銅鑼灣搵到間居酒屋,環境唔算太嘈,燈光柔柔地,啱晒同朋友傾偈食飯兼小酌一杯汁燒免治雞軟骨棒一上枱就聞到陣陣甜香,外層燒得微焦,啲汁黏口更顯雞肉嘅嫩滑,入面帶有雞軟骨,少少爽脆,口感好有層次,啱晒鍾意咬口嘅人。芝麻雞軟骨就係另一種風味,冇咁重味,但勝在香口,芝麻香滲入雞軟骨入面,配酒一流之後嚟咗鹽燒仙台熟成牛舌芯,真係水準之作。牛舌芯稍微厚切但唔韌,燒得啱啱好,表面微焦,咬落去有彈性,牛味濃郁,仲可以沾少少黃芥末,都好夾同朋友決定點個「月見・極丼」,一個set入面有生蛋烏冬配少少明太子,仲有個海鮮魚生飯,真係好豐富。烏冬滑溜溜,生蛋黃撈埋明太子一齊食,鹹香中帶少少黏口,有層次。魚生飯就更加精彩,吞拿魚茸細膩,生蛋令飯更滑,海膽就係點睛之筆,鮮甜濃郁,入口即化,呢個飯比起一啲刺身壽司鋪頭更出色。配埋面豉湯,暖笠笠咁收尾,舒服晒另外,我地跟隔離台叫咗個彩虹壽司卷,色彩繽紛,視覺上已經好吸引!每件壽司都包住唔同魚生,口感豐富,米飯唔會太硬,酸度啱啱好。貝類同魚生都一次過試齊刺身拼盤係時令鮮魚,有幾款唔同魚生,包括油甘、三文魚、鯛魚等等,全部都切得靚,厚薄適中,魚味鮮甜至於飲品方面,叫咗梳打梅酒,輕碳酸嘅口感好清爽,梅味唔會太甜,好易入口。茶割(Ochawari)就係另一種風格茶酒,入口有茶香,酒味唔重,啱晒唔想飲得太烈嘅人食物水準高,唔係淨係靠擺盤,真係有味道、有火候、有心思。居酒屋氣氛夠chill,啱晒同朋友慢慢嘆!…Read More

茘枝角藴藏好多性價比極高嘅餐廳。今次跟朋友嚟荔枝角行街之前去試咗一間冰室都幾唔錯!🍜 一上枱就聞到陣陣沙爹香氣,濃郁但唔膩,微微花生香同香料辛辣。雞扒肉質嫩滑,唔會乾柴又冇雪味,吸晒沙爹汁之後更惹味。公仔麵可以選擇軟硬度,唔會過腍,掛汁力強。整體味道偏重口,啱哂我而我朋友選擇嘅香煎特大豬扒超力銀絲米粉,豬扒真係名副其實「特大」,厚切但煎得恰到好處,外層焦香,內裡保持肉汁。醃料偏港式甜香,帶少少蒜味。米粉爽滑唔黏口,吸晒豬扒汁同湯底,口感層次豐富,湯底清甜。我哋仲特登加咗瑞士雞翼,雞翼滷得入味,甜中帶鹹,唔會死甜。雞翼皮滑肉嫩,骨位都滲晒味,相信瑞士雞翼撈麵都係一流。西多士去得冰室一定要叫,外層炸得金黃酥脆,內裡麵包鬆軟,蛋香濃郁。牛油同糖章融化後滲入麵包中,甜而不膩,佢唔會炸到太油,入口唔會有油膩感,反而係香脆同鬆軟嘅完美結合🍞好喜歡留住港式茶餐廳嘅靈魂,菜式多又有心思,唔係求其出品。無論係重口味嘅沙爹雞扒,定係甜香嘅西多士,都有佢獨特嘅風味,值得一試之餘!…Read More

中意米線真係每星期都要食一次,今次同同事一齊去旺角食。佢話自從呢間店開咗之後,已經成為佢嘅“飯堂”。今晚見到門口排長龍,不過好彩翻枱快,唔洗等太耐。我選擇咗雞雜小鍋米線,可以試到雞腎、雞絲、雞肝、雞心同自製雞肉丸,呢啲餸都比較少見。藤椒湯底好獨特,麻味十足,仲可以根據自己喜好再調整辣度,真係好貼心。自製雞肉丸口感好特別,肉質滑嫩,仲有軟骨,咬落去好有嚼勁。米線呢位主角,圓滑、Q彈,咬下去好過癮。內臟日日新鮮入貨,例如雞心雞肝,經過細緻處理,肉質鮮嫩,帶有淡淡的香味,與湯底好夾。追加既韭菜餃就係我個人必加的餸菜。薄薄的餃皮包住新鮮的韭菜,餡料鮮美,口感清新,咬下去瞬間釋放出濃郁的香氣。每一口都能感受到韭菜的鮮甜。就算唔加菜,都一樣好豐富既配料,絕不欺場!同事選咗招牌嘅豬八戒小鍋米線,入面有豬軟骨、豬腰、豬肝同豬大腸。豬大腸經過滷水,入味又軟嫩,完全冇異味,散發出濃厚的滷汁香氣。豬軟骨外嫩內韌,咬落去脂肪的香氣四溢,真係令人欲罷不能。湯底係酸辣金湯,金黃色,酸味同辣味平衡得好好,每一口都有驚喜。如果鍾意輕輕刺激口感,麻辣豬耳一定要試!老闆話經過煮熟同冰水處理,保持咗脆爽,配合麻辣醬汁的刺激,真係食到停唔落口。最後,餐廳的服務態度亦好好,員工熱情友善,時刻關心客人需要。服務同食物質素都好掂,性價比又高,真係滿足既一晚!…Read More

最近同朋友喺中環搵到一間hidden gem。呢間酒吧主打「午夜後不是結束,而是第二十五時」,帶你遠離繁忙的生活🍸酒單上有16杯雞尾酒,每一杯都好有香港的特色。無論係中國茶、茅台定豉油、避風塘,啲創意都令經典雞尾酒有咗唔同的風味我最鍾意嘅係叫做VIVA的雞尾酒佢有九製陳皮的鹹香,然後係莓果同西柚的清新味道。特別之處係,呢度的鹽邊用咗豉油的結晶,真係意想不到但好搭!朋友點嘅CURTAIN FALLS,係調酒師以煨番薯作介紹🍠第一口就聞到泥煤威士忌的香氣,竟然同煨番薯有幾分相似。後來一問,原來真係用煨過的番薯浸泡Ardbeg,仲有炒栗子的獨特香氣。不過呢杯酒的酒感比較重,對於鍾意輕盈雞尾酒的朋友來講,可能會有啲挑戰調酒師見我們樂意試新口味,仲介紹咗HOMECOMING。呢杯以避風塘口味為靈感的雞尾酒,真係我從未想過。入口時,首先感受到水產的鮮味🦀隨後有一點辣感,最後係番茄水的青澀味🍅每次見到咁清澈的雞尾酒裡藏著咁多味道,真心佩服調酒師的技藝調酒師仲介紹咗首席調酒師Kenzo,係2022年獲得Time Out的Rising Star稱號。咁獨特的酒單同調酒師的才能,令我相信呢度的未來會更加精彩!希望更多人可以發掘呢間酒吧,享受25:00帶來的cocktail getaway…Read More

日本朋友初次到港,特別要求我帶佢食燒味。我喺網上做咗研究,決定帶佢去明星都食嘅棋子燒鵝🤩一到餐廳,朋友已經企係門口打卡,話只有喺電影裡面先見到燒味一排排咁掛住。店員逐款逐款向我朋友介紹,推介佢必食嘅燒鵝之外,仲有卜卜脆嘅燒肉對於有選擇困難症嘅人,order二人餐係最方便嘅選擇!可以享受到燒鵝和燒味(呢部分需要選擇,而我地選咗燒肉)、油菜,仲有兩個主食可以揀白飯、瀨粉或者米粉率先上枱嘅係兩碗老火湯,眉豆雞腳煲豬骨,清熱去濕一流話咁快,兩碟燒味已經熱辣辣送到。燒鵝色澤誘人,精髓在於油脂同肉質嘅平衡,仲有淡淡嘅煙熏味,好獨特。雖然唔少人鍾意食厚肉嘅位置,但我更加鍾意比較薄身嘅位,醃料超級入味,仲有濃濃嘅鵝味,配埋梅子醬解膩,再啜啖瀨粉,真係perfect👍🏻燒肉嘅外皮非常香脆,而且完全冇豬臊味。如果可以再肥少少,相信會更加好味和鮮嫩。店員同我哋分享,燒肉之所以可以做到咁脆,係因為醃製完成之後嘅風乾過程,師傅一路監督住,濕度多啲少啲都唔得,真係好考技術兩個女仔話咁快就清哂枱上嘅食物,一件不留😂本來仲話要去食飯後甜品,唯有再約下次…Read More
