晩餐想吃上海菜又唔想排隊。到希慎廣場14樓見到名館有位馬上試下。小籠包點了兩種有一口小籠及松露兩種味道。皮薄湯汁濃味相當不錯。頭盤點冶味鳳凰爪、雲耳及蕃茄仔。除了鳳凰爪太硬不合囗味,雲耳及番茄仔都很鮮味。尤其蕃茄仔是剝了皮很特別。主菜點了蒸秋葵及虎皮炒黑豚肉。秋葵加上豆豉來蒸沒有腥味。虎皮椒微辣很香口。兩個菜都不像滬菜但很對香港人口味。最后加了蛋散及蝦餃,我不喜甜品,而且蛋散炸得太厚。就不推薦。但蝦餃完全有大酒樓水準。雖然整枱菜式除了小籠包好似同滬菜無乜關係,但食得很舒心合口味。…Read More

環境好服務好但廚藝尚需加強

週末午餐無乜想法,碰上新開的台灣餐廳木十寸心。走了兩層樓梯,達到腸胃充分運動的目的。上到很有懷舊風情的餐廳。坐下發覺只有套餐可點。就試了木瓜燉排骨湯、排骨新竹米粉,三杯雞雞肉飯,還點了兩個野菜水蓮及山蘇。木瓜排骨湯清甜可口。煲湯的排骨連帶軟骨,很有咬口。到了兩個野菜有些失望,水蓮太老多渣,山蘇尚可,但野菜味道不夠濃厚。排骨米粉及三杯雞上場,排骨連醬料味道尚可,但肯定炸好了不少時間,少了風味。三杯雞這個菜式不是我認識的三杯雞,麻油酒味都有但偏淡,雞肉當然無法用台灣本土,可能是冰鮮吧。所以更加要在味道下功夫,現在成個菜弄得偏淡,可能迎合OL吧。但這不是三杯雞。反而有驚喜是隨餐的淹漬物,清新可口,酸酸的開胃。最后來杯美式咖啡,15元物超所值,我個人覺得好過星巴克等連鎖店。…Read More

行開春園街發現開了間社企餐廳,仲要搭電梯上一層。好奇地兼以為做善事上去食個晚餐。餐廳還在試業中無乜人,才二三枱客。點了個晚餐西班牙燒乳豬。頭盤是煎大蝦沙律,雖然只有一隻大蝦但很有蝦味,個沙律醬油是醋油,有股淡淡香草味,不是外面市場的香草醋油,后來問廚房知道是自家攪作。湯是周打魚湯,份量有點小。但料很足,食落是鮮忌廉做,不是大路鑵頭貨。主菜西班牙燒乳豬,皮脆肉熱多汁。雖然唔明什麼是西班牙風味,但單論烤豬,味道比名廚不煌多讓,尤其乳豬汁,用了黃桃果肉,酸甜可口,配上新鮮出爐燒烤。我可以再食多一份。整個晩餐連加一才240元,不是便宜,但加上廚房心機味道就物有所值。唯一擔心餐廳現在還在試業中,當人流開始旺起來時,不知還能否有此水準。…Read More

聽完為食麻甩騷楊英偉談及和平小飯館, 今晚一個人走去試試,點了半隻燒鵝,一蛊淮山燉花膠及砂窩紅燒翅。燒鵝肉嫩多汁又不太肥,可惜 鵝肉上段肉厚但味太薄,同下段冇得比,我下次只會叫下段。紅燒翅個味道足夠,火腿及燉鷄的味道都嘗到,但個翅身就一般,不過128元冇得苛求。又要個湯底好又要個翅身靚 ,就不是這價錢。 個蛊淮山燉花膠就一般些,個湯清鮮味但我直情懐疑舊花膠是后來補上。又說回來個湯賣48元,用料足又冇味精,算不錯。不過我下次點豬肺湯比較好。至少豬肺唔會有下等貨。另外我特別欣賞個湯是無調味,食鹽另上。有時其他菜式比較濃味,您會希望個湯比較清淡,而且個湯沒有加鹽,一上枱的時候能夠取悅您的食慾只有香味及湯水的鮮味。您先飲一口才加鹽調味,您對個湯水質素都心中有數。…Read More

聖誕節一家人搵啲好食地方晚飯,揀了利舞台廣場的莆田,方便之後行工展會。大多數菜式都很出色。四小盤有紫菜,鹵水豆腐,豬手凍及九轉小腸。這些頭盤應該必試。白蘿蔔羊腩,莆田茘枝肉,烤豬手都很出色。不過這跟福建菜無乜關係吧?扁肉湯的皮很Q,湯帶一點醋味,唔會咁易有飽滯感。興化米粉算唔錯,應該一試。我略嫌燜苦瓜的苦瓜味有點薄可重些,不過這不是大眾口味了。燜豆腐雖然是推薦菜式,不過我覺得同我們粵菜的老少平安差不多。而糖醋炸皮蛋及荔枝汁的炸物併盤就比較一般。不是不好,是無乜特色。我對菜式基本很满意,但其實以前在福建吃過當地本土菜,口味與莆田其實是兩樣。我情願當莆田是新加坡菜,但會再回來幫親。另外莆田可能太多人幫親,我們7時50分已差不多吃完,但有少少菜尾,服務員已急急腳收埋碗碟,都唔得閒問我們要不要收碗碟及要甜品,之前尚可的服務態度可算衰收尾。…Read More
