It is difficult to spend time while you are waiting for your movie, especially in this hot summer. Luckily we have this Japanese restaurant.  Though it serves Japanese food mainly, the interior make us feel like so comfortable like Cha Chang Tang in Hong Kong. We ordered a Pork Remen  and Curry rice, Pork slice is thick  and full of the thick soup specially served by this restaurant. For the curry , it is in a classic Japanese style, which is not too spicy. The most important thing is most of the dishes are reasonably charged and the turn over is fast. If you want a quick  and delicious meal  before any scheduled. 係佐敦等朋友,點知佢遲大到。正值中午,藍天白雲,曬×死人。於是入咗呢間拉麵店,單拖食過晏先。環境舒適,勁冷氣,再加每人一瓶檸水on rock任添,即刻gur返哂。此店最出名就係佢嘅招牌熊拉麵。厚厚的叉燒但一點也不韌,加上半肥瘦,綿綿的豬膏入囗融化。濃郁的豬骨湯連多加一個麵底也不要變淡。流心蛋絕無欺場,有圖為証。此店有分粗麵和幼麵,店長建議可以係加替玉時轉麵質,可以一次試哂該店的特色。本人比較喜歡幼麵,因為大啲surface area,索多啲湯,更加入味。…Read More

開會到好晏,好驚miss咗呢間幾日前book咗嘅burger餐廳。七點幾到步,餐廳已經排長龍。好彩book咗位等咗一陣就入得。每人會有一張menu, 揀好就去counter叫嘢食加俾錢。係double decker 同cheese burger struggle 咗一陣。芝士濃味d,但double decker滿足啲。結果選擇留返芝士係薯圈度。再追加一個軟殼蟹沙律,一客雞翼。飲品叫咗Somersby 同 stella先上芝士旋風薯條,芝士超多,無揸流灘。因為薯條偏細,炸得會比較硬身,唔會一餅淋嘢咁Double decker 身高more than 10cm. 兩塊牛肉餅不會太乾身,細食嘅可能叫一碟都飽哂,哈哈。軟殼蟹都幾精彩,唔係好似普通餐廳咁斬件上。係成隻大蟹去炸,好多時食軟殼蟹都唔夠分,呢間絕對無問題。再加上大量蔬菜沙律,啱哂少食菜啲香港人。想食一間有水準嘅quick meal,this is ur choice!!!…Read More

今日同老婆過左筲箕灣探朋友的初生bb,晚上就順道在附近吃飯。落樓不久就見到這家餐廳,大家也肚餓了,便決定在這兒解決。先來的是魚湯浸時菜,時菜可以選白菜仔、生菜、莧菜、西洋菜、等等。如果不喜歡魚湯浸,也可以選擇蒜蓉炒或是清炒。我們選了魚湯浸莧菜,魚湯很香,味道很濃,吃不出味精,莧菜也很鮮嫩可口。第二道菜是醬燒野菌牛仔柳。醬汁的味道很特別,有一點點的甜,也有些微像上海菜鱔糊將的味道,好味,拌飯一流!第三道菜是煎𧐢餅,粉漿不會太厚,就像一個美女只塗上薄薄的粉底,香脆可口,而且裏面的𧐢 十分大的,密密麻麻,每一口也有起碼一隻𧐢, 非常足料。第四道菜是籠仔蒸爆牙肉餅。這道菜是這間餐廳的招牌菜,果真有她獨特吸引之處。上菜時一個大大的竹籠捧上來,掀開籠蓋的時候,一陣香氣湧出來。肉餅本身的香味再夾雜了荷葉的香氣,整體的感覺非常良好,一點肥膩的感覺也沒有,而且肉餅吃得出製作很細緻,果然名不虛傳,難怪這道菜式曾經獲奬。…Read More

登打士廣場有好多俾大家gathering嘅餐廳和cafe。Ground Floor 永遠堆滿了不少sales,係你等時瘋狂地向你推銷自己的餐廳,想係呢道站穩陣腳,無啲真材實料和個人特色都幾難。今次呢間係廣場廿樓,包全層,所以地方十分寬敞,Gathering 嚟講呢點好重要,坐得唔舒服真係咩都唔洗講。不過其實我哋今次嚟最主要係醫肚。初時都有少少擔心。通常呢啲餐廳主打係飲品,係度叫“食送”食同係外國餐廳叫中菜一樣,九死一生。我哋先叫了個小食試試水溫 - 蜜糖雞翼。佢哋啲蜜糖濃度調得啱啱好 (好怕有啲餐廳會將啲雞翼變成糖水雞翼,得個甜字),雞翼燒得恰到好處,肉嫩但不會見到血水。伴菜沙律可以refresh味蕾。見前菜整得咁好,我哋再叫個芝士焗西蘭花,用料絕不吝嗇。一絲絲的芝士食落去好有滿足感。連食肉獸的我也忍唔住食咗半碟。主食:意式青汁雞肉闊條麵。雖然知道呢度嘅芝士長通粉係招牌菜,但再叫芝士就真係太膩了。如果係鍾意西式香料嘅朋友,呢道菜就合哂河車。而且選用檻欖油嚟煮,感覺都healthy啲。餐廳採用較幼的闊條麵,看上好似河粉 (唔係炒貴刁啦)…Read More

提起健康食品,好多男士都會有些少抗拒。通常這些食品貴,淡且不飽肚。今日老婆約呢一間都係主題食healthy and bagel,卻一定能滿足每位食客。位於觀塘工業大廈,由地鐵站去只需要五分鐘。門面裝修光鮮,裏面係咖啡店風,Shelf上放設了不少食材原料,彷似外國啲就地取材的田園餐廳。主食為bagel同墨西哥卷,有唔同餡料揀。用料成份清楚列明,最怕啲餐廳用埋哂啲古靈精怪名,連食緊咩都唔知。除咗可以睇餐牌外,店員會詳細介紹是日選取的bagel材料,例如今日老婆揀咗加了竹炭同紅“菊”的bagel,有紅有啡,十分別緻。我點了個是日special,menu上無,韓式辣雞卷+ set。餐湯是濃濃的蔬菜低脂忌廉湯,自家製,味道濃郁,而且用本店特製的mug盛載。雞肉包在煙韌的皮內,份量也足夠一般男士食用,微辣,加上大量的菜和墨西哥醬,連食肉獸都會覺得美味健康。特意叫了個手製黑糖包,試試師傅整包的功力。軟軟的包身和烤得剛好的麵包皮,配以微微的黑糖味,令人胃口大增。最後配以柚子紅茶作結,滿足的一餐。…Read More

昨晚當完夜班,做埋啲手尾已經十一點幾。雖然唔係太肚餓,但都是但搵咗間嘢食。行都呢間門口,老闆娘(好似係, 同MENU上既女人差唔多樣)就好熱情大叫"入嚟試試啦”。見咁就腳,就決定呢間。呢間麵館皇有幾間分店。謝斐道呢間好近地鐵站。銅鑼灣c出口過一條馬路就到。擺設係茶餐廳風,乾淨企理。而且門口寬敞,容易睇住自己架車。(頭盔:本人並非在此鼓勵違例泊車)食品主要係川滬菜為主。口水雞,紅油抄手,韭菜餃,刀削麵。今次點咗碟麻辣口水雞,藥膳湯底手擀麵,凍豆漿。口水雞味道不會太鹹,比其他川菜鋪出色嘅係選材。雞肉處理得恰到好處,連雞胸肉都覺得滑嫩。而且我見每碟都係雞胸加雞腿,唔會俾啲雞骨雞肋敷衍了事。手擀麵,又稱燴麵,製作手法好考師傅功力。上品係厚度闊度適中統一。上菜時個鍋仲滾緊,可見係湯麵一齊煮,令麵條更加入味。湯底只會散咗淡淡的藥材味,怕飲中藥的我也覺得份外滋味,把湯全部喝掉。埋單50幾,幾扺。開完夜,食個藥膳煮麵,好像補返身咁。…Read More

今日試咗一間新式茶餐廳。位置:係謝斐道,灣仔地鐵站一出一轉就到。揸車黎可能更麻煩,事關條街車位唔多。雖然無大招牌豎出街,但搵都無咩難度門面:呢個好值得讚! 大部分茶餐廳的衛生情況惡劣,食食下飯都有可能見到小強同老鼠,真係食龍肉都冇味。可能係後生仔打理餐廳原故,呢間野好企理,門面光鲜,係出面望入廚房都唔會見到個地下濕漉漉。而且冷氣夠,餐牌唔會sticky,餐具也唔會油油的。食物選擇:以茶餐廳的常用菜色為主,再加自身餐廳的創作。例如有三文治四重奏:用四種不同餡料加上烘底麥包,比普通公司三文治更加野味和包肚。比較多客人叫嘅係蕃茄湯通粉加午餐肉粒(應該用塊嚟形容,其大小有3x3x3cm)而且香煎到金黃色,蕃茄湯相信係用蕃膏rather than罐頭湯煮成,食得滿足。特色茶餐廳飲品如龍鳳檸樂,檸樂煲薑,雪糕紅豆冰都有serve,呢間小小茶餐廳令人喜出望外。…Read More

食咗一排日本放題,今日專登同老婆去搵間non-日本餐廳。之前朋友食過呢一間,評價甚好。由於鋪面不算大,所以嚟之前最好都係book定位。鋪面嘅裝修別緻,用酒吧風為主,但又不會有那些嘈吵的背景音樂,。如果一個人嚟食,可以同中間部大電視撐枱腳。基本台式夜市嘅熱門小食都應有盡有。我哋叫咗客鹽酥雞,48蚊有兩碟嘅份量,除咗地道原味之外,仲有黑松露味,辣味。想試下新口味嘅朋友們可以一戰。蜂蜜芥末烤雞也是一絕。一份有四塊,而且全部都係雞膇,啖啖肉,不會太“鞋”。醬料摻和的味道不會太辣,老少都啱。本來想叫個凱撒沙拉(保險啲),但由於廚房缺料,所以換了牛肉沙拉。本身並不喜歡吃醋,好彩這店的沙拉醋是偏甜,牛肉唔會有好大tenderizer味。主食叫咗個男人的浪漫,雜扒餐(話明食fushion 嗎),裏面有雞,豬,司華大腸,配以餐廳特製醬汁,不會覺得太行貨。埋單300-400,價錢適宜。…Read More

繼續試放題。今次呢間係旺角同油麻地地鐵站中間,行去大約五分鐘左右,唔算遠。裏面裝飾企理,坐位尚算寬敞。有自助bar, 值得一讚係啲炸多春魚,夠熱,大條,少粉,真係多春,有唔同醬汁任君選擇,忍唔住食多咗幾條。飲品方面選擇足夠,也有自製北海道牛乳布丁。魚生剌身選擇方面俾上一間多,有大大條赤海蝦,鮮甜厚切劍魚腩。羊架也比一般放題店燒得好。酥炸榴槤球更加係榴槤發燒友嘅至愛。而且上菜速度好快,唔會dum你波鐘。價錢合理。…Read More
