食物水準尚可,但經營手法欠佳的食店!

今日同屋企人嚟食飯,亞媽一早喺8月底已預訂「優選夜宴」全包宴及落訂$300作實。到落單時,好彩睇下張上菜單,發現當中食物與所訂套餐不符,於是搵個著黑色套裝的女士問清楚,佢嘅答覆係:「你地訂個套餐已經無做喇,而家做緊另一個套餐,價錢是一樣的。」我地當然唔肯收貨,一、我地一早落訂,嚟到你先同我講話個套餐無做,佢地亦無預備材料,咁大個集團,顧客一早預訂及落訂都可以話無就無,咁預訂嚟做乜?二、與該女士對質其間,其態度敷衍,給人感覺是「你食就食,唔食就算」之感。將其公司的錯誤,強要客人接受。最終,該女士找來另一男經理,經我們再三堅持,才肯供應我們所訂之套餐。此為我們一早預訂的套餐,其單張亦註明供應期至2011年9月30日。我們當晚向酒家部長/經理詢問時,她亦親口指套餐供應至9月30日。新菜單,開始供應日期為9月14日基本上食物水準尚可,唯獨是乳豬拼盤內的牛𦟌大帶有酸味,懷疑變壞。另外,原先指沒有材料而不能供應的千絲帶子黃金球,我們每人只吃頭一口已發現有酸味,懷疑食材變壞,我們向經理投訴,其試食後指只是雪藏味已不是變壞,但我們從未食過帶有酸味的雪藏蝦球,可能是我們太孤陋寡聞。拼盤味道尚可,但牛𦟌帶有酸味。帶有酸味的雪藏蝦球,最終每粒也只被咬一口。龍躉兩味味道非常好,很快便清碟了。反而出名的燒鵝,本人覺得味道一般。紅米炒飯不太油,恰到好處。最好味好味味道一般最後經理送上糖水以平息我們的怒火,可惜我們並不領情,原封不動!原封不動的糖水一間好的食店,除了有高品質的食物外,還要有好的服務態度。這樣一個集團式食肆,可以隨時更改菜單而不通知已預訂的客人,臨時迫客人接受其安排,即使食物再好,也難令人再光顧。…Read More

服務與食物質素有待改善!

今日約咗兩位好姊妹食飯,book咗Key West試下。好姊妹打去訂位時已知只有1.5小時用餐時間,8:30pm要還枱。因為大家太耐無見,一坐低就先談近況。其間餐廳經理及侍應不停來回我地張枱數次,又不停"裝"下我地叫得嘢食未,好似要催你落order咁。跟住我地叫咗個溫泉蛋沙律﹑一客墨魚汁扁意粉﹑一客蒜蓉大蝦同一客無骨豬扒。個沙律同蒜蓉蝦味道ok,不過d蝦得兩隻,仲要係set dinner。如果一個男仔食就一定唔夠飽,不過佢伴碟嘅雜菜同薯蓉都幾好味。客無骨豬扒"un"到用刀都要切成5﹑6下先切得開,擺入口"趙"到牙都甩。個墨魚汁扁意粉無乜特別,不過佢面頭d材料,乾蔥仲多過d墨魚。仲有隨餐附送嗰個紫色雪糕(我估係blueberry),陣藥水味勁到我食咗一啖就擺低。除咗d食物麻麻外,佢地d侍應仲成晚喺我地身邊團團轉,驚死我地8:30pm交唔到枱咁。佢地擾民嘅程度,連我地都忍唔住要出聲同佢地講,我地8:30pm可以埋單走人,佢地唔去再過嚟騷擾我地。個侍應先話唔好意思。到8:30pm我地叫咗埋單,拎張單嚟個女侍應仲喺度講"因為你地張枱8:30pm夠鐘,所以要埋單先。"我地真係火都嚟,就答佢"係我地叫埋單o架,我地而家咪走囉,你唔駛再不停remind我地!"我知假期前後,你地d枱好full,但都唔駛成晚喺d客身邊團團轉,你比我食到8:30pm,我8:30pm自然會交枱,但你中間d時間唔好騷擾我。咁趕客,下次搵鬼嚟咩!…Read More

出深水埗買完嘢,去咗西九龍中心搵飯食,見牛車水有位,就入去醫肚。我同老公每人叫咗個set lunch,佢叫嘅係豬扒炒出前一丁,我叫嘅係肉眼扒配意粉。$31有齊餐包﹑餐湯﹑主菜同一杯飲品,都幾抵,不過d嘢食嘅味道就真係麻麻!個忌廉湯杰撻撻,湯裏面仲有d一塊塊未融嘅"湯",飲咗兩啖已經唔想飲。我個肉眼意粉仲衰,塊肉眼扒紙咁薄,仲要無乜味!d意粉直頭太淋,仲要你望落去係好濕嘅感覺,好似煮得太耐而發脹咁。雖說加咗茄汁煮,但就一d味都無,食咗幾啖就食唔落,仲剩返一大碟。反而老公個豬扒炒出前一丁就炒得幾香,試過一小塊豬扒都ok!早知我都叫呢個啦!其間聽到另一張枱嘅男人,投訴個沙律變咗,但個類似餐廳經理嘅女人仲要死撐話係咁,不過因為隔咗兩張枱,唔係好聽得清楚佢地講乜,不過最終見個經理攞口咗一小碗沙律出嚟比個男人。…Read More

梅窩洪聖爺誕,趁星期六入去趁熱鬧兼影下相!因為7pm有開幕儀式,所以就諗住早d食飯,食完去影相。我地四大一小大約5:45pm就去到怡軒搵飯食,當時唔係好多客,但係佢地無論服務態度﹑上菜速度同食物味道都係超差!!!首先,我地喺門口見佢寫有d $108二人餐,但係我地入去見到嘅menu又無,於是問個亞叔有無d套餐menu,佢答我地,你見到有就有,無就無!之後有另一個哥哥仔經過,問佢,佢就喺隔離枱比咗另一個套餐menu我地!好啦,到order餸,我已經就個哥哥仔嘅寫字速度,佢寫完我先order第二樣,但佢都係樣樣要我重覆兩次!叫完餸成半個鐘,我地叫嘅嘢一樣都無嚟過,連後加嘅4杯紅豆冰,都唔知點解叫咗成15分鐘都未到!好啦,問佢地啦,就話幫我地跟,但見佢地3個人圍住d單睇嚟睇去,成5分鐘,個疑似老闆嘅男人行埋嚟,問我地叫咗乜!無嘢呀,擺明漏單啦,但我地咁早嚟食飯,客又唔係多,你都漏單!之後佢地前前後後起碼再問多3-4次我地叫咗乜!真係火都滾,我地講,你又唔寫低佢,第一次落單,叫嗰小小嘢,已經樣樣重覆一次,之後你漏單,又唔寫低佢,不停就走埋嚟問我地叫咗乜,係咪咁做生意呀!好啦,等咗大半個鐘,卒之有嘢食啦,但d嘢食真係好難食囉!我地叫咗個$216嘅4餸餐,包括﹕豉椒炒蜆 - 我從來未食過d豉椒炒蜆裏面係有黃芽白嘅!究竟係佢無洗鍋就煮個蜆,定佢地舖頭嘅煮法咁特別!椒鹽豬扒- 一上枱已經見到油淋淋,食落口仲要咸到死,食多兩塊個腎應該唔駛要。 雞粒滑豆腐 - 個獻汁杰到睇見都已經唔係好想食! 時菜炒牛肉 - 落單時問佢係咩菜,佢話菜心同生菜,咁我地話要菜心,就算追單時都係同佢講菜心,但嚟到時,兩樣都唔係,而係娃娃菜。 例湯 - 個餐包埋個例湯,但好明顯係味精湯,又係勁咸!紅豆冰 - 我呢世人未飲過咁難飲嘅紅豆冰。漏單不突止,之後見住佢整,見佢倒完D紅豆落去之後,唔係加椰汁or奶,而係倒成半杯清水,之後再加兩滴花奶!嚟到一飲,同飲水無分別!叫亞叔加d奶比我地,佢話已經加咗,之後好不情願咁每人再比多幾滴我地!依然係超難飲!d餸嚟時仲有d小插曲,我地見佢拎住碟蜆去另一張枱,但發覺人地無叫。咁我地話係咪呢枱o架,我地叫咗成個鐘都未嚟。我地起碼講咗三次,佢地亦都肯定聽到,但理都唔理我地,仲要個面口係比你覺得你好似呃佢咁。佢地就咁捧住碟蜆出出入入咗兩次,之後先擺低比我地。到埋單啦,我地個餐明明$216,加4杯紅豆冰$52,都係$268啫,但佢話total $288。佢連張單都無拎過嚟,剩係齋up。我問佢點計到$288,佢先話茶錢每位$5。無嘢呀,你d menu同全間舖都唔見有寫要收茶錢囉!!!呢餐飯真係食到一肚氣!我地走時,睇住隔離枱叫人落單叫咗15分鐘無人理,但個哥哥明明見到佢地叫人落單,佢經過兩次都唔理個客!另一枱客就同我地一樣,問個亞叔有無d多人套餐,個亞叔答無,但明明係有嘅!呢間舖,服務又無﹑味道又差,態度又唔好,咁唔願做,咁不如唔好開門做生意啦!…Read More

今晚睇完戲,諗住喺附近搵食,見到呢間唔駛等位,門口d menu又好似幾多嘢食,咪試下囉!點知跟個姐姐入去攞位時,見到個地下已經好污糟,仲衰過d茶餐廳,廚房通道有水漬又唔抹,d客食完走埋又無人執枱,地下又有紙巾,衛生環境真係唔係好得!好喇,坐低之後,d人又走開晒,無人serve你,水都無一杯!到我地order嘢時,舉咗好耐手先有人睇到!原本諗住食海南雞飯同豬潤麵,點知兩樣都無!而家先8pm,乜都無!!!點做生意呀!好啦,最終叫咗兩個$46小菜餐,跟飯﹑跟湯同糖水,結果仲失望!中式例湯- 粉葛湯: 個湯味道都ok,用料都算足韮黃滑蛋炒蝦仁: d蝦仁有兩種唔同顏色,硬繃繃,一d味都無。d炒蛋一夾就散,唔用湯匙係夾唔到。蜆介薑蔥爆牛肉: 上枱時「喳喳聲」諗住好掂,點知一拎起個煲蓋,第一樣見到嘅係一條頭髮!!!D牛肉無肉味,仲「鞋」到死,d枝竹又燶鬼晒!糖水-渣喳: 味道一般個湯嚟咗之後,無人比餐具我地,本來想叫人攞比我地,但周圍乜人都無!唯有自己去攞,但只係見到湯匙。到d小菜嚟,叫個哥哥比d餐具我地,佢居然問要咩餐具!我食中餐,梗係要碗筷啦,唔通用刀义咩,咁都問得出!呢間嘢真係差到爆,以後都唔會再幫趁!…Read More

上次去八月居,佢話夜晚有人結婚,1:30PM就已經話要清場,試唔到佢d點心。今日就11am去,唔會又無位喇啩!11am去到,佢地啱啱營業,但見門口已經有人排緊隊。原來reception掛住聽電話,搞到d客要企喺度等帶位。我企咗喺度成10分鐘,先被安排入坐。打開張點心紙,好多嘢都想試,結果叫咗好多嘢食。四寶滑雞扎 ($30) : 都幾大隻,味道唔錯,舊雞幾滑豉汁蒸鳳爪 ($26) : 賣相幾靚,咬落去幾爽口,唔會好似某d酒樓咁蒸到淋晒,未咬就已經斷。流沙奶皇包 ($26) : 真係做到流沙效果,食時要小心燙口。香滑芝麻卷 ($24) : 呢個唔係幾得,個皮唔夠薄,同埋無乜芝麻味,反而好似有d膠味。义燒滑腸粉 ($30) : 一般狀元蝦餃皇2隻 ($19/隻) : 大大隻蝦餃,一籠一個,d蝦好爽口彈牙。花膠瑤柱灌湯餃 ($48/隻) : 隻餃佔咗半個湯盅,仲有兩舊花膠同原粒瑤柱,用料十足。菠蘿鮑魚雞粒酥 ($33) : 個酥皮好脆,味道唔錯。有個女侍應服務唔錯,會自動自覺幫你加水同換碟,不過其他侍應就成日唔知去咗邊。坐低又無人問你飲咩茶,係過咗一陣要叫先有人睬你。服務真係有待改善。…Read More

上個星期日出銅鑼灣,差唔多2pm先食lunch,行過北海道米比薩,見佢唔係太多人,又未試過,就走入去試下。打開個menu,見有d lunch set同tea set,不過寫明星期一至五先供應,公眾假期暫停供應,唯有散叫。不過點完菜之後,見隔離枱居然可以點set?!!!咁佢個menu就唔好寫一至五先有啦!因為佢d價錢一d都唔平,我地只係叫咗一個香芒雞肉米pizza﹑釀雞翼同一杯可樂!釀雞翼 ($29.8)﹕收成本30一碟,得嗰兩隻奀挑鬼命嘅雞翼,仲要我根本食唔出佢釀過d咩喺裏面,因為切開都只係見到一堆同雞肉一樣白嘅肉碎!香芒雞肉米pizza ($88.8): 個米pizza底其實即係飯焦,不過幾脆,d雞肉有d「鞋」,不過配埋甜甜地嘅芒果都ok嘅!我地order完杯可樂,睇返個menu,先知原來要成$29.8,但埋單時,佢又收我$15.8,佢個menu真係令人覺得好混亂囉!佢d份量又小,價錢又貴,真係無下次!…Read More

hincx050 之前去食過呢間甘嘅野 , 好啦d 野食算啦我覺得係比人食嘅價錢差唔多啦6x $ 碗麵。好啦 , 野飲先大問題 , 問題係價錢問題 ! 我地每人叫杯凍檸茶 , 夾埋兩杯收我六十五個幾!果杯普通到唔普通嘅c0t 收人成三十幾$杯?! 無野啊 , 我初頭以為我題錯啦 , 我叫個waiter果黎睇 , 我問佢杯c0t 係咪三十幾 , 佢同我講係 , 我係呢刻先知中左伏 , 如果唔係我條女趕時間我實同佢理論下! 收人地三十幾蚊杯甘普通到唔普通嘅凍檸茶會唔會過份少少!怪就怪我無睇menu 啦 : ( 真係嬲到震!

今日同班朋友食團拜飯,朋友預先更改原先menu,試咗其他人推介嘅龍蝦鍋﹑古法生炒骨同豉油大蝦。雖然我地點嘅係12人餐,但碟碟餸都好大碟,食到中段,好多人已經叫飽!是日菜單如下﹕日式乾燒豉油皇大海蝦: d海蝦真係好大隻,同埋好入味,正!新彊火焰羊架l:上枱時個火真係好有氣勢,哈哈!個羊架一d羶味都無,味道仲好惹味!不過有幾舊就比較肥!中式生炒骨: 用新鮮菠蘿炒,不過排骨無乜特別!崧子好事鴿鬆發財包手: 個皮係用嚟包片皮鴨嘅皮,不過好乾,個鴿鬆就一般野生龍蝦鍋: 真係超大鍋,食極都食唔完,個湯底有蜆﹑帶子同東風螺,所以好甜,不過d龍蝦煲完湯食落有d「鞋」。芝士百花釀蟹蓋燴元貝(伊麵底): 不過不失,不過d伊麵好長,同埋黐埋一堆,夾時有d困難。醬爆松茸野雜菌扒碧綠: 一般清蒸大金鈾: 條魚蒸得幾滑:)香江黃金裹蒸粽:睇佢個賣相,真係一d都睇唔出係裹蒸粽。煎成一塊嘅裹蒸粽,創意一流,不過味道就無乜特別。上湯過橋絲網鮮蝦卷: 食時要先放落碗上湯度拖一拖,但係都係無乜特別!百合紅豆蓮子大團圓: 呢個糖水我無食,因為見到佢個顏色,就知佢溝咗好多水槳!不過d朋友話粒芝麻湯丸幾好食,所以個個剩係食湯丸。生果拼盤當晚仲有幾枱人喺度慶祝生日,d staff 捧個蛋糕出場時,全場熄晒燈,搞到連我地呢d坐隔離枱嘅路人甲都一齊起哄,好有氣氛。…Read More

因為要去Sogo辦年貨,所以出咗銅鑼灣。周圍都人多車多,食餐飯都唔知要等幾耐位。咁啱老公出bouns,決定食餐好d嘅,就去咗和幸食日本燒肉。今次已經係第三次嚟幫襯,但有d唔明點解喺銅鑼灣呢d旺區,一間食物質素唔差嘅餐廳,次次晚飯時間嚟都唔駛等位之餘,仲要唔會滿座。真係有d奇怪。今次我地叫咗個特選肉盛 ($288),裏面有黑毛和牛五花肉﹑特選牛肋骨肉﹑日本伊達赤豚﹑岩鹽薄燒牛舌同埋味噌雞翼。另外又叫咗米沢和牛香蒜五花肉($158) ﹑辣味清酒煮大蜆 ($68),同埋一口和牛多士。D燒肉都幾好肉汁,同埋唔駛加d乜嘢調味已經幾好食。d waiter見你唔係好識燒,會主動走埋嚟教你,廢事糟蹋d靚肉嘛!佢地見你個爐已經燶燶地,又會幫你換過塊燒烤板,避免d客食炭屎。其實呢度環境﹑服務同食物質素都幾好,但真係唔明,點解入座率會咁低囉!唔通樓上店真係咁難做!…Read More

下午1:30去到海港城,原本諗住去八月居飲茶,不過reception姐姐話夜晚有人擺酒,唔招呼我地。咁咪走囉,但轉頭我又見有一pair外國人可以入去食嘢,唔明點解囉!飲唔成茶,就走咗去LCX入面嘅鈴木咖啡館食lunch。我地被安排坐喺出邊望海嘅窗邊位置。出面泊咗架郵輪,仲有兩位哥哥冒住大雨清潔船身,一路食飯,一路望住呢個畫面都幾得意。講返d食物,我地叫咗兩個main dishes,另每人加$42多個湯同飲品。兩個main dishes分別係溫泉蛋豚肉飯,同埋帶子大蝦意粉。個餐湯嘅正確名稱我就唔清楚,不過我估有d菠菜同魷魚條喺裏面,味道都唔錯。溫泉蛋豚肉飯: 我剩係偷食咗兩塊豚肉,不過d肉配埋d薑汁,幾入味,味道不俗。帶子大蝦意粉: 碟意粉有一隻帶子同一隻大蝦,我自己就覺得八十幾蚊好似貴咗d,如果有多隻帶子就合理少少。不過個意粉味道唔錯,d 蒜頭令個意粉好香,但又唔會太濃味。隻大蝦都幾好肉,亦燒得幾香。不過餐廳嘅人手就好似唔係好夠囉,同埋佢地集中喺近門口嘅前半場位置。我地呢d坐喺近海邊嘅後半場顧客,好似無人理咁,叫嘢食都等咗好耐先有人理。總括嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅食物水準都唔錯,如果夜晚同另一半嚟食飯應該都幾好feel。…Read More

老媽子突然間話想去西貢食海鮮,之前有朋友提過一間叫勝記嘅海鮮酒家,於是就去試下喇!間酒家由巴士總站行入去大概5分鐘左右,穿過晒所有海鮮酒家,行到去一座紅牆建築物就係喇,比其他海鮮酒家遠,但就新正d同裝修企理d!飯前先嚟個沙薑雞腳食住先。d雞腳幾好食﹑幾入味。我地今晚仲叫咗豉椒炒蟶子﹑椒鹽賴尿蝦﹑蒜蓉蒸扇貝﹑芝士龍蝦伊麵﹑蠔皇扣鮮鮑﹑海膽炒飯﹑蒜蓉炒菜心,同埋紅燒乳鴿。食飽飯,經理仲請我地食咗個甜品併盤同生果盤。豉椒炒蟶子: 蟶子大大隻好肥美蒜蓉蒸扇貝: 扇貝都幾大隻,仲有好多粉絲芝士龍蝦伊麵: 龍蝦啖啖肉,唔似之前喺第二度食嗰d咁,腳多過肉。不過芝士味略嫌淡咗少少。椒鹽賴尿蝦: 大大隻賴尿蝦,椒鹽味勁正蠔皇扣鮮鮑: 以烹調乾鮑嘅煮法嚟泡製鮮鮑魚,食落口感真係有d似食緊乾鮑紅燒乳鴿: 酒家提供八種唔同口味嘅乳鴿,我地就試咗紅燒嘅。不過呢個麻麻地,同埋D鴿比較的骰。海膽炒飯: 炒得好香,仲有好多海膽,食到尾都仲見到好多海膽。甜品併盤: 呢個好正,我地試咗桂花糕﹑椰汁糕﹑咖啡糕﹑菠蘿糕同埋士多啤利糕。細佬話粉紅色嘅士多啤利糕最好食。d侍應嘅招呼好好,好有禮貌。同場仲有幾個唔同家庭喺度慶祝生日。下個月老豆生日,都會考慮嚟呢度慶祝。…Read More

兩星期前同朋友嚟新開嘅銀座梅林試下有幾特別。首先,間舖嘅位置都幾難搵!如果喺K11商場度落B1嗰層,係無通道通去餐廳嘅。要先落去B2,再喺霞飛點心拉麵對面嘅通道搭返電梯上B1先見到間餐廳。又或者喺地面碧仙桃路入口有條電梯直達去B1。我地一行6人,接待員安排咗張卡位比我地。但係張卡位枱,根本就坐唔到6個人。睇落張枱嘅size同其他4人卡位係一樣大,所以我地都坐得好辛苦下。今次我地每人分別叫咗一個定食,另外仲叫咗兩客梅林豬扒三文治同一個5點刺身。梅林豬扒三文治 ($68): 呢個真係幾好食,不過$68份三文治,我覺得貴咗d囉!5點刺身 ($248): 無鮮味,剩係食到一堆雪味!:(吉列黑豚豬扒定食($158): 好厚身,幾鬆脆。不過肥膏略嫌多咗d,食到成口油咁!吉到蝦定食($168): 個吉列皮用自家製新鮮麵包糠炮製,係就係好脆,不過食落好似乾咗d!不過佢個麵豉湯幾好飲。老實講,我覺得大家差唔多嘅價錢,Tonkichi 好食d囉。雖然梅林個豬扒汁係自家制,但就缺少咗d芝麻味,無咁香囉。 同埋佢d豬扒比較多肥膏,好油膩。…Read More
