To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末午餐無乜想法,碰上新開的台灣餐廳木十寸心。走了兩層樓梯,達到腸胃充分運動的目的。上到很有懷舊風情的餐廳。坐下發覺只有套餐可點。就試了木瓜燉排骨湯、排骨新竹米粉,三杯雞雞肉飯,還點了兩個野菜水蓮及山蘇。木瓜排骨湯清甜可口。煲湯的排骨連帶軟骨,很有咬口。到了兩個野菜有些失望,水蓮太老多渣,山蘇尚可,但野菜味道不夠濃厚。排骨米粉及三杯雞上場,排骨連醬料味道尚可,但肯定炸好了不少時間,少了風味。三杯雞這個菜式不是我認識的三杯雞,麻油酒味都有但偏淡,雞肉當然無法用台灣本土,可能是冰鮮吧。所以更加要在味道下功夫,現在成個菜弄得偏淡,可能迎合OL吧。但這不是三杯雞。反而有驚喜是隨餐的淹漬物,清新可口,酸酸的開胃。最后來杯美式咖啡,15元物超所值,我個人覺得好過星巴克等連鎖店。
