麵加左橄欖油、香草、洋蔥一上檯已經好香,因為加左橄欖油食落一d都唔乾,味道帶有淡淡墨汁同橄欖油味 。不過帶子就煎得太乾身。鵝肝鴨腿肉牛肝菌意大利飯($158):鵝肝肥美新鮮,意大利飯質地似燴飯,鴨腿肉肉質幾滑,加上牛肝菌同飯一齊食幾特別。宇治焙茶白玉新地($45)焙茶有少少苦,白玉味道較淡,底部有紅豆甜甜地,紅豆既甜中和焙茶既苦,一齊食又幾好味。…Read More

晚上約左朋友係銅鑼灣食飯,大熱天時都係公司附近搵下,最後決定去L. 屋企人最愛食海鮮,近日朋友介紹一間係紅磡火鍋中菜館,裡面食既海鮮用特製鍋具將檯底「蒸汽機」產生既蒸汽,從下而上分佈特製鍋具內將食物蒸熟。係帶屋企人去食之前,我決定約班朋友去試菜先  。海鮮明碼實價,放曬係出面比你睇,款款都好新鮮 。一口雞翼 ($28) : 等緊海鮮期間可以食住小食先,一口雞翼肉質鮮嫩外皮幾脆不過有少少油,一口食曬方便。店員先幫我地係鍋底放一層白米,再係上一層鍋放一片荷葉。蒸海鮮既蒸氣變成水流返落鍋底,將白米慢慢變成海鮮粥。以荷葉作用係隔絕海鮮入裡而既沙唔好跌落粥裡。花甲(例 $78) / 番薯蜆 (例 $78) : 每次蒸野都自己落手整又要睇住時間(花甲3分鐘/番薯蜆4分鐘),攪到自己幾忙咁不過幾好玩  ,花甲同番薯蜆味道鮮甜完全食唔到有沙粒  海中蝦 (六隻 $168) : 蒸左3分鐘紅卜卜既蝦出世啦!!蝦幾大隻肉質十分甜同厚肉。本地蠔 (例 $88) : 蠔蒸3分30秒後縮水左3份1,食落肥美不過味道較淡。腊味糯米飯($28) : 腊味糯米飯幾細個一人份量到,雖然細細個都好足料。栗米(例 $28) : 栗米好甜,食得海鮮多可以中和下味蕾。手打面($48)/雞件(半隻 $98) : 手打面吸曬雞油好味又彈牙,雞件十分滑海鮮粥 : 最後店員將鍋底海鮮粥加入生菜絲,另外可以自己加辣榨菜、青蔥、榨菜,粥吸曬全餐海鮮鮮味一流  試菜完畢可以帶家人黎試下…Read More
