Polsson Grille (Grilled Fish) 一直以黎都覺得西餐嘅魚係麻麻地,呢個佢話係燒嘅,但係就似蒸完用火槍燒下塊皮咁,味道都唔差嘅,用左大量herbs同薯仔黎襯托出魚嘅鮮味。
Cote De Boeuf (Deboned Grilled Ribeye) 就係好純粹嘅燒牛扒,唔係超級脆面嗰隻,有佢應有嘅味道
Pomme Puree (Homemade Mashed Potatoes) 呢個薯蓉不得不提,十分綿滑
餐牌上面嘅食物款式唔太多,但係海陸空都有齊,唔算得上十分推介,但係一試無妨。
