棉登徑內有一間人氣頗高嘅燒肉店,我哋想幫襯好耐,呢日終於搵啱機會。一到步,店員隨即熱情招待,並簡單介紹菜式。餐廳環境都唔錯,有一大幅牆畫。餐廳菜式選擇繁多,無論肉類定料理都有好多選擇,而呢兩方面嘅出品都有質素。題外話,餐枱夠大張,食得暢快舒服,佢個爐火侯亦OK,係爐面細啲。老饕澳洲M5/M6和牛牛板腱($198),雖然成二百蚊先得五塊,不過大大片之餘,而且堅係和牛。佢並非好重雪花、入口即溶嗰種,但反而肉味更濃郁。香蔥薄切牛舌($82),薄切牛舌一客有七片,肉質彈牙,但唔韌,本身輕輕用咗胡椒吊味,如果想再香口啲,可以加香蔥。全天然豚肉五花腩($130),豚肉不比牛肉遜色,厚切豬腩色澤鮮嫩,燒完之後,充滿油香,但未覺油膩。五花腩配埋生菜食,好搭調。揚櫻花蝦豆腐($68),前菜我哋要咗炸豆腐,豆腐四四方方,好大件,外層經薄炸,而且蘸滿木魚同櫻花蝦,好惹味呢。旁邊嘅泡菜同中華沙律則係贈送嘅前菜。蘋果木煙燻松露和牛他他($158),和牛他他用個樽仔裝住,皆因餐廳用蘋果木煙燻,再交俾客人將啲煙䆁放出嚟。店員建議撈匀晒生蛋、筍絲同黑松露醬一齊食,他他肉質軟腍,一啲都唔腥。櫻花蝦餃子($68),餃子一

櫻花蝦餃子($68),餃子一客有四隻,上面佈滿櫻花蝦,而入面就包裹多汁肉餡,唯一挑剔嘅地方就係餃皮偏厚。

松露肉碎炒飯($108),朋友係澱粉質怪人,所以嗌多咗個飯,我其實食完上面啲嘢都已經飽咗七成。炒飯用石鍋上,有啲似韓式嗰種。炒飯帶有黑松露香,而肉碎就可揀牛肉或雞肉。

總括嚟講,餐廳嘅食物質素有水準,而其他各方面亦令人滿意。我睇餐牌見到介紹寫,原來牛魔係由香港人自己打造嘅燒肉品牌🐮,佢哋果然做得到、做得好,無令人失望。
