To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係佐敦等朋友,點知佢遲大到。正值中午,藍天白雲,曬×死人。於是入咗呢間拉麵店,單拖食過晏先。環境舒適,勁冷氣,再加每人一瓶檸水on rock任添,即刻gur返哂。此店最出名就係佢嘅招牌熊拉麵。厚厚的叉燒但一點也不韌,加上半肥瘦,綿綿的豬膏入囗融化。濃郁的豬骨湯連多加一個麵底也不要變淡。流心蛋絕無欺場,有圖為証。此店有分粗麵和幼麵,店長建議可以係加替玉時轉麵質,可以一次試哂該店的特色。本人比較喜歡幼麵,因為大啲surface area,索多啲湯,更加入味。
