家人向來愛吃港式四大發明「粥粉麵飯」,其中我們認為「麵食」是最難做好,因為麵本身的味道/軟硬度、湯底、配料的食材是否新鮮足料都會影響到整體的味道/結果。由細到大伴隨家人走訪不少麵店,「沾仔記」一定是我推介名單中的頭五位之一!多年後再次到訪,時代變、人在變,但這碗「鯪魚球雲吞麵」味道依舊湯底有濃濃鮮蝦味,相信用不少蝦殼熬製。麵硬度剛好,保持彈牙口感。雲吞真材實料有很多蝦肉,鮮味。鯪魚球大大粒,味道相對較清淡,但我反而喜歡/欣賞這樣的鯪魚球,因為相信它沒有添加味精/ 胡椒粉/調味粉去提鮮,啖啖鯪魚肉都是散發本身的味道!今時今日在香港… 中環區… 依然保持親民價錢去經營實在不易,$40單拼麵、$46雙拼麵,我們要大大力支持呀!…Read More

鰂魚涌地鐵站A出口(太古坊出口)對面的新冰室,未開業已經見圍板圖文並茂推介「皇牌蕃茄濃湯粉」,由於蕃茄湯是我的最愛,所以對餐廳相當期待!!餐廳開業後,午飯時間不論外賣還是堂食都相當多人,可能因為以午市套餐來說,定價中下$48-55。我們一行幾人等了約15分鐘便可入座,那時才不過1點15分,但多款午餐已經售罄暫停,有點失望... 希望下次可以試試其他菜式。由於有部分菜式暫停,結果全枱同事都柯打「皇牌午餐」— 特色蕃茄濃湯粉配牛乳炒蛋及瑞士汁鷄髀!- 先講蕃茄湯,味道頗濃酸甜度適中,湯有鮮茄及茄蓉。- 牛乳炒蛋方面,可能在熱蕃茄湯內浸過蛋變成全熟,但勝在質感仍保持滑溜,只是略嫌蛋味不夠濃:(。- 最後瑞士汁雞髀,色味都好瑞士汁可能不夠熱所以不夠香。瑞士汁甜味適中,鷄髀肉有少少「嚡」但可接受,鷄肉很入味,讚!- 整體,蕃茄湯粉份量看似不多,但因為套餐有隻大鷄髀,所以很飽肚!算是抵食!不過若套餐可以配一片小多士及包飲品就大滿足了,哈哈!餐廳以懷舊主題佈置,冰室掛有不少舊式招牌,竟然包括「金宵歌舞廳」,是最近大台一套廣受歡迎電視連續劇的點題商店,餐廳真的緊貼潮流,哈哈!…Read More

這天有茹素的同事帶我去試新餐廳「師傅飯堂」! 餐廳位於工廈中層,沿路以至工廈的大堂都沒有大招牌/大水牌顯示內有餐廳,絕對是「識窿路」的食客,才會知到這隱世小店!餐廳有一排大窗,令餐廳環境很光猛,加上景觀開揚,感覺整潔、清新、舒適!餐廳午市約有十數款套餐,有素、有葷、有飯、有意粉、有沙律,即使平日沒有選擇困難症的我.....也會遇上選擇困難,哈哈!這天選了「忌廉鮮茄🍅鷄胸意粉」在西式料理中,忌廉汁和蕃茄汁都是兩種常用的醬汁,但它們多是分開使用在不同的菜式的,而鮮茄多數會配搭蕃茄汁。今天看見餐牌上這道意粉覺得非常特別,很好奇當忌廉遇上鮮茄會是怎麼樣。加上忌廉汁後,鮮茄不會因出水而令醬汁變得水汪汪,反而帶點creamy 質感,但又沒有忌廉汁那麼膩,感覺清新。鷄胸肉很滑嫩,沒有粗糙的質感。配菜有煙肉、茄粒、三色椒套餐加$2 可配凍蘋果汁,感覺refresh又健康小店樓底不算高,中午時間人多,聲音難以擴散,有點噪雜。而小店工作人手不多,大家要耐心等候出餐/收拾東西啊!…Read More

最近透過飲食雜誌,看到九龍灣人氣新餐廳「釜之魂」的報導,就決定要到來一試虛實!「釜之魂」是日式餐廳,門外的木條招牌設計,充滿日本和室風味。這天周末下午茶時段到來,不用等位而且門外有餐牌展示,餐廳提供下午茶餐,部分釜飯套餐價錢比午市套餐平約10-20%,包飲品,相當!餐廳部分位置正在清潔,這時段入座客人多數會被侍應要求坐在同一區域。由於座位間尚算寬敞,即使要搭枱,但仍感覺舒適。而且部分位置有落地大玻璃,視野感覺開揚。從點餐紙可以看到,部份套餐下午餐價錢比午市優惠,套餐句卜味噌湯、沙律及飲品餐廳每枱座位附近都放置不同款式的emoji 道具,方便客人自拍/拍照到社交媒體。真貼心!最先到來有沙津及味噌湯,味道普通。主角金魂釡飯到來,厚切鰻魚,配上熱騰騰的煲仔飯,賣相吸精!鰻魚鮮味、飯軟硬適中,煲底有少許飯蕉,相當有咬口。枱上有溫馨提示小貼紙,告知客人可以免費添加鰻魚汁!但我添加鰻魚汁之後相當後悔,因為後加的汁,味太濃,簡直就如生吞下一啖啖重口味的咸味精!完全破壞了整個魚/釜飯的味道!最後是後加的朱古力炸香蕉!朱古力面粉太甜太厚,味道有點兒像阿華田,而非朱古力。中心的香蕉沒有流心的效果,只是實的的、沒蕉味的一道小食而已,完全感受不到有何特色!整體感覺:餐廳食物選擇不算多,但不論小食或主菜仍有待改善!餐廳名氣有過於食物味道!…Read More
