一直都好期待香港會有呢類大地方,樓底高,開揚企理既Café!! 台灣泰國地方大,唔難搵到 ,但係香港係好難有一間有成千尺大既Café!! 靜靜地自己做野、同朋友hea打卡都得,就算係自己一個,都唔會尷尬!坐window seat好正,對住樓下小公園,有啲綠植物,又見到藍天白雲,心情都放鬆啲。鮭魚牛油果香草 三文治 ($98)呢間cafe主要賣輕食,有toast, pasta, waffle, pastry個類食物,食brunch又或者tea都唔錯!我叫既呢個鮭魚牛油果香草三文治,其實並唔係平時既兩塊麵包夾餡,而係厚麵包上配toppings!煙三文魚既份量都好多,而且上面有兩粒soft cheese同芝士粉,味道上唔會單調。厚麵包會有一定既口感,但配上牛油果醬同流心溫泉蛋,就會令原本既麵包變得又軟又易入口,呢個配搭唔錯!旁邊仲有沙律,沙律菜食得出係新鮮,唔會雪到乾水; 而且沙律係淋左香橙蜜糖汁,好fresh好解濟!苺苺乳酪燕麥奶搖 ($48)見呢道既咖啡都有好多種,但我又唔太好咖啡,所以點左杯milkshake飲!杯milkshake唔太甜,用yogurt同燕麥打成,感覺幾健康,而且又飽肚。:)抹茶戚風蛋糕 ($40)最後叫多個甜品!個chiffon cake外表係濃濃的深綠色,食落有淡淡的甜味。旁邊既抹茶cream先係精粹,有抹茶既甘苦味道,但唔太甜。如果蛋糕同個cream一樣,更有空氣感就好喇。係呢度好舒服過一個下午,嘆下輕食,非常疏乎。不過留意返peak hours都會人多,要早啲排隊。希望下次有機會可以試個waffle!!…Read More

金黃色濃郁滋補的湯底

本身今晚打算去食麻辣雞煲,但奈何發熱氣,朋友就話轉食打邊爐。然後我就話:「下,火鍋咪一樣咁上火!」但朋友好firm咁話,呢間火鍋一定唔會,食完唔會口渴。姑且就信佢!呢間胡爐間位間得幾好,用木做既屏風隔住隔離枱,幾夠privacy,冷氣又夠。同好多火鍋店一樣,一黎就比個調味架你自己調配醬汁,企理乾淨。冬瓜花膠雞翅煲 ($368)原來朋友話唔熱氣,就係靠呢煲真材實料既冬瓜花膠雞翅鍋!認真,個鍋好勁超滋補,有多件雞件、花膠、”翅”、金華火腿、冬瓜。未滾起前,煲湯既色比較清,飲落去有冬瓜既清甜味。滾起之後,個湯即刻變金黃色。由於有多舊大花膠,成個湯起哂膠啊!飲落去,真係好濃既雞味,飲完超精神!而雞件既肉一啲都唔鞋,唔使點豉油都夠味。花膠勁大塊!!!有時仲會食到翅群邊!芝心蝦丸 (半份$52)手製蝦丸都幾新鮮,咬開一半時,有少少芝士流出。黑松露蟹肉餃 (半份$68)侍應提我地,淥一分鐘就食得。黑松露味濃郁、香氣四溢,餃內有菇粒同絲絲蟹肉,好特別。:)美國桶蠔 ($168)桶蠔有九大隻,算係抵食。美國蠔鮮而軟熟,但有少許沙。出前一丁日本版 ($28)食到最後,其實都有七成飽,不過總係要有啲麵食落肚。所以就叫左個貴價公仔麵,不過日本出既,麵質係無咁糊口。重點係咩,重點係啲麵吸收左雞湯精華,簡直就係最高級既湯麵,真係超回味!芝士腸 ($48)由於叫左個出前一丁,就叫左芝士腸做餸,廢事太寡,食完呢個就滿足了。總結黎講,個湯底真係好足料好濃,有冬瓜打底特別清甜,食到最後當湯飲都無問題…Read More

性價比高的雞煲邊爐

為左補祝母親節,一直都諗爆頭去邊道食。早前聽朋友介紹話呢間雞煲火鍋都有做,咁就一次過可以滿足母親大人既食慾!餐廳地點好方便,旺角地鐵D3出口一上去就到!餐廳好闊落,有多張大枱,好適合聚餐,就算我地得四個人,都有張六人枱!枱與枱之間都有好多空位添,唔會有壓迫感。餐廳擺設燈飾走摩登中國風,連個打邊爐既煲都好有古典味!食野前,先出去拎野飲,發現呢度有多款自家製既健康飲品。所有既健康飲品都係唔太甜,唔會越飲越濟!我自己飲左花旗參杞子菊花茶同熱情果特飲,兩款都好正,菊花茶淡淡甘甘清熱,熱情果酸酸甜甜!除左健康飲品,隔離櫃都有多款日本梳打,都頗高質,不過我就無飲了~未上主食前,先黎小食: 炸三文魚骨、麻辣雞潤同松露蝦多士。特別欣賞個蝦多士,蝦滑彈牙,而且多士炸得鬆脆,加左松露,味道升lv! 呢d小食都可以encore的,當晚都忍唔住加左蝦多士,不過我個人覺得添食左之後會好飽,食唔落其他野,建議留肚!然後就上左好靚刺身拼盤,擺到好似中國人園林盆栽咁,加上有乾冰效果,連媽媽都拎起手機係咁影!4個人黎講,刺身份量係好多,而且足足有7樣刺身!老實講,放題刺身級數一定唔會去到頂級、鮮甜,但肉質唔梅、無腥臭味、夠凍,我已經收貨!論質素黎計,兩款魚刺身都幾肥美,赤貝亦爽口。另外,放題有海膽食,實屬驚喜,味道淡但不失海水味,可惜未100%溶雪,口感差左啲啲。然後就上主菜,麻辣花膠鮑魚雞煲!淨係聽個名都夠晒名貴,媽媽食得不亦樂乎,因為花膠鮑魚大大舊,亦炆得非常入味同林呢!食到咁上下加入枝竹豬皮,吸收哂雞煲既濃湯汁,好好食。基本上食到呢度,都已經開始有飽飽地既感覺😂!食到咁上下,就叫侍應上火鍋。係訂位的時候,個staff問我想唔想用花膠響螺頭做湯底,唔使加錢,仲話每日只限15位享用,咁就梗係要啦!湯底奶白色,非常香濃同滑,感覺唔會熱氣同好養顏。火鍋有牛肉、海鮮拼盤、手工丸同餃子、魚皮響鈴、新鮮蔬菜同烏冬作為配料。牛肉超好食,有牛味而且無根,可惜無得免費任添。海鮮比較令人失望,得蝦、魚柳同花姿較好,貝類既都麻麻,當擺落個鍋到提鮮。手工牛丸、松露丸同醉肉餃子都幾出色同特別!到最後,仲會有每人一件New York Cheesecake凍餅做甜品,雖然飽到上心口,但個芝士蛋糕超creamy,好似食緊好rich既雪糕咁,非常滿足。…Read More

今日趁住天氣好,又係閒日,去左呢間係西環海邊的Arabica朝聖。係好早之前係中環IFC分店已經飲過佢既咖啡,啲咖啡唔酸,並帶有柔和既香氣,幾啱一啲唔好飲完咖啡,成口咖啡酸味既女仔飲。而今日到訪既原因係,係海邊 打•卡!門口純白色,有大大個logo,好簡約乾淨的感覺。淨係門口既位置都有好多人排住影相呢!店舖內裝修十分日系,以白色木系擺設為主,基本上係任何角落影你手上杯咖啡,都會有種小清新的感覺。Arabica係一間專賣咖啡的coffee shop, 無其他小食,所以menu都只係得一頁。今次叫左兩杯野飲,一杯latte,一杯matcha latte。呢道一般用明治奶沖咖啡的,唔飲得正常奶的話,加$5都有其他款既奶選擇: 豆奶、杏仁奶或燕麥奶。Iced Caffe Latte (single origin) ($50, tall) 咖啡豆味道一貫的香、滑、順口,aftertaste唔會太強,甜甜的好易入口。略嫌奶的份量稍為多左啲,口感厚返少少會好飲好多。 Iced Matcha Latte ($60) 來自日本的咖啡店,都帶黎日本特產抹茶。抹茶粉唔澀口,味道同咖啡一樣,唔濃烈,同奶混和得幾平衡。呢個既無敵大海景真係舒服到可以令人係度坐半日。店內有兩層,好可惜當日2樓裝修中,否則我相信係2樓既景觀更開揚舒服!…Read More

花花文青樓上咖啡室

係好幾年前已經黎過呢度,專登食呢度出品既抹茶甜品(超濃既抹茶磅蛋糕同抹茶焦糖燉蛋!!)。不過都有一排無黎,今次再到訪,見到換左新裝修之餘,更換上左新餐牌~之前望落比較木系,但依家係牆上添置乾花,搶眼又色彩繽紛,係度影相打卡感覺好少女好文青。黃昏黎的話,出黎有個小露台同露天雅座,夜晚會開著啲燈飾,影出黎好浪漫明太子貓耳朵 ($92)只zi一向行輕食路線。一見到明太子忌廉汁我就失哂控,一拎起餐牌,不假思索就叫左佢。呢度個明太子貓耳朵果然係名菜,個汁超香滑香濃之外,比既明太子唔係劣質貨色,而係一粒粒脹卜卜的。用上貓耳朵代替一般意粉,可以裝住多啲醬汁,又唔會一pat pat,好有口感。初頭以為無肉會唔飽,由於個汁實在非常Rich,所以係飽肚。蟹肉南瓜意大利飯 ($128) 呢個risotto比起個pasta既汁就無咁濃,不過就多左份鮮甜味,而甜味就係來自個南瓜汁。每一粒米都比啲南瓜忌廉汁同甘香既橄欖油包住,食落一啲都唔會乾。但略嫌蟹肉絲口感唔夠。 跟餐: 蘑菇湯 (+$35)是日餐湯係蘑菇湯,裏面啖啖都有好多蘑菇粒,而且奶同忌廉份量唔多,容易飲到菇既香味。燒綿花糖鮮奶抹茶(跟餐加$18)黎呢度飲抹茶是常識吧。茶粉無青澀味,同奶混和得宜,依然贏得我芳心。泡沫鮮奶焙茶 (跟餐加$16)反而焙茶有點失色了,甜度較重,奶既比例多左,拉花都一般吧。松葉雪蟹膏小法包 ($68)蟹肉蟹膏呢個配搭唔使講,一定係濃味的了。上面既蟹肉蟹膏係凍的,有海水咸香味,法包細細塊,好適合比我呢啲lady係tea time食 哈哈!柚子芝士蛋糕 ($45)芝士蛋糕半輕身、半實身,無芝士既酥味,更混和左柚子既清新,酸酸甜甜的。換左新menu後,多左咸食既種類。的確,主食好有水準,唔似一般cafe咁,意粉意大飯既汁用麵粉開,淡而無味。不過,如果繼續供應抹茶甜品就更perfect了!…Read More

新都會自從翻新後,越來越旺場,不斷開新餐廳。由於係附近返工,所以經常同同事食新野。收工之後去食呢間丸十,都見到有好多人食,要排下隊,但都好快被安排入坐。餐廳位都幾闊落,超多卡位,夠哂私隱度,可以安心同朋友吹水。呢度以自助形式沖茶,自己按個人喜好加綠茶粉,不過比既個壺水唔夠熱,以致茶粉未能完全溶開。香蔥鮪魚蓉海膽丼 唔知係咪新開既關係,餐廳內都幾多員工,有咩需要,一舉手即刻有員工過黎,而且都好貼心,上丼飯既時候同我地講話,如果wasabi唔夠的話,可以叫佢地加。呢碗飯細小精美,好日式!海膽無出水,吞拿魚蓉有口感,飯粒分明。海膽天扶良 海膽天婦羅都幾特別,酥炸後口感既軟綿綿,卻多一份實在既口感。脆漿夠薄,食起上黎脆卜卜。海洋之盒 除左有魚生之外,都有熱食,我地叫左個海鮮串燒,有燒帆立貝、海蝦、鯖魚、蠔同白鱔。細細串燒得幾香,尤其係帆立貝,不過略嫌有啲燶。吉列蠔忌廉芝士牛油果卷 呢個卷物好大舊,因為包左四分一既吉列蠔係裏面,而且仲有香滑既芝士粒同牛油果,沾上少少沙律醬,食完都幾飽。抹茶軟雪糕 最後以甜品作結,叫左個抹茶雪糕食。抹茶味清香,不過甜味有點重。但都算大大杯,有好幾個swirls,結果都食唔曬!Share食會比較好。…Read More

越南華僑主理、性價比高嘅越南菜

呢間食越南菜嘅第一郡係深水埗已經打出名堂,我食過幾次都要排隊,人氣頗高原來佢係天后都有分店,啲位仲闊落啲添蟹膏蕃茄湯河粉 ($50)呢個蟹膏蕃茄湯河粉/湯檬完全無得輸,我差不多次次都會嗌湯底以蟹肉、蟹膏、蕃茄熬成,味道清甜帶點蕃茄嘅甜酸,試得出唔係落咗味精而係真材實料!配料都十分豐富,包括以蟹膏、蟹肉、蛋漿整成嘅蟹膏餅、扎肉、豬紅、豆卜、蕃茄、生菜、香葉味道方面,主角蟹膏餅啖啖都充滿濃郁蟹香,豆卜同豬紅吸收晒湯汁嘅精華。扎肉有兩款,一款有黑椒粒,較瘦,爽口彈牙; 一款有肥豬膏,較滑。而且仲落左大半個新鮮蕃茄,厚肉又juicy!!!牛腩燉蔬菜 ($55)牛腩炆得夠軟嫩夠入味,蘿蔔同薯仔都非常腍;醬汁味道既帶有蔬菜味,又帶有香濃既肉味,酸酸甜甜,有啲似羅餸湯十分醒胃!就算有包有肉,食落都唔覺滯。法包烤烘得外香脆內鬆軟,點汁食非常之夾!但要撞正星期六日先有得食~烤豬軟包 ($38)軟包同樣烘至外脆內軟,但比起上面嘅法包會鬆軟一點,就算冇醬汁點都易咬易入口餡料方面有咸香惹味嘅嘅豬肉、生菜、芫茜、青瓜、酸蘿蔔絲,一大口落去會食到唔同嘅味道同口感,好有滿足感牛油果沙冰 ($30) & 芒果沙冰 ($30)牛油果沙冰質地其實比較似奶昔,質地係打至幼滑而濃稠厚身,飲落去啖啖都充滿濃濃嘅牛油果味道,作為avocado粉絲,攰一攰嘅時候飲到真係好似上咗天堂咁架芒果沙冰奶味同冰感較重,芒果味道唔太突出,不過都十分消暑解渴食飽飽同老闆娘傾咗兩句,先知道原來佢係越南華僑黎,唔怪得感覺上比出面嘅越南菜較為地道總括黎講,呢間天后分店都保持到一貫水準,而呢個價錢可以食到有質素地道既越南河,性價比真係好高呢…Read More

猶如廚師發辦的質素

一直好想試下由鮨森前主管主理嘅立鮨,近排經過旺角分店,見到人龍又唔太長,二話不說就拉咗朋友去排隊。我直頭係開左狂食mode,開大餐咁款!大概都食左十幾款壽司,有珍寶甜蝦、赤蝦、帶子、油金魚、火灸左口魚裙邊、火灸中呑拿魚腩壽司等等...而以下係我覺得較特別又令我印象深刻的壽司:鮮甜味系列 1. 三文魚子壽司($20) 三文魚子多到滿瀉,粒粒晶瑩剔透,咬落去鮮甜無比,絕無腥臭味,仲用咗柚子汁調味,味道格外清新! 2. 碎蔥吞拿魚腩軍艦 ($25)呢呑拿魚腩軍艦並唔係魚蓉,而係切成有口感的碎粒。呑拿魚本身魚味淡,但魚碎中混有蔥花粒同柚子皮粒,加上少少白芝麻粒,癖除左魚腥味,食落零捨香。 3.原隻活赤貝壽司 ($30) 活赤貝係唔常見的刺身品種,呢度既赤貝超厚肉,又夠凍,口感爽脆,鮮甜味美。濃味系列 1. 鰻魚壽司 ($15) 我覺得鰻魚壽司係全場咁多款壽司中最抵食!面頭用火槍辣過,聞起上黎已經陣陣飄香,下面既魚皮好肥美,脆卜卜,鎖住曬啲肉汁。 2. 蟹肉蟹膏軍艦 ($30)呢款軍艦係期間限定的,蟹膏混入了麵豉醬,鹹鹹濃郁,蟹肉拆成一絲絲,實肉又有海水味,實在係濃味十足。 3. 火炙中吞拿魚腩壽司 ($38)中呑拿魚腩大塊到見唔到舊壽司飯,師傅輕輕燒一燒面層,但仍然見到下面肉質色澤粉嫩呢。雖然味道都頗為甘香,但食落有些少筋呢。 4. 火炙大吞拿魚腩海苔壽司 ($48)手握手卷,應該只係會係Omakase出現既壽司,所以有得平價食呢款手卷,一早已經mark實左會柯打!大toro果然油脂豐腴,食落淡淡油香,入口即溶,齒頰留香!重頭戲之海膽系列 1. 海膽壽司 ($30) 我黎呢度既目的都係大擦海膽,平貴款都有叫!本身期間限定係有馬糞海膽的,可惜一早賣曬。我先由最平個款食起的,$30食落似加拿大品種,味較淡卻厚身,但始終係平野,都唔可以預期佢會完全清甜。 2. 特上海膽壽司 ($48)特上海膽似係用北海道貨源,味道比$30當然鮮甜得多,口感更細膩軟綿,份量仲多啲添,一分錢一分貨既道理。不過依然略嫌海膽不夠乾身。 3. 大滿足海膽特盛 ($98)最後我實在抵受唔到誘惑,追加多個海膽特盛...大大啖每口都係海膽,滿足感up! 總括黎講,呢度可以話係以連鎖店價錢食到omakase質素,鰻魚、魚子、大拖羅、海膽會係我下次再黎既必食items! 摸着酒杯底,配上鮮甜味食既壽司,企係度暢飲暢談,滿足了。…Read More

小食比湯河更有驚喜

平日lunch蔡生pho外面企滿哂人,一直都未搵到機會食。星期六上午突然心血來潮想食,於是12點去到,出面完全無人龍,並好快安排入坐!店鋪有兩層,樓上設有卡位的。 越南牛肉粉 ($68) (自選生牛肉和貝殻牛肉丸) 一場來到,梗係要食招牌牛肉粉。見湯面都有泛油花,證明係用牛骨熬成,不過湯底又唔係算太濃味。有樣好貼心既係,上碟時湯較多,好讓粉麵唔會好快吸走啲湯。河粉好幼,係幾滑,但浸左熱湯後易夾斷。生牛肉無筋,好腍,有濃濃的肉味; 牛丸亦爽口。值得一讚係,芽菜多汁清甜,新鮮。香茅烤豬頸肉 ($58)呢度既小食的確比粉麵出色。香茅豬頸肉醃得好入味,肉又肥瘦均勻,而且醬汁香辣惹味,好食!黃金蝦扒 ($78)蝦扒大大塊,外面炸到金黃色,裏面蝦肉彈牙爽口,唔會梅同過油。越南法棍三文治 ($28)呢個三文治相比下有少少失色了。雖然個包好脆,但裏面夾既肉鬆醬太薄,唔係好食得出係咩。紅茶雪糕 ($32)自家製的雪糕味道都唔錯,個紅茶雪糕好似係泰國食到既Thai Tea味,茶味都幾濃!青檸香茅凍 ($19)青檸香茅凍呢個配搭十分消暑,個糖水底係冰凍既青檸香茅茶,配上青檸香茅啫喱,完全透心涼啊!泰國椰青 ($32)唔算超甜,可能唔係老椰青,但裏面既椰青肉好嫩滑,好容易就潷得起啲肉。總結黎講,我會覺得呢道既小食比Pho更有驚喜,但這裡的用料還是不錯的。…Read More

:)呢日同事突然話想食日本拉麵,但西環區既正宗拉麵店已經所剩無幾,知道「彩」係元朗都非常出名,又被拉麵哥介紹過,於是就決定食呢間分店。落到香港大學站既出口,搵左好耐都搵唔到店鋪門口,最後兜兜轉轉左一輪先到,因為店舖係巷內後門近坑渠位,位置有點不討好。沾麵-蝦味噌湯 ($88)但無論如何,食物好壞先對我係最重要。呢度有幾款湯底: 原味豚骨、黑蒜油同蝦味噌,我揀左最濃味的蝦味噌湯,因為出面好少有蝦湯沾麵。除左湯底有得選擇,麵底都有,我揀左是日精選自家製既麵--係超特別的伯爵茶麵!麵團當中真係左好多伯爵茶葉落去,所以聞落同食落都真係好重茶味,自家製既都幾有創意。可是對我來說,湯頭先係沾麵既精髓。好可惜,個蝦湯完全達唔到我要求。湯底係濃味,不過蝦既甜鮮味真係好薄弱,味道都只係來自於味噌; 最重要既係,個湯太稀,根本都掛唔上啲麵,同湯拉麵無分別。除此之外,配料都比較少,得一塊叉燒、一隻糖心蛋同少量竹筍,大食人士應該未必夠。見有人話,元朗總店水準會較好,真係唔知係咪唔同分店有唔同師傅既做法。不過論店鋪位置同食物質素,呢間分店真係好一般了。…Read More

清牛骨牛腩湯底

最近越南牛河牽起一股熱潮,皆因食家蔡生都加入左戰團,本身都有打算輪下蔡生,但新開張實在係大排長龍,唯有先轉戰蔡生曾經大讚的「錦麗」。錦麗綜合粉($62)一場黎到,我同朋友都各人叫左碗最多料而又係店內推介的綜合粉。好老實講,我選擇黎呢間先係因為見到佢個湯底幾深色,感覺上幾濃味。佢個presentation又的確唔錯,有牛丸同大大舊牛腩圍住碗邊,中間有生牛肉同蔥花,個賣相幾令我滿意。湯既面頭有些少油花,飲落去只係好清淡既牛骨牛腩味。湯底確實令我有少少失望,因為東南亞既粉應該會有重啲既香料味。雖然佢有比香葉同辣椒,但辣椒無切碎,根本出唔到味。不過除左個湯底唔夠香之外,我覺得河粉同生熟牛都係水準之上。河粉薄滑而不失口感; 牛丸帶有少少肥,爽口有汁; 生牛片同牛腩都係好嫩滑又夠腍。呢碗野既配料幫佢加返好多分。:)小米糕($32)本身期望小米糕係煙煙韌韌,但原來係白雪雪的粘米糕,口感太腍,不夠軟糯。不過米糕上的用魚露青檸調成的醬汁卻幾醒胃,拌上肉鬆同花生粒,頗香口!椰青($36)椰青大大個,清甜多汁,無酸味,解渴!總結黎講,以係港島大商場黎計,60蚊碗越式牛河性價比高,難怪咁多人排隊。雖然食物質素未到超級驚艷,但還屬水準之上,可列入飯堂之一。…Read More

鮨文元朗總店開張以黎人氣保持高企,可惜對我黎講地點遠咗少少而一直未有機會食。佢地依家係有地鐵站到既黃埔開咗分店,咁啱鐘意食日本野既朋友今個月生日,一於一齊去食omakase慶祝!價錢方面有$1350同$1750選擇,壽星妹話生日梗係要食豪啲,於是我地揀咗$1750三文魚子茶碗蒸三文魚子一啲都唔腥,咬落去脆卜卜新鮮多汁,蒸蛋好嫩滑。螢光魷魚螢光魷魚煙韌有咬口,配上清新柚子,係好好既開胃頭盤。岩手縣廣田真蠔即場開大大隻生蠔,口感creamy味道鮮甜,配以少許酸汁啫喱及柚子令鮮味更突出櫻煮八爪魚用咗足足三天浸係醬汁慢煮而成,而過程之中師傅需要揼鬆八爪魚內既纖維,非常費工夫。一入口果然比一般八爪魚腍好多,但係都保持到一定煙韌度,配上柚子胡椒食更惹味清酒蒸鮑魚鮑魚來自大分縣,以清酒蒸煮後酒味香醇,鮑魚肉質軟熟,醬汁以鮑魚肝醬同牛油混成,香濃無比師傅亦提供一口赤醋飯拌勻餘下既醬汁食,可以話係食盡所有精華壽司包括有真鯛、深海池魚、青柳、牡丹海老、幼銀鱈魚、沙甸魚、吞拿魚面珠墩、海鰻穴子真鯛壽司原來鯛魚係日本人既吉祥物,係節慶日子例如生日、婚宴等都會食鯛魚真鯛屬於白身魚,魚味純正鮮甜深海池魚壽司皮下脂肪經過炙燒,肉質較彈口,配以魚子醬吊出鮮味青柳壽司青柳係日文中係「笨蛋貝」既意思,聞說係當佢開殼吐沙時會唔小心夾住自己啲肉,望落就似笨蛋一樣師傅即場將活青柳由貝殼取出,端上碟時仍然識得郁,保證新鮮幼滑甜美牡丹海老壽司牡丹海老甜美,配上燒蝦膏、蝦子,濃郁蝦味充滿口腔、齒頰留香吞拿魚面珠墩壽司每條吞拿魚只有兩小塊面珠墩,非常珍貴。輕輕火炙後,面珠墩肉質爽嫩有彈性沙甸魚壽司沙甸魚較易變壞,所以平時食既多數係罐頭,新鮮沙甸魚真係第一次食到。一咬落去,唔!油脂四溢,肉質肥美甜蝦海膽杯萬眾期待既海膽杯最後出場,見到滿滿海膽堆砌到小山丘一樣,大家都忍唔住手機食先海膽份量比我想像中還要多,用上高級北海道赤馬糞,每一大啖入口都非常新鮮甜美,一啲腥味都冇,成個口腔都充滿海膽既濃郁甘甜,簡直好似上咗天堂一樣總結黎講呢度既omakase用上唔少時令、特別既食材,而且都係非常新鮮、師傅亦能夠將佢地既味道發揮得好…Read More

惹味豐富shakeshake海鮮袋

一直都試試呢間餐廳既招牌海鮮袋,原來係灣仔開咗分店,於是就搵埋同我一樣鍾意食海鮮既朋友一齊黎見到大大隻Mr. Crab logo,就知我地冇黎錯地方,要準備食海鮮大餐!Signature Combo ($360)海鮮袋有三款,包括Signature Combo、Lobster(龍蝦) Combo、Dungeness(珍寶蟹) Combo,醬汁則有Cajun醬、檸檬黑椒汁、檸檬蒔蘿汁。我地今次選擇既係Signature Combo,有蝦、蜆、青口、粟米、香腸同埋薯仔,醬汁就揀咗Cajun醬(中等辣度):)店員奉上藍色海鮮網袋,然後起勢咁shake佢,目的係令醬汁同調味料,可以同均勻咁遍佈海鮮。shake完之後一打開個袋,即刻香氣撲鼻,忍唔住流晒口水,我唔客氣喇整體海鮮都係幾新鮮,蝦肉質爽、味道鮮味,蜆同青口鮮甜、肉嫩肥美不得不讚自家秘製Cajun醬,原來係由多種香料包括紅椒粉、蒜頭、黑胡椒、百里香等等製成,味道非常香濃,食物經過shake shake之後每個部位都沾滿Cajun醬,惹味程度爆燈,辣得好過癮生蠔($52一隻,買5送1)店員會介紹唔同種類生蠔既味道同特點,而我地最後就揀咗法國蠔Royale生蠔好新鮮,肉質偏向creamy,鮮甜肥美,海水味較淡Cajun Shrimp Taco ($98)呢款Taco係用上軟身soft taco,入面包住新鮮爽滑既蝦,嫩滑既牛油果、芒果,爽脆清甜既紅椰菜絲,好豐富醬汁方面有guacamole、salsa、同埋sour cream三款點住黎食,我自己就最鐘意guacamole如果有埋脆脆nachos就仲正!蟹肉沙律軟殼蟹漢堡 ($168)搽上牛油既漢堡包烘得外脆內軟,主角軟殼蟹大大隻新鮮酥炸、咬落去脆卜卜香口惹味,配上鮮甜蟹肉絲、蟹籽、生菜絲、蕃茄等等多種配料,啖啖都好滋味無花果特濃咖啡芝士蛋糕($68)一放上台,我同朋友都不禁嘩一聲,因為賣相真係好靚,用朱古力漿,糖漿,雜苺等等伴碟砌到好似一幅畫咁食落去蛋榚身厚實挺身而不失口感幼滑濕潤,咖啡味濃度尚可總結黎講,終於試到呢度嘅海鮮袋,真係名不虛傳,將海鮮同醬汁shake勻實在係勁滋味其他食物質素亦算不俗…Read More

頂級香濃酒味甜品

本身諗住同朋友係西環海傍飲個酒,但係佢突然覺得唔舒服,於是我地就搵個地方食下甜品傾下計,最後就黎到呢間夏雪Summer Ice店舖裝潢簡潔以木系為主調,最搶眼係牆上一塊大黑板,上面用色彩繽紛既粉筆畫出精美menu甜品選擇都非常多,而且有啲都幾特別創新,例如Earl Grey窩夫、麻婆豆腐窩夫等等Baileys Affogato (加Frangelico) ($96)咖啡Affogato一般甜品店都可能會有,但係Baileys Affogato就真係比較少見,身為酒鬼既我,無可能唔揀佢。Baileys咖啡酒幼滑香濃,Frangelico榛子酒甘甜帶榛子果香,未入口已經聞到香氣撲鼻倒落雙球Espresso同雲呢拿雪糕食,好味到忍唔住叫出黎酒同雪糕本身味道都濃郁,混埋一齊冇搶走對方味道,反而撞上咗夠硬身冰凍既雪糕球後,Baileys酒變得質感更厚更幼滑,互相交叠令口感豐富充滿變化本來抱住試試新野既心態,食完之後真係十級驚喜同滿意抹茶特盛($108)身為抹茶控冇理由唔試下呢個抹茶特盛特盛包括有抹茶雪糕、抹茶心太軟、抹茶啫哩、丸子、蕨餅,紅豆、燒餅,再配上黑蜜及玄米茶,好豐富!心太軟內裡熱辣辣,一切開就有如岩漿流出,入口抹茶味道濃烈而甜度適中;啫哩滑溜、丸子有嚼口、蕨餅煙韌彈牙,配上甜甜黑蜜同紅豆一齊食,口感味道都好正;燒餅就可以配雪糕同心太軟食,可惜既係抹茶雪糕偏重奶味,而抹茶味唔算濃食完呢個抹茶大餐可以飲返杯玄米茶消一消甜膩,配搭上頗有心思咖啡窩夫配雪糕($88)窩夫新鮮熱辣即點即製,烘到恰好外香脆內鬆軟,咬落去滿口濃濃咖啡香,糖漿亦唔係一般糖漿,而係加入咗烈酒之一既威士忌。酒滲入窩夫內層,食完一啖之後口腔充滿揮之不去的酒味。雪糕係用Arabica咖啡豆製成,咖啡味零舍香醇、烘焙味突出,仲加入咗朱古力粒粒,超滿足:)總括黎講,呢度既甜品價格唔算便宜,但係食物質素、份量真係令人好滿意,亦有較多同較特別既選擇…Read More

有機咖啡牛奶雪糕

呢日行街行希慎廣場,見到中庭位置又換左新pop-up store,而且有好多人圍住個store等,埋去睇先知原來係韓國品牌既雪糕-「百味堂」!呢個希慎期間限定店都幾金光閃閃下,但除左金色牌面外,仲用上木系裝潢,不失時下流行既文青風,難怪經過呢度既途人都會望下。其實之前係尖沙咀已經食過佢地既純牛奶雪糕,無留意原來佢地有出咁多款蛋糕同麵包,當日見到有磅蛋糕同雪芳蛋糕賣,不過我最想食既牛奶忌廉包就賣哂喇。但天氣太熱,都照樣買左雪糕食!濟州抹茶黑朱古力牛奶雪糕 ($82)抹茶同黑朱古力兩樣都係比較少甜既醬,兩者聽起黎好似唔太夾,但撈埋牛奶雪糕食,突出返甜味後,就好似食緊抹茶朱古力。不過濟州抹茶既青茶味比起日式抹茶既較為淡,口味較大眾化吧。意大利芝士咖啡雪糕 ($78)比起抹茶雪糕更濃味係呢杯落左意式濃縮咖啡同Mascarpone Cheese既Affogato!咖啡好有烘焙香,濃味順喉又無渣。老實講,我覺得佢地個咖啡比起佢地既主打牛奶雪糕更有驚喜!:)總結黎講,百味堂的雪糕冰感較重,始終可能有機牛奶的脂肪量唔高,口感唔夠濃稠厚實。反而咖啡可以一試!…Read More
