因為睇到一位Ricky講佛謁,內容提及新廣發打邊爐。「屍橫遍野,就是放題任食的經典場面,68塊是一個開始也是一個結束。我們通過弱肉強食去建立威信,像黑道中人的茹毛飲血,在石油氣爐的暴走中高歌。飲勝是一種義勇軍進行曲,轉瞬直上雲霄,搖撼一個入定歷劫的阿羅漢,尷尷尬尬在一片陌生的世界中冒起,像滾滾湯底裡浮起的一片白蘿蔔,浮沉間頓失方向,恐懼乘虛而入,如果你還有一瓶可樂在手,就隱住了去勢,向四方八面擺平,火正烈。心正燒。」我唔知緣還是孽,我睇完反而想知所指邊度,弱肉強食,茹毛飲血一番。得知是新廣發,首先係上嚟睇吓咩風評先,好似都ok喎,咁啱女朋友噚晚喺附近聽talk,聽完就去食。我自己一個人7:00去到,己經人山人海,等女友期間順便行吓沙角村,發現樓上的屋村酒樓,應該係迫於形勢,都係58火煱任食,但係既然原意係大排檔,加上酒樓又無咩人流,咁當然睇過就算。到7:45女友嚟到,新廣發己經無咩枱,結果坐咗喺收銀側邊,都無咩所謂。但係之後嚟嘅人就要等位。嘢食種類算ok,質素其實同90-130左右的茶樓差唔多,不過要有心理準備,因為係自己夾,所以杯盤狼藉在所難免,如果你突破到哩一關,咁就無咩所謂。我叫咗沙嗲湯底,煲裏面一開始係一大團沙嗲醬,搞咗30秒都化開晒,平民嘢,將就吓。凍肉/丸無問題,瀨尿蝦都好生猛,隻隻識跳。不過蝦/蟹就唔新鮮,開始「梅」。而菜,sorry,亦洗得唔係咁乾淨,有沙。唔多,不過有。排檔風味,伙記ok手腳夠快,你阻住佢做嘢佢就好大聲咁同你講「唔該借借」,大佬,草根係咁kala....質素價錢比我覺得超值,其實你去100-130酒樓任食,我估個廚房都係咁上下,突破到哩一個心理關口,但其有個地方打吓邊爐,的確唔錯。眼見都有幾圍中學生著住校服喺度食,幾有青蔥歲月feel。…Read More
