銅鑼灣搵到間居酒屋,環境唔算太嘈,燈光柔柔地,啱晒同朋友傾偈食飯兼小酌一杯汁燒免治雞軟骨棒一上枱就聞到陣陣甜香,外層燒得微焦,啲汁黏口更顯雞肉嘅嫩滑,入面帶有雞軟骨,少少爽脆,口感好有層次,啱晒鍾意咬口嘅人。芝麻雞軟骨就係另一種風味,冇咁重味,但勝在香口,芝麻香滲入雞軟骨入面,配酒一流之後嚟咗鹽燒仙台熟成牛舌芯,真係水準之作。牛舌芯稍微厚切但唔韌,燒得啱啱好,表面微焦,咬落去有彈性,牛味濃郁,仲可以沾少少黃芥末,都好夾同朋友決定點個「月見・極丼」,一個set入面有生蛋烏冬配少少明太子,仲有個海鮮魚生飯,真係好豐富。烏冬滑溜溜,生蛋黃撈埋明太子一齊食,鹹香中帶少少黏口,有層次。魚生飯就更加精彩,吞拿魚茸細膩,生蛋令飯更滑,海膽就係點睛之筆,鮮甜濃郁,入口即化,呢個飯比起一啲刺身壽司鋪頭更出色。配埋面豉湯,暖笠笠咁收尾,舒服晒另外,我地跟隔離台叫咗個彩虹壽司卷,色彩繽紛,視覺上已經好吸引!每件壽司都包住唔同魚生,口感豐富,米飯唔會太硬,酸度啱啱好。貝類同魚生都一次過試齊刺身拼盤係時令鮮魚,有幾款唔同魚生,包括油甘、三文魚、鯛魚等等,全部都切得靚,厚薄適中,魚味鮮甜至於飲品方面,叫咗梳打梅酒,輕碳酸嘅口感好清爽,梅味唔會太甜,好易入口。茶割(Ochawari)就係另一種風格茶酒,入口有茶香,酒味唔重,啱晒唔想飲得太烈嘅人食物水準高,唔係淨係靠擺盤,真係有味道、有火候、有心思。居酒屋氣氛夠chill,啱晒同朋友慢慢嘆!…Read More
