店家位於銅鑼灣,地鐘站C出口一出就到,非常方便,一進店便看到吧檯上的火焰裝置,甚有氛圍感,店面以炭黑色為主調,採開放式廚房吧檯設計,客人於席間可將燒烤過程盡收眼底,風味十足。主打日式串燒,種類十分豐富,由豬、牛、雞、羊到海鮮及野菜,應有盡有,花多眼亂之下,直接選了「炭番SET」,有前菜、下酒菜、串燒共7款、主食一款及飲品一杯。7款串燒分別選了鹽燒雞脾軟骨串、鹽燒雞翼、鹽燒雞腎、免治雞肉棒、燒白鱔、豚肉蘆筍卷及煙肉荔枝卷,另外再追加了汁燒雞肝、燒羊架、煙肉蠔卷及燒菠蘿。日式串燒必吃的免治雞肉棒,免治雞肉裡有不少的雞軟骨,配以香濃雞蛋黃,口感甚為豐富。鹽燒雞翼燒得非常香脆,咬下去隱隱有肉汁流出。燒雞脾軟骨串、鹽燒雞腎亦非常香脆爽口。汁燒雞肝軟糯口感配上濃厚燒汁,讓人忍不住一口接一口!燒白鱔皮脆肉嫩,非常香口,無骨啖啖肉。豚肉蘆筍卷,以豚肉包裹蘆筍,蘆筍吸收了豚肉的油脂香氣,減底了豚肉的油膩感。煙肉荔枝卷,咀嚼時荔枝的甘甜汁液滲出,中和了煙肉的油膩咸香,味道很有驚喜。煙肉蠔卷就是一種雙重美味體驗,蠔身鮮嫩飽滿,配上濃厚燒汁結合煙肉的油香,滋味十足。燒羊架熟度亦恰到好處,配上芥茉醬,非常惹味。最後是追加的月見蟹膏醬油燒飯團和海膽三文魚子燒飯團,月見原來是雞蛋黃,將蛋黃混合飯團上的蟹膏,蛋黃的濃香、蟹膏的鮮甜和醬油燒過的米粒一起在口裡交織著,真是回味無窮!海膽三文魚子這個奢華組合更是令人垂涎,海膽非常新鮮,甘甜鮮味,滿口盡是幸福的感覺,燒過的飯團帶有淡淡的焦香,再用海苔包起來吃,甚是滿足。…Read More
