閒日下午喺灣仔工作,早左少少收工趁有啲時間就去左食甜品❤️五點左右係完全冇人嘅...十款果撻&批可選擇,花多撩亂,樣樣都想食!$208+10%可揀三件撻同埋兩款飲品,價錢合理。先來一件雜果撻,水果唔算特別甜,用料一般,厚厚吉士就幾香滑好味嘅,批底都好正路,收貨。Tiramisu撻,唔係好甜好濃味,質地挺身,雖然偏離傳統tiramisu嘅質感,但我個人嚟講係覺得咁樣仲好食😆Banoffee pie,呢個最豐富,係香蕉+拖肥,生果嚟講其實香蕉嘅品質比較穩定,好少食到香蕉會覺得難食,批底同撻底有少少唔同,呢個似消化餅碎加牛油,咸咸地嘅,個人會最鍾意呢一款,如果佢係香蕉咖啡可能仲好食😛友人點左個latte,拉花都幾好和紅茶,可能係泡耐左,有啲苦澀味,另外茶具都好唔吸引,飲茶用隻咁厚嘅杯好似茶餐廳飲熱檸茶咁...Overall嚟講我覺得唔貴,味道都比一般餅店好,下午悠悠閒閒傾下計食少少野係ok。…Read More

密友偶爾會話同我去陸羽飲茶,但遲遲未有機會,咁啱一早出左灣仔,靈機一觸提議去福臨門飲茶,豪富飯堂福臨門!!講明係富豪飯堂就梗係價格不菲架啦,喺中環飲餐茶,翠亨邨呢啲比較高檔嘅酒樓,賣四五十蚊一個點心都算貴,呢度起碼再貴三四成🙈先嚟碟四季豆作前菜,唔記得睇單都唔知要幾錢蒜蓉蒸鮮魷、鮮蝦蒸粉菓、筍尖鮮蝦餃,全部即叫即蒸夠哂新鮮熱辣,味道都冇令我地失望。蝦餃咬開條蝦勁粗🙈蝦肉爽口,用料上盛。$80一碟牛肉腸都咪話唔貴,但我同密友一人食一件後相視而笑....點解可以咁滑架??😂整蝦餃整鮮魷要整得好,原材料係首要條件,但拉一個腸粉,考嘅係功夫。呢碟腸粉我可以話係成世人食過最好食嘅腸粉😆南瓜紅豆餅,南瓜搓成嘅皮係煙煙靭靭嘅,裡面嘅紅豆茸唔會好似一般唐餅用嘅豆沙咁甜,但估計係半煎炸製成,極之吸油,太油膩。半份荷葉飯,個阿姐話都有6碗份量(我地兩個人食哂🌚)荷葉好大塊,質地成塊布咁,唔會蒸到濕哂一夾開就爛。一拆開一陣荷香好吸引,雖然賣相平平,但呢個飯真係好足料。米飯粒粒分明,材料全部都切到好細好細粒,非常考刀功, 有冬菇、瑤柱、雞粒、蟹肉、火鴨粒、筍粒等等,夾埋有十種八種配料😯夾埋前菜、茶錢、加一,埋單$700左右,飲餐茶一般一個人真係好少食到$350,但話分兩頭,點心真係好高質,同埋真係好飽,6個鐘都未餓😂結論係物有所值,值得一試。…Read More
