人多食中餐,人少食西餐。今次就去試下中環法式小餐館,位置唔算起眼,但係都算方便。座位唔多,裝修幾別緻,不過用餐區域講野幾應聲,人多就有少少嘈。 Tartare de Trulte (Smoked Salmon Trout Tartare) 煙三文魚他他幾好味,少少咸香加埋牛油果 Palourdes (Local Short Necked Clams) 呢個蜆落左好多唔知咩herbs,落牛油就無咩好講,加埋紫菜又幾好味 Salade De Tomatoes Fraiches (Cherry Tomatoes) 簡單一個車厘茄沙律,加左西瓜,兩紅相遇,仲有少少薄荷葉 Polsson Grille (Grilled Fish) 一直以黎都覺得西餐嘅魚係麻麻地,呢個佢話係燒嘅,但係就似蒸完用火槍燒下塊皮咁,味道都唔差嘅,用左大量herbs同薯仔黎襯托出魚嘅鮮味。 Cote De Boeuf (Deboned Grilled Ribeye) 就係好純粹嘅燒牛扒,唔係超級脆面嗰隻,有佢應有嘅味道 Pomme Puree (Homemade Mashed Potatoes) 呢個薯蓉不得不提,十分綿滑 餐牌上面嘅食物款式唔太多,但係海陸空都有齊,唔算得上十分推介,但係一試無妨。…Read More

大圍都算係一個多野食嘅地方,間中都唔難發現一啲比特別嘅小店。今次去Curry Boy試下熟成咖哩。有少少日式嘅感覺,開放式廚房,一眼睇曬出餐過程。內部空間唔算大,座位唔太多,另外有半戶外空間嘅吧枱。 主打兩款熟成咖哩,牛油咖哩同麻辣鬼咖椒咖哩。今次叫左牛油咖哩黑毛豬肉餅配薄餅同埋麻辣鬼椒咖哩黑啤牛肋肉配飯。 🍛牛油咖哩黑毛豬肉餅配薄餅:牛油咖哩係接近一般日式咖哩甜甜地嘅感覺,濃香細滑。肉餅都煎得香口又有適量咀嚼感。薄餅有三塊,不過不失。 🌶️麻辣鬼椒咖哩黑啤牛肋肉配飯:用香港人比較熟悉嘅表達,麻辣鬼椒咖哩個預設辣度係大概譚仔中辣,而且後勁比較強,會有越食越辣嘅感覺。咖哩味道方面有少少偏酸,可能係鬼椒嘅味道,但係我就食唔出有「麻」嘅感覺。我幾鍾意配菜嘅炸蓮藕片。可惜牛肋肉比較乾身,亦食唔出有黑啤嘅感覺。 順帶一提,如果想牛油咖哩加辣或者麻辣鬼椒咖哩減辣係可以嘅,會按比例將兩款咖哩適量混合。不過我覺得如果大家想試嘅話應該忠於原味道,怕辣就食唔辣。…Read More

最近食左兩次昌運苑記覺得水準唔太穩定,於是去返大埔墟苑記試下。果然,一坐低就feel到個分別。 白灼黑柏葉:熟悉嘅擺盤同味道終於返返黎,豉油調味嘅比例,薑蔥嘅比例,係最近昌運分店帶唔到畀我嘅感覺,喺大埔墟分店搵返。加埋支啤酒就perfect 及等粥:好耐無食,自從搬左去粉嶺之後都仲未搵到替代品,所以都係返黎大埔食,豬雜新鮮洗得乾淨,唔會有太混濁嘅味道。不過唔知點解今次好多蔥,真係好多。 總結:我暫時應該轉會去大埔墟分店,隔一排先再畀機會昌運分店。…Read More

暗調復古英倫風裝修,有少少哈利波特feel(?)牆上面仲有一個鐘嘅數字同轉向都係逆時針,睇嘅時候要動動腦筋。 1. 🥚香茅雞翼(鹹蛋黄):香茅味唔太明顯,濕濕地嘅流沙鹹蛋黃醬,我鍾意乾身嗰種「黄金」鹹蛋黃多啲,感覺香口啲 2. 🦀黃咖喱軟殼蟹比薩:平時食咖喱軟殼蟹都會叫薄餅蘸啲咖喱汁食,呢個pizza就將成件事一體化呈現。批底略嫌太脆,軟殼蟹本身已經炸得香脆,薄脆嘅批底令到pizza口感比較單一。個人認為用薄底可以,但不用太脆,增加返另一種口感。 3. 🍝明太子蟹肉野菌意大利麵:成碟意粉混合得好好,分唔到主角係明太子?蟹肉定係野菌?其實可能意粉先係主角。 4. 🍖蜜味酸辣豬肋骨:甜甜地嘅蜜味係有嘅,酸同辣嘅感覺欠奉。我都明喺香港嘅辣即係唔辣,不過好彩佢唔酸,太酸我都食唔到。都幾厚肉,唔會得棚骨 5. 🍺Yebisu Beer:Menu寫獅子山啤,但係原來係得惠比壽。 6. 🍸Cocktail / Walk Into A Bookstore /:酒底有自家玄米茶酒(應該係infuse出黎)加白酒,仲有檸檬汁同果皮糖漿。整體偏甜,有少少似飲清酒嘅感覺,唔睇唔知有玄米茶。 7. 🍰巴斯克芝士蛋糕(提拉米蘇奶蓋):個燶面唔夠燶(可能只係個人喜好,不過有cream遮住其實又唔係好覺)上面篤cream同塊餅都唔錯嘅 整體黎講擺盤幾靚,味道方面不及擺盤出色。我又唔想話佢係打卡類型嘅餐廳,但係味道方面真係要加把勁。…Read More
