香港數一數二好食嘅海南雞🐔

油塘麵包店最多,但有質素嘅餐廳就冇乜,不過講到我成家最常幫襯嘅餐廳就係「栢檔極品海南雞飯」。佢位於大本營地下連接地鐵站嗰層,而且其實係主打外賣。我之前最鍾意用外賣App落單買一隻雞返屋企加餸,外賣自取有八折優惠,平過喺嗰度就咁買。不過呢日阿媽直頭乜都冇煮,所以就試吓栢檔嘅二人套餐。二人套餐($188),套餐內容豐富,定價相宜。佢份量幾多,我認為三個人都夠食。極品海南雞(半隻),呢度啲雞南雞好出色,一個字形容就係「滑」,雞皮滑,雞肉更滑。雞皮去毛去到乾淨,雖然無啫喱層,但亦無過膩。雞肉無雪藏味,肉身白𠽌𠽌,除咗雞翼,全部去骨,食得方便。隨海南雞奉上嘅三色醬料亦唔錯,口味正宗。如果鍾意醬料,可以叫店員比多幾個。豬頸肉整齊排列,脂肪含量唔高,食落油份適中,但邊位就未算燒至太脆,不過肉質夠軟腍搭救。麻辣鳳爪係套餐嘅特色小食,麻辣惹味,微微辣好開胃。鳳爪無醃到淋晒,反而保持彈性,幾有咬口。雞油香飯色香味俱全,飯呈淺黃色,飯粒軟硬均勻,粒粒分明,滲出啖啖雞油香。油飯裝到滿滿的,比起酒樓白飯還要大碗,男仔食都夠飽。油菜,完整嘅一餐唔少得菜,生菜份量都幾多。個個客都有嗌,後尾直頭賣晒添。細肉骨茶(+$10),肉骨茶真材實料,藥材味偏重,有少少胡椒香,啲料就有豆卜同一字骨。皇牌無味精靚湯係南瓜蘿蔔湯,南瓜打到蓉晒,甜香濃郁自然,仲有一嚿仔粟米。最搞笑係個餐仲有兩粒迷你雪米糍,士多啤梨同抹茶紅豆味,誠意十足。總括嚟講,栢檔係香港數一數二好食嘅海南雞🐔,而且水準穩定,每次都無令人失望。最後,油塘店嘅全部店員服務態度都好好,有禮貌,笑面迎人,抵讚。…Read More

阿爸生日,所以買個蛋糕同佢慶祝吓。之前喺IG見到網店「Kiuki Sweet Bakery」嘅蛋糕好似唔錯,加上有朋友親身試過話唔錯。小店人氣好高,想買的話,一定要記得早三至五前預訂啊。佢個網頁幾清晰,之後店主就會Whatsapp你畀錢詳情。我揀咗草莓百香果x水晶珠戚風Strawberry Passion Fruit,蛋糕有唔同呎吋揀,我要咗4 寸($450),可供2-4人食用。蛋糕偏高身,造型非常可愛,帶點少女風,入面由外至內都有好多餡,層次分明。草莓戚風蛋糕口感鬆化,所以食落好輕盈,中間流心嘅係鮮草莓果肉果醬,食落竟然一啲都唔酸。然後再食就係百香果乳酪忌廉,佢有熱情果嘅香,令人開胃。為咗加添口感,小店仲加入咗水晶珠,煙煙韌韌,幾正。題外話,蛋糕可揀觀塘工廠大廈自取或者送貨,由於位置方便,所以我自己攞。小店提醒蛋糕要45分鐘內將蛋糕雪入雪櫃,並需要喺2日內食完,以保持最佳狀態。總括嚟講,蛋糕味道同設計令人滿意,小店從起源入手,揀選優質嘅食材,例如日本著名品牌麵粉同埋零膽固醇嘅食油,既好食又注意健康。…Read More

隱世平靚正泰國菜在巷仔🇹🇭

去咗灣仔探朋友,我哋一行三人去食晚飯,地膽就帶我哋轉入巷仔搵食,仲要搭𨋢上一樓先至到「新嚐泰泰國餐廳」。從地下門面行入去,我會以為好噏耷,點知上到去發現室內環境唔錯喎。牆身畫上壁畫,色彩鮮艷,整體環境嘅光猛、闊落。餐牌設計簡潔,一眼睇晒,餐廳所提供嘅菜式選擇繁多,價錢屬正常水平,但原來份量超多。見到實物之後,我直頭改口話係抵食!黃咖喱海鮮跟薄餅($108),咖喱有幾款口味可選,我要咗嘅黃咖喱香而不辣,仲帶微微椰香,實屬老少咸宜之選。醬汁正之餘,跟配嘅薄餅更加係畫龍點睛,蘸汁食一流,而薄餅本身都好軟熟。海鮮包括爽彈鮮蝦、青口同魷魚等,另外仲有三色燈籠椒同薯仔。曼谷海南雞($98/半隻),半隻海南雞好足秤,海南雞既肥美又厚肉。除咗雞翼位置,其他部位經已去骨。雞胸位置白𠽌𠽌,肉質嫩滑,一啲都唔嚡。泰式口味主要係跟辣醬,辣辣哋幾惹味。粉絲大頭蝦煲($208),我哋無嗌主食嘅原因,係因為嗌咗粉絲煲。大頭蝦煲真材實料,面頭兩隻大蝦先聲奪人,蝦頭充滿蝦膏,蝦香十足,唯一美中不足就係肉質結實啲就好。粉絲墊底索盡大頭蝦精華,而且仲加咗各種食材同香料調味,例如花椒八角同肉桂等,一啲都唔馬虎。串燒沙嗲($88/6串),串燒有豬同雞可選,餐廳並容許雙併。估唔到串燒咁大串,每串有五至六嚿肉,並且充滿燒烤嘅香氣;而肉味亦比想像中濃郁。沙嗲汁幾香口,不過由於啲肉大大件,就顯得啲汁唔夠多,哈哈。飲品方面,原本覺得成四十蚊都有啲貴,不過個杯其實大到好似個榨咁,Share飲都夠。泰式青檸檬茶($40)真係唔同港式檸茶,佢並非紅茶底,而係用上泰茶底,有浸獨特嘅香氣。糖水另上,可自行調節甜度。椰汁冰($40),呢個同樣大大杯,椰汁冰椰香突出,味道自然,口感幾順滑。總括嚟講,唔係朋友介紹,真係唔知道灣仔有間咁高質嘅泰菜店。不過可能我大鄉里,雖則佢係樓上舖,但晚市都坐滿人。無他嘅,佢平靚正嘛。…Read More

香港人自己打造嘅燒肉品牌🐮

棉登徑內有一間人氣頗高嘅燒肉店,我哋想幫襯好耐,呢日終於搵啱機會。一到步,店員隨即熱情招待,並簡單介紹菜式。餐廳環境都唔錯,有一大幅牆畫。餐廳菜式選擇繁多,無論肉類定料理都有好多選擇,而呢兩方面嘅出品都有質素。題外話,餐枱夠大張,食得暢快舒服,佢個爐火侯亦OK,係爐面細啲。老饕澳洲M5/M6和牛牛板腱($198),雖然成二百蚊先得五塊,不過大大片之餘,而且堅係和牛。佢並非好重雪花、入口即溶嗰種,但反而肉味更濃郁。香蔥薄切牛舌($82),薄切牛舌一客有七片,肉質彈牙,但唔韌,本身輕輕用咗胡椒吊味,如果想再香口啲,可以加香蔥。全天然豚肉五花腩($130),豚肉不比牛肉遜色,厚切豬腩色澤鮮嫩,燒完之後,充滿油香,但未覺油膩。五花腩配埋生菜食,好搭調。揚櫻花蝦豆腐($68),前菜我哋要咗炸豆腐,豆腐四四方方,好大件,外層經薄炸,而且蘸滿木魚同櫻花蝦,好惹味呢。旁邊嘅泡菜同中華沙律則係贈送嘅前菜。蘋果木煙燻松露和牛他他($158),和牛他他用個樽仔裝住,皆因餐廳用蘋果木煙燻,再交俾客人將啲煙䆁放出嚟。店員建議撈匀晒生蛋、筍絲同黑松露醬一齊食,他他肉質軟腍,一啲都唔腥。櫻花蝦餃子($68),餃子一客有四隻,上面佈滿櫻花蝦,而入面就包裹多汁肉餡,唯一挑剔嘅地方就係餃皮偏厚。松露肉碎炒飯($108),朋友係澱粉質怪人,所以嗌多咗個飯,我其實食完上面啲嘢都已經飽咗七成。炒飯用石鍋上,有啲似韓式嗰種。炒飯帶有黑松露香,而肉碎就可揀牛肉或雞肉。呢度每枱都有自助啤酒機,但唔飲啤酒都有其他選擇,我哋就要咗富士高砂梅酒($68),甜甜的,Cheers。總括嚟講,餐廳嘅食物質素有水準,而其他各方面亦令人滿意。我睇餐牌見到介紹寫,原來牛魔係由香港人自己打造嘅燒肉品牌🐮,佢哋果然做得到、做得好,無令人失望。…Read More

開心情人節晚餐💕

我同男朋友不嬲都鍾意正日前後先慶祝情人節,因為愛大家嘅每日都係情人節,唔需要正日出去食咁多人。我哋揀咗位於K11 Musea嘅「Velo Italian Bar & Grill」。我哋預先喺網上訂座,一去到店員好快就有我哋資料同安排入座,整體服務態度幾好。餐廳面積幾大,環境都唔錯,雖然冇海景,但都感覺開揚。店員先為我哋送上麵包籃,食住包包再睇餐牌。餐牌中英對照,圖文並茂。我哋詢問店員菜式資料,佢哋都能一一回答同埋提供建議,抵讚。冷吞拿魚醬汁伴小牛肉片Vitello Tonnato($248),呢款前菜好正,惹味開胃得嚟又唔重口味。喺其他地方食呢道菜,好多時都會見到好多醬汁鋪面,呢碟相反,但當食小牛肉嘅時候,你就會發現其實佢係蘸滿汁,呑拿魚蓉味道突出。香煎鵝肝配焗蘋果Foie Gras($178),鵝肝邪惡到爆,煎到外脆內軟不特止,入面直頭係流心。好彩佢配咗多士同埋焗蘋果一齊食,所以整體感覺唔會太漏。霜降牛扒Wagyu Beef Sirlion Steak($648/300g),一向係牛魔王嘅我哋見慶祝情人節,就食得靚啲。店員介紹牛扒係已經熟成,肉味特別濃郁,而三成熟就係最佳溫度。佢果然冇介紹錯,加上廚師火候控制得宜。牛扒肉芯呈嫩紅色,食落多汁,牛味一流,簡單點鹽食已經無得輸。牛扒本身原來配咗菠菜同新薯,300g嘅份量令我哋兩口子非常滿足。意式青瓜地中海紅蝦自家製扁意粉Red Prawn Linguine($298),紅蝦意粉一上枱嘅時候,蝦香撲鼻,調味比較強,自家製嘅扁意粉質感富嚼勁,軟硬粗幼適中,佢中間仲加入咗意式青瓜,以添口感。芝士乾果拼盤Piatto di Formaggi($148),Tiramisu賣晒,所以唯有轉其他款,我成日見芝士拼盤係甜品項目,但從未食過,因為覺得怪怪的。芝士拼盤出到嚟嘅感覺似前菜多啲,總共有四款芝士,不過配上蜜糖食又係另一番滋味,另外仲有提子同杮。奥利奥曲奇蛋糕配意式香草雪糕 Torta di Biscotti con Gelato($88),呢個係我喺甜品櫃見到好吸引嘅款式,蛋糕好厚身,有好多層Layer。Orea曲奇忌廉同海綿蛋糕配合,令到佢冇一般芝士蛋糕咁Heavy。總括來講,呢個情人節晚餐唔錯,食物質素有水準,如果要挑剔就係甜品部份相對冇咁出色。餐廳定價雖然唔平,不過我認為係對得住個價錢。題外話,餐廳有做晚餐Buffet。…Read More

啟岸竟然隱藏咗一間高質Fusion西餐廳🌟

情人節前夕,我都要加班到夜,所以男朋友就接咗我去公司附近食晚餐,慳緊啲時間。估唔到佢做足功課,知我鍾意食西班牙菜,就揀咗位於啟岸一樓嘅「Still」。我多數喺樓下食街買嘢食,甚至乎無上過樓上。餐廳裝修具特色,放咗植物以添清新感,但佢同時又係酒吧格局,成件事幾得意。餐廳設有5-Course Dinner Set($498),但其實兩個人嚟食,唔使一人一份5-course,店員建議加一份主菜就OK。我哋要咗黑毛安格斯西冷配甜椒沙律($368),菜式擺盤好靚,色彩繽紛,而牛扒肉芯就呈嫩粉紅色。牛扒本身靚,再加上處理得好,肉香濃厚,肥瘦適中。三色甜椒沙律切絲,煮到淋晒,好香甜、無草青味,色香味俱全。套餐方面,第一道菜Starter唔使揀,就係黑毛豬火腿及辣肉腸火腿,每款各有20克。火腿質素唔錯,特別係辣肉腸,帶煙燻鹹香。佢哋配以橄欖粒同自家製酸種麵包食,好搭調。第二道菜係Toast,我要咗生牛肉他他多士,原本有啲驚生牛肉會腥,不過佢混入咗青蘋果/青瓜粒,多咗一份甜香同添加爽脆口感。墊底嘅多士同前菜唔同,質感鬆軟好多。第三道菜係Tapas,香煎慢煮八爪魚,八爪魚腳幾大條,肉質比想像中軟腍,一啲都唔硬。八爪魚除咗煎香,調味上亦心思十足,其中泡菜蛋黃醬最特別,鹹鹹辣辣,似曾相識嘅味道。第四道菜係主菜Main,我哋揀咗招牌西斑牙海鮮炒飯。雖然個碟就唔巨型,不過份量都唔少,兼且相當足料,海鮮有三文魚籽、鮮蝦、魷魚同埋左口魚邊等。炒飯惹味得嚟,唔會太重口味,但同時又能吸收海鮮精華。第五道菜係甜品Dessert,我哋加$25要咗特濃朱古力心太軟配柚子雪葩。心太軟切開後,軟心朱古力一湧而出,蛋糕層有些少海綿感,朱古力味香濃,但又唔會太甜。柚子雪葩好大球,好似飲緊柚子蜜咁,但我覺得同朱古力唔算好夾。我加$78要咗西班牙果酒Sangria,佢係西班牙菜唔可以或缺嘅一部份。紅酒底感覺最原始,入面加咗唔少水果,開頭覺得酒味幾重,但飲飲下習慣咗,就直頭唔覺得係酒。題外話,伴旁嘅係餐前小食,有螺肉同芥末八爪魚。總括嚟講,估唔到啟岸竟然隱藏咗一間高質Fusion西餐廳,每道菜都感受到廚師用心烹調,而且食材配搭亦講究。我認為餐廳定價較進取,不過食物質素都對得住個價錢嘅。…Read More

小清新雙魚座咖啡館進午餐♓️

中午約咗舊同事食午餐,我哋幫襯咗旺角嘅「雙魚座咖啡館」,因為之前經過覺得店舖裝修好靚,係旺角鬧市中嘅綠洲。餐廳環境唔錯,裡裡外外都帶畀人小清新嘅感覺,而且我哋有幸坐喺窗口位,陽光照入嚟份外舒服。我哋嗌咗兩份午餐同一個小食,望落去已經覺得好繽紛,食完飽晒,未有機會食埋甜品。牛油果醬煙鴨胸粟米Pizza($88),薄餅堅薄,餅底好似餅乾咁脆,所以食落唔飽滯。Pizza足8吋、可以分成6塊,餡料豐富,墊底有牛油果醬,而上面就有粟米粒同鴨胸。烤大啡菇野菌意大利飯($88),意大利飯充滿醬汁,每粒都沾上濃郁嘅忌廉同芝士,中間仲加入咗唔少雜菌粒。除始之外,Risotto仲附有切咗片嘅烤大啡菇,菇香撲鼻。咸蛋黃單骨雞翼($38),我哋加配咗小食,一客雞翼有四件單骨。雞翼外層被金莎鹹蛋黃醬所包圍,食落好惹味兼邪惡呢。即使係單骨,但其實都好大隻呢。飲品方面,我要咗熱伯爵紅茶,熱茶無糖,簡單好飲、助消化。朋友要咗熱鮮奶咖啡(+$25),Latte嘅拉花好靚,飲落口感順滑,而且又唔會太苦。總括嚟講,餐廳各方面都唔錯,食物出品有水準,服務態度亦親切。雖然我唔好咖啡,不過我諗小店喺依部份幾專業,餐牌上列出超多款唔同來源地嘅咖啡,咖啡愛好者可以到訪試試啊。…Read More

特色住家中菜在女鍋外賣店🥢

之前喺Freshlane食過西餐,今次就輪到中菜,店舖名叫「女鍋」,佢主打住家菜,即係家的味道。佢所提供嘅菜式幾特別,唔係四周圍都食到,而且以小菜為主,並唔係客飯,即係適合加餸,等阿媽煮少樣。滋味沙嗲牛腩邊($68),牛腩煲超正,大大盒,無論汁定肉都勁多。沙爹味香而不辣,但並唔係東南亞沙嗲串燒嗰種。牛腩邊似鮮牛肉片,不過肉質就係一絲絲,出奇地幾嫩滑。香煎蓮藕釀蝦米鯪魚肉餅($48),呢個係真蓮藕餅,面頭有一片完整蓮藕,造型逼真。鯪魚肉餅唔腥,落咗蝦米增添香氣,而且仲有粒粒爽脆蓮藕。香脆金沙軟殼蟹($78),軟殼蟹好巨型,外層經油炸,並蘸上鹹蛋黃金沙醬,幾惹味。不過我就略嫌炸皮唔夠脆,偏硬少少。黃金鮮蝦腐皮卷($28),腐皮卷有兩條,腐皮炸得酥炸,配上喼汁食,好搭調。腐皮包裹蝦蓉,雖然無原隻咁爽彈,但蝦香更勝一籌。總括嚟講,高手在民間,佢嘅菜式別具特色,沙嗲牛腩煲同鯪魚肉餅絕對值得一試。佢另外仲設有套餐同盆菜,有機會可以幫襯下!…Read More

而家好多地方都開咗Freshlane,雲集咗唔同高手在內,呢日去開旺角又開App睇吓,就見到有間叫「CHEF'š LABS」。菜式選擇都幾多,而且亦有做到會服務。食物即叫即整,熱辣辣送上,份量都幾多,但當然價錢就唔算好平。松露野菌忌廉汁扁意大利麵($78),扁意粉麵條彈牙,松露野菌忌廉汁惹味得嚟,一啲都唔覺漏,佢另外仲加咗大量雜菇同洋蔥,即使無肉都唔覺單調。普羅旺斯式蜆意大利飯($88),意大利飯口感正宗,即係有少少似生米,而唔係單用汁煮到濕晒。蜆選用大蜆,蜆肉鮮甜肥美,其他配料仲包括多種雜菜粒。菠蘿乾咖哩燒雞墨西哥烤餅($58),墨西哥烤餅一客有六件,烤餅皮軟熟,餡料層則唔算厚。菠蘿乾味道蓋過咖哩味,所以整體偏甜,有啲似鳳梨酥咁,我個人希望咖哩味重啲。脆蟹肉薯丸($68),炸脆薯丸外層脆卜卜,咬開真係見到一絲絲蟹肉,算真材實料,反而薯蓉就唔係塞到滿。如果唔想乾身,可以沾醬食啊。 總括嚟講,外賣都食到精美西餐🍽,食物質素同賣相都唔會差過餐廳。不過扒類同海鮮嗰啲,我就感覺始終偏貴呢,或許一大班人食就化算啲。…Read More

放假去咗離島玩,今次去咗坪洲,一落船好近嘅位置,就見到有間餐廳幾得意,因為係和食屋,仲要有榻榻米坐,名叫「茶屋達磨」,感覺別樹一格。我哋去到餐廳啱啱開門,不過店員們都幾好招呼,有禮貌。呢度採用QR code落單,菜式選擇主要係飯同烏冬,以及三文治。佢定價唔少改,主菜平均$70以內有找。明太子牛油烏冬配魚餅($68),烏冬個樣睇落好頹,不過佢落咗大量明太子醬同埋一大舊牛油,所以其實都好夠味。另外仲有兩件魚餅同紅蘿蔔仔。牛丼($78),佢同日式當飯專門店嘅出品好類同,不過味道就更加出色,首先牛肉份量非常多,完全遮蓋左啲飯。第二,佢個牛肉汁同埋啲洋蔥好惹味。免治雞肉軟骨串2串($40),雖然免治雞軟骨串應該係入貨,不過都大大條,熱辣辣。入面蘊含雞軟骨,幾有咬口。提拉米蘇($58),作為提拉米蘇達人嘅我,當然唔會錯過呢款甜品。提拉米蘇酒味顯著,但唔過火,再加埋軟滑嘅芝士,甜度適中,整體感覺都幾正宗。難怪係招牌菜。焙茶法式焦糖燉蛋($45),我略嫌焦糖燉蛋有啲細個,但好在味道搭救。佢嘅蛋味同焙茶味好平均,再加埋面層嘅焦糖,非常搭調。紅棗黑糖薑茶($38),薑茶熱辣辣,飲完個身暖笠笠,呢杯相當滋潤,佢甜得來又未到好誇張。佢個擺盤仲幾靚添。士多啤梨抹茶鮮奶($48),抹茶鮮奶細滑,抹茶味甘醇,本身嘅甜味比較低,不過撈埋底部嘅士多啤梨醬,就會甜少少。個人認為可以先飲一半,然後先至撈埋,咁就好似有兩款嘢飲咁。總括來講,呢間和食屋水準唔錯,原本有諗過佢係咪做遊客生意,所以啲嘢食到一般,不過出到嚟發現佢好食過市區好多餐廳。如果離開坪洲遊玩,都不妨試吓哦。…Read More

可愛小包包🍔鹹甜皆宜😛

我久仰「Little Bao小包包」大名好耐,呢日去開銅鑼灣就決定試試。平日夜晚七點幾鐘都已經好爆場,人氣好高!另外環境同服務方面都唔錯。黑松露薯條Truffle Fries($98),🍟炸薯條並唔係普通油炸咁簡單,而係伴上魯「肉」醬同黑松露沙律醬。魯肉其實係指魯香菇🍄,食落雙重菇香。鋪面仲有黃色一條條嘅醃日本大根,驟眼睇以為係菊花作點綴。薯條偏幼身,似麥記嗰種,薯肉比較薄。墨西哥炸雲吞Shrimp Tacos($98),🥟炸蝦雲吞一客有四件,雲呑餡真材實料,有原隻爽彈鮮蝦🦐。由於餃皮厚身,所以炸起上嚟同酒樓點心嘅春卷皮有啲唔同,反而似墨西哥脆皮Tacos。炸物以甜甜酸酸嘅菠蘿莎莎同牛油果醬調味,既新穎又搭調。招牌豬腩包Pork Belly Bao($98),餐廳嘅小包包(Bao)唔係一般漢堡包🍔,因為麵包用上饅頭包,質感非常鬆軟,而且甜甜哋,更能突顯醬汁同餡嘅味道。🐷豬腩係招牌口味,入面夾住四大件慢煮豬腩肉,肉質軟腍,滷得入味,配上pm海鮮茄汁,進一步提升滋味。其他食材仲包括酸瓜、大蔥紫蘇葉沙律同芝麻醬等,成個組合好正,連平日唔食大蔥嘅我都破例食埋😋。同時,我覺得呢道菜有啲似台灣小食刈包。天婦羅軟殼蟹包Soft Shell Crab Tempura Bao($138),軟殼蟹包係期間限定款式✨,呢個包包比起另一款巨型,而入面隻軟殼蟹就比個包還要大🦀,麵包完全遮蓋唔住。軟殼蟹以天婦羅方式脆炸,炸漿層薄薄的,蟹肉肥美飽滿,仲滲出微微酒香。大包仲夾住一堆蟹籽蘿蔔沙律,蟹籽爆漿脆卜卜,醃蘿蔔都脆,但由於易出水,所以食到尾段個包濕濕哋,稍為影響口感。餐廳嘅甜品同樣係包包🍨,我哋要咗兩款口味,分別係鹽味雪糕包Salted Ice Cream Bao($48)同埋榛子意式雪糕包Hazelnut Gelato Ice Cream Bao($78),後者係期間限定款式。雪糕包的骰可愛,麵包炸至金黃色,沾上少量砂糖,感覺有啲似四川小食炸饅頭。鹽味雪糕同焦糖醬互相配合,相映成趣。🌰榛子口味即係好似食緊Nutella咁,再加埋朱古力碎,甜甜的。如果兩者比較,我鍾意海鹽焦糖多啲。飲品方面,靚靚粉紅色嘅係🌸Cocktail: Sakura Breeze($88),佢由伏特加、櫻花、檸檬同薄荷葉所溝成,櫻花味道自然,唔會太甜,而且酒精濃度唔高,易入口。另一杯係🍊Mocktail: Yuzu Maple Soda($58),第一啖飲完全係衝突味蕾,味道富層次,百般滋味在口中。柚子味最為突出,並同時滲出楓糖香,最後仲有紫蘇葉同海鹽嘅回甘味道,海鹽唔係得鹹,而係帶點煙燻味。總括嚟講,小包包唔係浪得虛名,原本以為只係打卡噱頭嘢,點知味道都唔錯,又有特色,係好出色嘅Fusion菜,推介一試!…Read More

每次由尖東天文臺道嗰邊行過去諾士佛台,第一間經過見到嘅就係西班牙餐廳「EL CID」。我想試呢間餐廳好耐,朋友接我放工食飯,我就提議不如幫襯佢😆。呢度環境幾舒服,整體裝修都幾靚,充滿民族色彩🌈。由於唔係純酒吧,所以冇隔離舖咁嘈雜,適合同朋友品嚐美食同埋暢談。餐廳菜式選擇繁多,從餐牌上可以見到多款經典西班牙菜🇪🇸。就算唔食嘢,齋嚟飲杯嘢亦OK。佢定價屬中上水平,始終係尖沙咀區吧。西班牙大蝦海鮮焗飯($380/2位),西班牙大鑊飯Paella口味正宗🥘,飯粒幾有咬口兼入味,海鮮汁香濃而唔重口味,落少少檸檬汁就更加開胃🍋。焗飯真材實料,蘊含多種海鮮,包括四隻大蝦、三隻青口同鱈魚肉等;🦐虎蝦好正、好巨型,新鮮彈牙。焗香草田螺牛骨髓($130),🦴牛骨髓上面放咗田螺一併焗製,呢個組合第一次見,估唔到又幾夾。🐮牛骨髓好邪惡,油脂滿瀉,鹹香味濃,一啲都唔腥;田螺口感微爽🐚,配上香草同牛骨髓 調味,比起出面用蒜蓉焗更惹味。題外話,墊底嘅鹽山純粹裝飾作用。西班牙特飲Red Sangria($108/杯),每當去到西班牙餐廳,就會好自然嗌杯果酒Sangria,我鍾意紅酒底🍷,因為最搭調。果酒大大杯,抵飲;另外亦夠晒冰凍。佢酒精濃度同甜度適中,易入口,啱晒女仔飲。冬日特飲Asia Heat($68),飲品名有個Heat字,原來真係熱飲嚟🔥。特飲由檸檬汁、碟豆花、荔枝同薑味糖漿等所溝成,薑味好突出,飲落暖笠笠,有潤喉嘅感覺。同時,飲品嘅酸味亦都明顯,但又有荔枝嘅甜味中和,可算係百般滋味。總括嚟講,呢間西班牙餐館唔錯👍,食物質素有水準。店員服務態度專業,並介紹主廚Danny曾經到訪西班牙深造交流,廚藝有保證。再者,唔講唔知,餐廳原來已經喺度經營咗三十年,多年來屹立不倒,相當難得!…Read More

食得暢快之牡蠣酒場🍹🍤🦪

放工同朋友去咗銅鑼灣食飯,佢想食生蠔,所以就揀咗「牡蠣酒場」。雖然我唔好生蠔,不過餐廳仲有好多其他嘢食,唔使擔心😊。呢度環境同氣氛令人舒服,係放工到訪嘅好去處。店員服務態度有禮,清楚菜式內容,並主動提供協助👍。餐廳所提供嘅菜式涵蓋生蠔、串燒、小食同麵食等,當中融匯西日烹調煮法。顧名思義,餐廳主打生蠔,👨🏻並有師傅即場開蠔‍,佢引入日本各地嘅牡蠣,並用上地圖顯示來源地🗺️。朋友揀咗德島鳴門($98/中Size)同北海道Maruemon($88/中小Size),兩款大小相若,共通點係重海水味同爽口,而後者則再濃郁啲同Creamy啲🦪。由於啲蠔靚,所以推薦原汁原味品嚐。不過如果想要新意思,可以試吓餐廳嘅特調口味,例如有泰式青檸同海膽牛肉清湯等。煙三文魚Mousse薯仔沙律($88),🥗沙律好大份,上層係田園沙律菜,而下層就係由粒狀同糊狀嘅薯仔所混合而成🥔,食落凍凍哋,幾正;入面仲加咗煙三文魚慕絲,但煙燻鹹香味就未算突出。天婦羅明太子($68),明太子菜式食得多,但原裝連薄膜食都係第一次。明太子以紫蘇葉包裹,再拎去油炸成天婦羅🍤,顆粒口感微脆,並散發辛香同鹹味,紫蘇葉則發揮清新作用,兩者相映成趣。醃帆立貝薄切($128),帆立貝薄切有成十片,每片均配以爆漿三文魚籽同刁草🌿,再灑上少量胡椒粒。調味能夠突顯帶子嘅鮮甜,而且一啲都唔腥,開胃。蒜片欖油蝦($78),🦐Tapas包含四隻去殼大蝦,蝦肉新鮮爽彈,而且用蒜片欖油爆香勁惹味,如果有麵蘸沾嚟食就一流。同時,小食仲配有蘑菇、車厘茄同洋蔥等伴菜,相當豐富。吉列千層豬柳($48),🐷豬柳上碟時經已切件,一客有四件,份量適中。從平切面可見到佢真係一層層,而中間仲夾咗塊葉添。吉列炸皮酥脆唔油膩,同肉芯緊貼,而肉質亦唔嚡;沾蛋黃醬食好搭調,海膽忌廉意大利麵($198),🍝意粉偏幼身,麵質富嚼勁,浸泡於淺黃色嘅海膽忌廉汁之中,味道濃郁,再配埋甘甜嘅海膽,非常邪惡🤤。不過記得要襯熱食,否則食到尾段就遲免唔到有少少溜。串燒: 玉子免治雞肉($40),🐔餐廳自家製作免治雞肉棒,雖然餐牌無寫,但佢都混入咗雞軟骨,以添口感。免治雞肉本身多汁,再蘸埋玉子醬油食🍳,味道更有層次。串燒: 牛柳($58),🥩牛胸腹肉斷貨,餐廳換上牛柳取替。牛柳幾高質,肉味濃,似食緊牛扒,但略嫌醬油落得重手咗啲,不過配送洋蔥,加分。串燒: 牛舌($38),👅牛舌用鹽燒,簡單唔花巧。牛舌夠厚又爽口,但唯一挑剔嘅地方就係三件大小不一。串燒: 黑豚小排肉($38),🐖黑豚小排用上腩位,燒起上嚟充滿油脂香,而食落又未至於一口油。飲品方面,我要咗沖繩雜果梳打🍹($48),味道重橙香,亦有啲似Fruit Punch,最緊要係唔太甜。除咗特飲,餐廳仲有好多酒精飲品,如威士忌同燒酌梳打等。總括嚟講,呢餐食得好暢快,菜式選擇繁多,每樣都好味道😋,而且定價喺銅鑼灣區其實唔算貴,如果餐廳有埋甜品食就完美啦!…Read More

有時中午放飯想散吓步🏃‍♀️,我都會行到去馬頭圍道、崇潔街嗰邊。新樓盤啟岸樓下有成條食街,入面充斥着各式食店。呢日想食台灣嘢🇹🇼,就揀咗「真台客」。小店係外賣店🥡,主打台式飲料、便當、拌麵、炸物同小食等。食物單價唔算貴,但只有學生優惠;如果有加配選項或套餐,定必更吸引。雙拼便當($65),🍱便當可跟配唔同餸,而雙拼就可以一次過滿足兩個願望,拼完後每款餸嘅份量亦冇變到太少。唔鍾意食飯嘅我轉咗拌麵🍜,麵條呈扁狀,有一定厚度,口感軟硬適中。拌麵唔會太乾身,叫做有少少汁撈,如果有得揀麻辣味就正啦。拌麵本身跟唔少配料,例如有半隻滷蛋🥚、粟米粒🌽同埋爽口菜脯。滷排骨有半塊,🐷連骨豬扒肉質軟腍、多汁,滷得幾夠味,而且無油炸咁熱氣。鹽酥雞有六大粒,🐔炸雞具台式風味,皮薄酥脆,同肉身緊貼,食落唔會得層皮。花枝丸($36),🦑花枝丸新鮮炸起,特別大粒。每粒花枝丸都好彈牙,而且食到魷魚肉,灑上辣粉同味粉食,份外惹味。花枝丸一開二,約有十二件,都算幾多。黑糖冬瓜鮮奶($26/700ml),凡惠顧任何便當,加購飲品可減$10🈹,所有飲品均適用。飲品分兩個Size,其實細杯嘅都有成700毫升,我認為已經超級大杯。🥛鮮奶幾好飲,即使係黑糖,不過都唔會太甜,而且口感順滑,但冬瓜味就未算太突出。總括嚟講,呢間台式外賣店嘅出品唔錯,食物即叫即整,熱辣辣送到手中🔥。如果下次再嚟開附近,我都會考慮幫襯。…Read More

放工約咗朋友去K11食晚飯,我哋不約而同地揀咗「NINETYs」,因為之前一齊喺灣仔幫襯過,而且K11店環境唔錯,中間有大大棵樹,感覺幾清新舒服🌿。餐廳所提供嘅菜式幾特別,每款都經過精心設計,食材配搭睇得出有花心思👍。但由於無做套餐,價錢稍貴,後尾我先發現網上訂枱有折,蝕咗😣。Boston Lobster Barley Risotto($238),🦞顧名思義,主菜由半邊波士頓龍蝦同意大利飯所整成。龍蝦以芝士焗製🧀,穩陣地好食。意大利飯係變種版,因為餐廳以薏米取而代之。薏米大大粒,掛滿軟芝士同龍蝦湯汁,食落口感幾得意,而且冇咁飽滯,亦都健康啲。Asian Style Citrus Spring Chicken($198),🐔春雞好大份,有兩邊脾同胸肉,即係集齊最多肉嘅部位。雞肉肉質細嫩,雞皮微脆,並滲出少少柚香。同時,菜式仲附上兩隻溫泉蛋🍳,一督即刻爆曬漿。我哋冇睇清楚餐牌細項,原來呢碟都配以薏米,同另一款撞咗,不過好彩味道都清爽,仲多咗粟米同果仁添。總括嚟講,今晚嘅晚餐賣相精緻🍽,味道別具特色,可能有人會認為調味比較淡,但就正正能突顯食材本身嘅味道。最後,店員服務態度有禮,抵讚!…Read More
