To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 噚晚食完。四個人試咗貴村雞,豬手,"招炎"狗棍,枇杷豆腐。豬手幾乎每圍都叫,量,味,都中上,值得推介。狗棍嘅炸漿亦係不凡,推介。豆腐其實亦炸得唔錯,但枇杷豆腐應係用蝦膠,佢用咗一般街邊煎三寶係魚味麵粉團。扣分。貴村雞,係啖味版口水雞,雞滑,但量少,半隻100...可以忘記。另外,環境唔係好得,坐後街邊,地下有水....感覺唔多衞生。以四個人食咗280蚊嚟講,要坐後巻好似有啲唔合理,所以下次食一定要訂位。伙記太忙,亦唔多好禮,第一碟餸嚟到都仲未有茶。後來其求喺隔離枱攞過嚟俾我地,但四個人每人只夠半杯....之後頂唔順(因為味精度都算中咁啦...)自己入去鋪入面攞茶....竟然隔離枱又走過嚟"JUMP"咗幾次...可見真係無人服務....總而言之,地區級數,行開可以一試。
