之前跑步經過深旺道舊舖,成日都話要搵機會幫襯,但結果都係無咗回事,呢次終於去利奧坊新店試試。星期日將近一點去到,剛好有最後一張二人枱。那個滷排骨便當($76)炸豬扒超大塊,又厚切,炸衣夠脆唔油膩,表面淋上特製醬汁,咸香惹味,豬扒肉質爽口有質感,完全唔嚡唔韌,好滿意的一塊炸豬扒。如果想再提升味道層次,枱上有三樽調味粉,麻辣(唔算好辣)、鹽酥(因為已經有醬汁嘅咸味,所以唔突出)、海苔(個人覺得好夾),自行洒上豬扒增味。便當會有三款配菜,炒蛋(炒得不錯,唔老身,亦少許滑)、粉絲(調味不錯)、炒香菇椰菜(有蒜香味)。秘製嘉義雞肉便當($66)呢個加咗$2由白飯轉黑米(其實係紅米糙飯)。秘製醬汁應該係黑蒜油,味道係幾好,再配咗啲炸乾蔥片,十分惹味,而且好啱撈飯。雞肉份量適中,味道就相對普通,係手撕雞肉,肉質有咬口,偏淡味,靠個秘製醬汁吊味。便當同樣有炒蛋、粉絲、炒香菇椰菜三款配菜。黑米口感豐富,唔算好硬。香酥臺南蝦卷(+$18)套餐加配小食,有兩條。呢個好食,腐皮包住蝦膠,炸得香口,但稍稍多油(“鯨”吓啲油或用索油紙索下啲油會更好),再加枱上嘅調味粉一齊食,更加好味。花壇蜂蜜翠玉(+$6)套餐加錢。其實唔知咩係翠玉所以叫嚟試吓,但結果即係蜂蜜綠茶嘅味道。正常,普通。檸檬冬瓜愛玉(+$9)套餐加錢。雙檸檬(鮮檸、咸青檸),酸酸甜甜少少鹹,幾得意,唔錯。…Read More

葵廣呢間上海菜小店,成日都經過,好多時都有一班食客,但一直都無諗過幫襯。是日去開葵芳,經過幾間餐廳都無乜意慾,去到呢間門口,不如就試吓你啦。精美麵餐($66)六選一麵食要咗炸醬麵,三選一肉類要咗上海排骨,二選一小食要咗鍋貼,送豆漿。炸醬麵有一咋醬汁冬菇豬肉碎,調味還可以。上海麵份量足,唔算好糊丁丁咬口。湯底接近清水無咩味。上海排骨有四件,即炸夠熱,頗厚身,無骨啖啖肉,肉質偏實,味道一般。鍋貼(2隻)係熱爐拎出嚟,但唔太熱,所以唔夠香口,皮偏糊口,餡料滿滿的豬肉碎。豆漿,味道偏甜。推薦套餐($67)擔擔雲吞麵,擔擔醬唔得,淨係得花生醬味,仲要唔夠濃郁。湯底同樣清淡無味。四隻雲吞大隻,餃皮正常,餡料滿滿的菜及豬肉碎。呢碗嘅上海麵可能煮耐咗,所以口感糊咗啲。小籠包(4個),唔係平時食開嗰款,皮薄,肉餡超多超滿,但無肉汁,似食緊粒大版嘅乾蒸燒賣。豆漿,味道偏甜。PS:今日食嘅鍋貼、雲吞、小籠包,餡料都係同一隻味道嘅豬肉碎,估計生煎包、紅油抄手應該都一樣。老實講,唔難食但絕對唔係好食。份量足,夠哂飽肚,價錢公道,但味道一般,可惜應該沒有下次。…Read More

食完燒雞,又食埋甜品,尾站斬料今晚做餸。點解專登嚟呢度斬料?因為前排睇谷導嘅「消失的味道」,其中有一集講金錢雞(回想最後食呢味嘢已經係廿幾年喺旺角食過,但間燒臘舖亦已經執咗N年了)。另外節目中亦介紹另一款懷舊菜:鴨腳札,於是記低有機會搵日去買嚟回憶一吓。既然去開紅磡,當然順道去買啦。金錢雞($98/斤),買咗一份;鴨腳札($98/斤),買咗兩札,接近兩斤,總共$190。金錢雞,有冰肉(2件)、叉燒(2件)、鵝肝(1個)。冰肉,即係肥膏,爽口,但只可淺嚐一小口。叉燒,瘦叉,乾身。鵝肝,一大個,粉嫩軟滑。鴨腳札,比想像中大舊,份量比一個成年男子嘅拳頭還要大。材料有數條鵝腸札住鴨腳(1隻)、叉燒(4件)、燒排骨/燒腩肉(1件)、燒鴨(2件)、燒雞(2件)、鵝肝(1個)、火腿(1件)、芋頭(2舊)。老實講,味道全部都係一種味,就係蜜汁叉燒嘅味,裡面啲材料嘅質素都極之普通,係個鵝肝OK啲,同金錢雞嗰件一樣,粉嫩軟滑。食完今次,之後會唔會再(想)食?機會應該低啲嘞。因為呢類食品,味道及口感真係唔算好食,況且年紀再大啲的話,接受呢味嘢(膽固醇)嘅能力又再低啲。兒時回憶的味道,有時候保留在記憶中不失為一個好嘅選擇。…Read More
