Having read so many reviews of this burger shop and the beautiful pictures on their food, we looked forward to get some real good burgers in this shop.On the menu hanging on the wall, there is only one choice for burger.  Although I knew that they had a secret recipe, I wanna try their most original form of burger first.  It took around 10 min. for the food to come after we ordered .It was a great disappointment to us.  The burger looked good in the picture, but it was VERY SMALL in real.  The whole burger was small and the patty was not thick at all! According to their description in the website, their patties are made of dry-aged  black Angus beef.  Hoever, we didn't feel any special about it.  The meat did not have rich flavor...To me, it's just similar to Triple O or some normal burger joints.The duck fat fries were even disastrous.  They also looked well in the box.  But when we picked them out, they were all soggy and soft and were TASTELESS.  I didn't see anything good of using the duck fat except giving it an oily coating.When we paid $100 for a burger, we expect something more in terms of quality.  Yes, I did see many gweilos eating here, making it a hip eateries or making an impression that it's an authentic burger joint.  Unfortunately, I didn't see anything good on their food, their price and their service.  Never will I come again. …Read More

與朋友在銅鑼灣晚飯小聚, 未來過這裡, 就一於來試試。可是這棟大廈競爭激烈的緣故, 周六的晚上, 也不是太迫人。聽說這裡以仙台牛舌為主打, 於是我們就叫了一客鹽燒牛舌(極上級的已售罄)。分量不算多, 排得也不整齊, 頭尾位置有點靭, 不過尚算是厚身, 肉味頗濃。春雨沙律, 即粉絲沙律, 配上柚子麻醬, 酸酸的十分開胃。刺身拼盤, 這個是3-4人分量。一般貨式, 沒有太大印象, 蝦刺身較為鮮甜。石鍋牛舌拌飯, 這個有些像韓國石頭鍋飯的反而有驚喜, 熱辣辣之餘, 牛舌和其他配料都十分充足, 拌上辣醬和炒香了的洋蔥, 令整個飯的味道都濃郁起來。蒜片牛柳粒, 這個也是非常好吃, 上面橙色的醬料酸酸甜甜, 中和了牛柳的肥膩, 加上炸蒜片和洋蔥的焦香, 吃過停不了。服務方面, 侍應人手不足, 加上我們坐在角落位, 招了手侍應也未能即時回應, 不過他們做甚麼也要鞠躬(其實在我們來說, 並不需要), 禮貌度(真也好假也好)都要加分。食物方面, 這裡的燒烤食物較美味, 其他的一般般而已。銅鑼灣應該也有不少類似甚至更好的選擇。不過和朋友坐了一個晚上, 傾傾生活, 傾傾對佔領行動的看法, 也是一件美事。…Read More

因著地獄廚神之名, 這裡繼Jamie’s Italian之後, 成為另一間城中人氣餐廳。上次Jamie’s之旅不滿意, 這裡又如何呢?早於兩個月前已在網上訂了位, 慶幸訂到了星期六午餐時段。正在等待友人期間, 侍應先送上一袋麵包, 雖然只是普通的sourdough, mini baguette等, 還好是暖暖的。餐牌上的選擇不多, 賣的是新派英倫菜。反覆商量了好一會, 終於點了:Chicken Caesar salad, pancetta, anchovies, soft boiled egg, aged Parmesan ($138) 沒有甚麼特別的一道沙律, 但勝在蔬菜爽脆, dressing 的味道和份量恰到好處。Flat bread, caramelized onions, taleggio cheese, cured pigs cheek, basil pesto ($118) 經侍應介紹下可share的一道starter。雖說是前菜, 但分量一點也不少, 就如pizza一樣, 不過以flatbread做底, 烘得十分香脆。炒香的洋蔥與芝士同焗, 呈焦糖化的洋蔥帶著濃濃的甜味, 加上點點芝士的鹹香, 可令人吃過不停, 豬面肉反而成了配角。Bread Street Kitchen short rib burger with Monterey jack cheese, spicy sriracha mayo ($168) 把餐廳名字押下去的, 水準應該有番咁上下, 所以我們就點點了一試Chef Ramsay的實力。麵包烘得外脆內軟, 最吸引的當然是漢堡, 肉汁相當juicy, 牛肉帶有咬口, 越嚼味道越出, 果然是十分好吃, 唯一我認為可再做得更好的是整塊牛肉的質感, 如果稍為鬆軟多少少就perfect了!Traditional shepherd's pie with braised lamb, potato puree, brioche garlic crumbs ($208) 另一道我們點的主菜, 用羊肉代替牛肉, 友人在order時擔心會不會很騷, 但最後是接受得到的。我們當初以為會有麵粉做的批皮/批底, 但這個純粹是羊肉上鋪上薯蓉和蒜蓉麵包糠, 啖啖肉, 幾個人一起分享就最好。Braised red cabbage, apple, raisins ($58)Side dish我們點了這個, 味道酸酸甜甜(但偏酸), 剛好中和了主菜的膩口感覺, 這個超中意!服務方面, 大致OK, 侍應都不厭其煩地介紹菜式, 只是我們要牙籤時, 忘了拿給我們, 要再次提醒, 不過對整體服務得影響不大。個人觀感而言, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar 比 Jamie’s Italian強得多, 已經訂了再來吃晚餐!…Read More

炎丸以其用真炭燒烤的爐端燒馳名, 一直到好想試, 這天終於來到嚐嚐其tasting menu。圍著餐廳正中的炭爐而坐, 一面吃一面看著大廚工作, 氣氛蠻好。既是居酒屋, tasting menu中自然先送上一些經典的居酒屋食物:東風螺: 螺肉爽脆, 但味道不是太突出燒枝豆: 這個調味很好, 不知不覺可以整碟吃光凱撒沙律配銀雪魚及櫻花蝦: 其實不太吃到櫻花蝦 , 反而加了一只雞蛋令醬汁的質感豐富起來吃過前菜後便送上刺身, 包括甜蝦, 三文魚, tuna, 章紅魚, 和在最前名(忘了甚麼名字)呈卷狀的刺身, 當中以醬油jelly調味, 頗為特別。然後就是兩款壽司。炎丸壽司卷, 材料豐富, 但看相片也知道是用上了不同刺身, 如果海膽可以多些當然就最好啦。牛肉鵝肝卷反而有驚喜, 吃下去一口豐盈卻沒有肥膩的感覺。接著下來就是炭火燒日本喜知次(Kinki)魚。Kinki是一種秋冬天才吃用的深海魚類, 十分珍貴。當天在炎丸吃的當然是用其首本方法炭燒炮製。第一次吃這魚, 肉質十分嫩滑, 而且魚油豐富, 吃下去滿口魚油的香味。不過, 由於其油脂豐富, 腸胃不佳的朋友記住要淺嚐即止。 第二道炭燒食物是燒北海道帆立貝。這個不太好, 是師傅燒得太熟, 有點硬。第三道是牛肉山葵燒。牛肉燒得剛剛好, 仍然保持著肉汁和鮮嫩, 加上少少wasabi, 帶出點點刺激。還真相多吃幾塊呢!最後是牛肉炒飯, 雖然不是很乾身, 但味道十分好, 材料豐富, 如果不是太飽, 我一定把它吃清光。甜品是栗子雪糕, 應該是日本品牌吧, 奶香之餘真的有點點栗子, 很有秋天的氣味。可能是tasting menu的關係, 每樣試一點點, 未能真正品嘗炎丸的強項, 這次算是OK吧!價錢不算太貴,和家人/朋友還是會再來試試的。…Read More

I aimed at having a light lunch before having massage with my friend. Dropped by this café when I walked around in Central looking for a small coffee shop/bistro. It’s really amazing to have a small café with a total Italian decoration / design at the end of the busy wet market in Central. I immediately made up my mind to have my lunch there.The café is quite small, like a narrow corridor, which is very common in Italy. They even have an old coffee machine for making coffee. Though they had set lunch menu, after thinking and thinking, I ordered a Belgium waffle ($58) and a cup of cappuccino ($38).The staff led me to sit in their attic. It looked like a small study with classy furniture and a wall with all the pictures of famous people (wall paper of cos). Having seated for a while, my coffee and waffle came.The cappuccino was not very strong, but it’s very smooth. Even I ordered skimmed milk, which was usually thinner than whole milk, the froth still held when I finished half of the cup. Like traditional Italian café, it served with a piece of biscotti.The waffle was very big for one person. Though the toppings were not much, with a scoop of ice-cream, a few pieces of strawberries and blueberries only, it was not bad at all. It would have been better if the ice-cream was vanilla, which could serve as a substitute of fresh cream, but this scoop of strawberry ice-cream was still good. The waffle was warm, soft and moist, with a slight taste of sweetness. The chocolate sauce on top was not too thick but it covered generously on the waffle. 意想不到的滿意!

相約老友飯聚, 聞說這裡是由正宗的意大利師傅掌廚, 價錢合理, 也就立即卜鎚來這裡。 這裡分上下兩層, 下層主要是酒吧, 我們由侍應引領下上到樓上的用餐區。由於在其他客人用餐期間不好意思走來走去拍照, 環境相就只有這兩張廁所門口的照片, 但也看得出餐廳的玩味。餐廳是casual dining, 不過也蠻有情調的。 甫坐下, 侍應便遞上menu, 和朋友分別點了virgin mojito 和white wine, 不一會就連同麵包一吃來了。麵包款式雖然沒什麼特別, 但也烘得鬆軟。 餐牌上好多菜式都好吸引, 掙扎了好一會, 我們就點了: Starter 西班牙野生吞拿魚配帶子、八爪魚及西西里紅蝦 (Combination of Raw Spanish Tuna Fish, Sea Scallop Carppacio, Octopus and Sicilian Red Shrimps) 看見菜式的名字已覺豐富不已, 一上桌更加有驚喜, 擺盤漂亮得像一幅畫, 顏色鮮豔, 看上去十分新鮮。當中最出色是中間的紅蝦, 鮮甜得交關。帶子也好甜美, 反而吞拿魚有點腥, 不過是可以接受的。 煙劍魚片配胡蘿蔔生薑汁及利古里亞橄欖油 (Smoked Swordfish Slice, Carrot Ginger Emulsion, Taggiasca Olive Oil) 餐牌上的Chef Recommendation, 當然要試下。菜式分量頗大,粉紅和鮮橙的配搭, 材料簡單, 但賣相和味道相當對辦。劍魚片帶點爽身, 配上紅蘿白汁增加了甜味,對比以往在其他餐廳吃過的同一道菜, 這裡確實優勝。 Main Dish 加拿大龍蝦意大利飯配車厘茄及香草汁 (Canadian Lobster Risotto, Cherry Tomato , Mint Sauce) 要十級推介這個risotto! 有別於一般cream or cheese base 的risotto, 這個加了車厘茄汁去煮, 吃落不但不覺膩, 還有不斷的甜味, 加上mint sauce, 增加了一點清新, 一個人掃光光也不會覺得滯。Risotto一般的配料都不會太多, 但這個不但有相片中看得見的龍蝦, 飯中還混入了mushroom和不少龍蝦肉粒。龍蝦吃下去十分爽脆, 整個飯充滿鮮甜的番茄味和海鮮味, 我和好友都認為要為這個risotto再回來! (而我, 現在還念念不忘呢!) 香煎海魴配芥末薯蓉及番茄橄欖醬 (Seared John Dory, Wasabi Mash Potato, Tomato Caper Olives Salsa) 好友是食家, 看見John Dory 就毫不猶豫點了這個。上來分量很大(原諒我只拍了一張wide shot), 厚厚的兩塊魚十分鮮嫩, 完全沒有因為厚身的關係而弄得過熟。薯蓉中加了少少wasabi, 增加香味, 亦見餐廳在傳統中的創意。 Dessert 我們都太飽了,不想吃太heavy的甜品。想起tiramisu是意大利最傳統的甜品,如果這個最基本的都做得好,這間餐廳就真值得再來。 這裡的tiramisu是用杯上的,吃下去沒有太濃咖啡味,但卻好creamy和充滿酒香,是我喜歡的味道。 慢慢享受了一個晚上。好友請客,只知道連酒水大概$1500,是物有所值的。我一定會再來encore risotto!!!…Read More

We made reservation just when the restaurant opened and finally come here after 2 months.There’s no need for me to describe or show pictures on the hip interior deco here, as many of them have been posted on magazines and other reviews here. I think it’s more interesting to give some different views on the food.Starter - Arancini Margherita (Mozarella Risotto Ball with Tomato Sauce)Medicocre. Actually you may find it in some localized “Italian” restaurants (I mean pizza hxt, spagehettx houxx), but it’s the “best” dish in the meal.Side dish – Crunchy Veg SaladAccording to the menu, it should be dressed with lemon, mint and yoghurt. Unfortunately, it didn’t work with what is expected. There’s only a tingly taste of lemon juice.Side dish - Apple ColeslawA better one with a balanced sweet and sour flavor, but there’s too much beetroot which didn't mix well with other ingredients. I can only say It’s not a common coleslaw, but I prefer the typical one more.Pasta – We ordered the Fresh Crab Spaghettini and Squid Ink Spaghetti, both in regular portion. The staff told us in detail that their pasta are all homemade and have al dente texture. Very disappointedly, the pasta were the worst part! First, there’s not enough sauce, ending up both pasta were a bit dry. Second, the pasta stuck together on the plate which made it quite unappealing to dig in, and you knew instantly that it won’t be hot enough. Third, it was NOT al dente at all. Far from being al dente, it was too soft and floury. You really could feel the flour on the pasta. There’s no point to highlight their pasta as the signature dish.Dessert – Epic BrownieThe brownie looked like some dry stuff you can get from supermarket. It’s not even lukewarm to melt the caramel ice-cream on top. To me, ice-cream is always the “safest” dessert, but the popcorns garnishing around the dish were too sweet and made the ice-cream and brownie tasteless.Dessert - Lemon Meringue Pie (Forget the name exactly)A balanced taste of sweetness from the “meringue” and sourness from the lemon custard. The so-called meringue was actually whipped cream. The lemon custard is not creamy at all. It feels like something between pudding and jello, which made it a bit fake. My friend commented that the lemon tart of Starbuck was even better. I totally agree with her.I came here without much expectation, but its food was really a total disappointment. 在社交網絡玩小遊戲, 贏了2/3 Dolci的Amore荔枝玫瑰蛋糕回來! 是整整一個呢!其實這是我第一次試這裡的蛋糕. 待爸爸拿回來之後, 即急不及待打開蛋糕盒...好漂亮的紅色! 雖然蛋糕上沒有甚麼裝飾, 但那種像天鵝絨般的質感令人覺得好高貴和浪漫.立即把蛋糕切開, 裡面原來大部分是粉紅色的mousse, 質感幼滑, 不太甜, 有少許玫瑰的香味, 中間白色和鮮紅色的, 雖談不太清楚是甚麼(應該是果醬和奶凍), 但充滿濃濃的荔枝香, 最後是蛋糕餅底, 雖然有點實淨 (可能是太鬆軟的話不能承受mousse的重量), 但配合上面各層一起放進口中, 增添了不同的口感.聽聞這裡的蛋糕價錢不便宜, 這個蛋糕本身已經美味可口, 不用錢贏回來, 更加高興! 嘻嘻!!  …Read More

和爸媽吃飯, 很多時候都是吃廣東菜, 這晚我們就嘗新, 來這裡吃川菜。星期日晚上居然不太多人, 環境裝修精緻, 坐位也很闊落。點茶不久後, 服務人員送來小吃來, 有別於一般中菜館, 來的是一碗爆谷! 除了新奇外, 味道也不錯, 好像是西式的barbeque flavor, 但吃下去有少少麻香和五香, 確實令人開胃。餐牌上既有辣的菜式, 也有不少不辣的, 亦夾雜了其他非川菜菜式。我們三人點了這些:燈影牛肉看過一些前輩的介紹, 得知這個是招牌菜式之一, 因此就點了這個。外貌好像牛肉乾, 吃下去有點嚼勁, 但因為切得薄身, 也沒有咬不開的問題。味道方面, 麻香很重, 帶點甜味, 令人越吃越想吃, 果然做到前菜的目的!紅燒鱔片驚爸媽不能吃太辣, 所以點了這個。上枱時是熱呼呼的,味道是很濃的醬油味, 但太鹹了,一定要送飯,鱔片尚算多,不過可能是紅燒菜的關係,一些 “扮”鱔片的瘦肉片還是不少的。可skip。蔬菜(忘了名字, 就是上湯時蔬之類的名稱吧),不太特別,只是清清地用來解辣。麻婆豆腐雖然不知道這個是不是正宗川菜的菜式, 不過老人家不太吃肉, 而我也愛吃, 所以也點了個麻婆豆腐就算了。上來的時候是十分失望的! 因為這個豆腐的油實在太多, 直情係油浸豆腐, 我想是師傅錯用了水煮的方式。我們都怕太油(因為水煮魚or 水煮牛之類的菜式尚且能夠 “琼一琼”油才吃, 但麻婆豆腐就做不到吧), 所以吃剩了大部分。生煎包看見其他食客點了生煎包, 很吸引的樣子, 所以我們也點了。一客五個, 樣子飽滿, 吃下去也是熱辣辣, 充滿肉汁的, 好味道!在點甜品的時候我們向服務人員反映了麻婆豆腐的問題, 她也認同根本不能吃下, 就詢問我們是否需要換其他菜式。由於我們此時都飽了, 就問她可否送贈甜品, 而她也爽快答應, 送來鮮奶布甸(沒有拍照), 味道有輕輕的椰奶味, 不太甜, 滑嘟嘟的, 是解辣的一道甜品。可能我們不懂點菜, 除了燈影牛肉, 其他都只是一般。或許會再來給這店多一次機會!…Read More

Upon hearing the recommendation from a gweilo friend, we went to this small outlet to try the burrito. We have asked the girl at the cashier of her recommendation, but she only murmured a few words that we could hardly hear. We were choosing between the Barbacoa beef ($68) and the Asian beef ($68), but again she did not give us a clear answer between the two, and so we picked the former one. We also ordered a can of Coke Light to split with ($20). The burrito itself was good, well-stuffed with the ingredients we chose. However, just when we were waiting for the food, we saw a notice hanging on the wall which was opposite to the cashier and kitchen (meaning that customers can barely notice it if they dun turn their heads around), saying that there was a grab-and-go combo (burrito of the day plus drink/taco chips) which cost $68. We asked the girl what was the burrito of the day, and she told us that it’s Asian beef. At that moment, we felt being cheated, because she should have told us that the Asian beef was cheaper with a combo set when we asked her about the difference between two beef choices. When we further asked her whether we could change our choice, she simply gave us a shrug.Not that we are not able to afford the $20 difference, but the response of the girl gave us a bad impression on the shop, and the way they put up the notice somehow made us feel that they did not want customers to know there was a combo offer. 割包是地道的台灣小吃, 如今在海外闖出名堂, 成為時尚小吃。聞名不如見面, 我就趁着今天在灣仔上課堂前來到這間小店一試。 晚上6時半走進店子, 舖面不大, 呈長狹型, 點餐/廚房都在店子最入面。從其他食評得知傳統的original bao比較肥膩, 就從新口味中挑選了韓式的kimchi bulgogi. Combo形式(即連飲品) 盛惠$68。 包子不一會就送來, 一客兩個, 呎碼比想像還要細 (我在想, 如果我的老外男友來到, 起碼可以吃他十數二十個)。包子外皮十分鬆軟, 好像是剛剛蒸好, 帶有輕微的甜味。餡料方面, 如果不額外請店員加添伴料, 其實並不多。至於味道方面, 不是不好, 但牛肉餡不多的關係, 味道通通被泡菜的味道蓋過,最重的只有泡菜酸酸的味道。最後,我要加上店中提供的spicy salad dressing,才把味道平衡。 可能我沒有點其他食物,那兩個小包子,對不是大食的我來說其實也不夠飽,而價錢方面-可能是舖租關係,如果以份量vs價錢來說,是偏貴的小吃。如果以這樣的性價比,其target customer可能是一些外國回來的少男少女。至於我,試過一次,見識過就夠了。要吃割包,就留待到台灣才吃吧。…Read More

值得一試的sunday brunch

風和日麗的星期日, 有甚麼比得上在一個優美的環境下和朋友吃個愉快的午餐, 輕鬆談笑一番呢?選擇這裡的原因, 除了看到社交網頁的宣傳外, 亦曾經試過隔壁同一集團的阿一海景, 對他們的食物質素有信心。Sunday brunch 由11時開始至2時半止, 雖然我們來的時候也差不多1點, 但也沒有太多人。Buffet 枱佔了餐廳中間一半的地方, 客人的座位則圍在窗邊, 令每枱客人都可以看到海景, 很有心思的布局。全餐廳大概只有二十張枱, 環境舒適, 沒有Buffet一般嘈吵擠逼的情況。Brunch 以semi-buffet的形式供應。在serve過welcome drink (可選sparkling wine, 橙汁或汽水), 我們便向buffet枱進發。食物方面當然不能與full buffet 相提並論, 但選擇也蠻多, 有即開生蠔、青口、蝦、parma ham、smoked salmon、幾款芝士和各種不同的沙律。每樣拿了少少品嘗, 生蠔新鮮但不是隻隻肥美, 蝦十分爽口, 沙律菜也十分爽脆新鮮, 唯獨是餐廳不少已伴好的沙律的dressing 都比較多, 比較易膩。餐牌上寫明提供egg benedict, 服務人員十分醒目細心, 知道大家未必每人吃得下一個, 所以先上來兩個讓我們分享。Egg benedict的賣相一流, 雖然雞蛋上的hollandaise sauce 較少, 但切開都有流心蛋黃, 也不致於太乾, 反而當中的smoked salmon 較熟, 沒有了軟滑的口感。Buffet 枱上有即製omelet, 於是我們交由廚師發辦幫我們弄來兩個不同口味, 但同樣伴而黑松露醬的。第一個是海鮮, 入面有帶子、蝦粒、魷魚和煙肉; 第二個就有芝士、粟米粒、火腿、蟹柳和煙肉。味道居然是第二個材料普通的較佳! 不過我略嫌omelet煎得較薄和老, 如果可嫩滑一些就好了。主菜部分可五選一, 包括龍蝦(芝士焗/燒/伴意粉)、黑松露汁燒西冷、火雞薄餅、法國燒春雞和一份pasta。朋友一句 “有龍蝦冇理由唔叫龍蝦呀~”, 我們全都點了龍蝦, 只有一位朋友點了西冷。朋友的燒西冷先來, 外表雖然普通了一點, 但一點都不老, 燒得剛剛好, 十分鬆軟而且有肉味, 配上的黑松露汁不是太濃, 有香味卻不會搶了牛扒的風頭, 而伴碟的露筍更加是朋友讚好的item。輪到龍蝦上場了, 我們分別點了芝士焗和燒。以為芝士焗的會有厚厚濃濃的芝士汁, 卻原來只是輕輕的蓋上面, 增添了香味和色相之餘卻不會太 “漏”。而燒的當然是充滿龍蝦的鮮味, 而且一點都不乾身, 蝦頭來還有厚厚的膏, 好味!雖然大家都喊飽, 在有需要時我們都會拿出另一個胃來裝甜品。甜品的選擇不算太多, 有mango pudding, panna cotta, almond cake, rich chocolate cake, apple tart 和crème brulee 等等, 當中我較喜歡的是panna cotta (圖中紅白相間的小杯), 酸酸甜甜的, 吃了也不太有罪惡感, 另外rich chocolate cake (吃掉才發覺忘記影相)小巧卻充滿香濃軟滑的朱古力, chocoholic必吃。不過, 大家最期待的, 當然是熱呼呼即製waffle, 伴上Movenpick的朱古力雪糕和士多啤梨雪糕, 加上不同的醬汁, 就算更飽也不能不吃。我們都發現, Movenpick的士多啤梨雪糕超級好味, 味道酸甜適中, 奶油味不重, 比H牌的好吃, 也是一個少有地讓我覺得朱古力比士多啤梨味遜色的品牌。最後的餐飲, 加$10就可以換上latte或cappucino。餐廳現在有promotion, 4 位以上75折 (2-3位則8折), 連加一每人不用$400, 在這個舒適的環境下大吃過愉快美味的午餐, 大家都認為值得再來呢!…Read More

和父母外出用餐, 大部分時間都選擇中餐, 這天就轉轉口味, 來到芽莊。覺得芽莊是連鎖式越南餐廳中比較企理的一間, 餐具顏色配合著越南菜所用的青檸辣椒, 煞是漂亮。三人胃納不多, 只叫了四樣食物。先來得是軟殼蟹米紙捲, 軟殼蟹剛剛炸起, 外皮脆脆的, 伴以青瓜甘荀生菜等蔬菜, 當然要醮上酸酸甜甜的魚露來增加味道, 吃下去清新開胃。燒大蝦柚子沙律, 像是泰蔡多一點。這晚的柚子酸甜恰到好處, 加上不少炸蒜片, 十分香口, 可惜大蝦外表突出, 肉質卻不夠爽甜(但有未至霉的程度), 其實只吃沙律已可以了。香茅豬扒撈檬, 豬扒的香茅味雖然不突出, 但肉質卻十分鬆化, 檬粉當中也加了不少蔬菜, 配以魚露來吃, 也不會覺得太heavy。最後是燒倉魚, 由於是即燒, 所以也等了一會。上枱時發覺魚身漲卜卜, 原來裡面塞滿了香茅, 配以魚皮上微微帶甜的燒汁, 醮點附上的甜辣醬, 令本身魚味不突出的倉魚充滿濃濃的味道, 在加上燒的嫩滑, 我想如果此時有白飯, 已經可以吃掉整碗。看著父母吃得滿意, 下次我們又試試其他菜式!…Read More
