仲要啲嘢勁難食。蝦米腸明顯係大路交貨嚟嘅，啲葱又老又乾，好似食紙咁。
蝦腸啲蝦又係假嘢，用化學嘢嗱過，嗱到由細變大嗰種，哩，即係平價炒飯用嗰啲嘅加大版。
