大埔運頭塘商場新開咗間「茶飯廚房」,裝修光猛乾淨,坐得幾舒服,唔會逼逼狹狹。今次試咗幾款基本嘢,睇下佢基本功得唔得。巨蛋手切牛肉三文治個名係誇張啲,但件蛋治真係有驚喜。麵包烘得脆身,入面嘅炒蛋夠厚身,咬落去仲有少少流心。手切牛肉唔係求其用碎牛肉,真係有肉味,同蛋嘅滑溜夾得幾好。係茶記少見有誠意嘅三文治。乾炒牛河一上枱就聞到鑊氣,河粉炒得夠乾身,唔會油淋淋。牛肉醃得幾嫩口,芽菜同蔥段嘅份量啱啱好。唯一挑剔係豉油可以再落重手少少,味道會更出。焗豬排飯個茄汁底調得幾平衡,唔會太酸或者太甜。豬排厚度適中,咬落鬆化,唔會韌。飯底炒過先焗,有少少焦香,呢個細節位做得幾好。梅菜扣肉飯呢個係傳統口味,五花肉炆得夠淋,梅菜嘅鹹甜度剛好,送飯一流。如果鍾意食濃味啲嘅朋友,應該會幾滿意。總括來講,雖然全部都係常見菜式,但每樣都做得穩陣,有啲位仲有少少驚喜。新開張有咁嘅水準算係唔錯,可以encore。價錢都係大眾化,lunch time經過運頭塘不妨試下。📍大埔曉運路10號運頭塘商場地下26A及26B號舖…Read More

今日嚟到尖沙咀呢間LAB ZERÓ,佢哋主打日式西餐fusion,裝修走簡約風,坐得幾舒服。今次專登為咗期間限定嘅杜拜朱古力刨冰而來,果然冇令我失望。呢座刨冰賣相已經贏咗——成個雪山咁高,面頭鋪滿杜拜朱古力碎,奢侈得嚟又唔俗氣。第一啖試開心果嗰邊,堅果香氣好出,磨得幼細嘅果碎帶啲鹹香,完美平衡咗甜度。另一邊嘅朱古力味濃得嚟唔會死甜,食得出係用咗高濃度可可,帶微微回甘。最精彩係挖開冰山之後:裡面竟然藏住煙韌嘅白玉小丸子同輕盈嘅鮮奶油!將冰碎、朱古力醬、丸子同奶油一齊放入口,凍冰冰嘅刨冰遇上暖糯丸子,口感層次即刻爆燈。個朱古力醬應該係特調,濃稠度剛好,同面頭嘅脆片形成對比,真心有心思。另外叫咗件提拉米蘇,面頭撒滿可可粉,係合格以上之作。不過比起個刨冰,都係做配角嘅份。總結:如果鍾意探索特別甜品組合,呢個杜拜朱古力刨冰絕對值得試。份量夠兩三個人分享。📍LAB ZERÓ 尖沙咀金巴利道68號地下B號 …Read More
