睇返D舊相,先記得上個月食左間好野,要記錄一下。辣炒豬肉 $268記得響韓國食過呢個辣炒豬肉,原來香港都食得到! 以韓辣醬醃過的爽脆豬肉片,加入大豆芽、韮菜同洋蔥等配料,真係愈炒愈惹味!豬肉好爽口,是韓式的甜辣醬,香多過辣,怕辣的朋友都可以試試。盤邊有菠蘿配菜,好清甜!在滿天星的裝飾下食飯,真係特別有氣氛架!粟米芝士煮到半溶就食得,邪惡的拉絲呀!海鮮煎餅 $118煎餅餅底脆脆地又軟綿綿的,口感一流。配料份量足,有魷魚、蝦仁、韮菜、辣椒絲等。煎餅點吓旁邊的特制醬油,更滋味,記得襯熱食呀!原味米酒 $105初試韓國米酒,甜甜地米味濃又好滑,酒精味唔算太嗆。不過真係好太碗,兩個人飲唔曬,三至四人分享都夠。…Read More

最近試左間西餐,無論食物質素和環境都唔錯,值得推介。主菜類的價位平均二百幾,任何一款加$50可以變成 set (餐湯 +飽 + 茶啡 + 甜品)。鍾意佢夠 flexible, 唔使成日限定 dinner set A, B 餐咁單調。套餐包括蕃茄濃湯同芝士蒜蓉包小小一片包包勁芝士,簡直大愛,蒜味唔太濃,口感係軟淋淋果種,好好味。蕃茄濃湯真係好夠濃,明顯足料打出來,味道酸酸地,幾開胃。櫻桃木輕煙熏生阿根廷粉紅蝦咯嗲- 餐廳的 signature dish, 見 menu 張相都好吸引,忍唔住叫左,果然冇令人失望。上枱時有個玻璃蓋住,內裡煙霧瀰漫,隱約聞到少少木香,成件事充滿了仙氣。開蓋之後飄出了一陣陣輕煙,然後就見到靚靚咯嗲了。有兩隻大份的原隻刺身蝦,結實鮮甜,仲有類似食生蠔用的茄汁調味,一人一隻都幾滿足。鋪底圍邊的亦是刺身蝦肉,配上少少黑橄欖,另一番風味。有食得既鮮蝦 cocktail,又豈能冇杯飲得的呢?呢個時候,飮 Margarita 最夾。清爽的口感,加上咸酸苦的味道,凍凍地幾醒神。清一清味蕾,再歎隻大蝦刺身,感覺超正。法式紅酒燴和牛臉 - 和牛臉用紅酒汁來燴,煮到好淋好入味。食到好香牛油味,有少少似牛舌的味道。唔會似牛扒咁韌,好容易食,最啱D喜愛淋滑牛肉的人士。伴碟有很多蔬菜,例如車厘茄、蘆筍、小红皮蘿蔔、黑松露薯蓉,全部高級野,亦真係好好食。套餐甜品- 芝士蛋糕,口感好軟好滑,有豆腐的感覺。而且伴碟的 declaration 亦係好有誠意,套餐甜品來講真的攞滿分。濃香熱奶茶用來送甜品真心 perfect match! 窗邊的卡位,氣氛都唔錯架。餐廳有 live band, happy hour 又有買二送一,下次放工再來飲返兩杯。成餐飯由頭至尾都好有水準,抵讚。…Read More

又係單拖的日子,對自己好D,食碗貴野。天文台道的斜路上,以前好似係間酒吧,而家變左拉麵店。牛骨超濃厚秘伝醬油,聽到已經夠吸引。佢仲有個好勁既名,叫 「極牛拉麵」,等我試下有幾牛先!一張 order 紙上選擇多多,由湯底的濃度、麵的硬度、配料如紅椒絲、葱粒、洋蔥、荀、紫菜同芽菜等等全部都可以選擇份量。除左牛之外,全部配料 double up ,不另收費,當然咪蝕底。牛骨湯底夠濃醇,火炙和牛又夠淋滑夠滋味。牛肉味好香,食得出係真·和牛。不過數量只有5小片,略為唔夠,唯有少食多滋味。溏心蛋係另一個亮點,豐盈又滿足。有炸蒜片可以吊下味,同極牛湯底都幾夾。餐廳裝修得幾舒服,non peak hour 人唔算多,可以慢慢歎慢慢食,都唔錯。…Read More

呢間店子小小,但經常都幾多人幫襯,之前有食過,水準不俗,可以寫吓。黃金時段,真係坐到門口的。好彩已經入秋,室外食川菜亦唔會太熱。門口掛有大菜牌,標明了午市套餐的價錢,五十左右包飲品,都幾實惠。乾扁四季豆 $65一般的乾扁四季豆會帶有肉碎,而且十分油膩,食頭幾啖 ok, 底層就怕怕。呢間只用上梅菜和四季豆,沒有肉粒的,亦唔油,從頭到尾都食到好乾爽。梅菜炒乾了,咸咸甜甜好香好惹味。四季豆條條新鮮清脆又爽口,係我食過最正的乾扁四季豆。樟茶鴨 (例)$58好香的熏鴨味,乾身冇乜汁,但鴨卻完全入味。鴨比較瘦,幾乎沒有肥膏油脂。唔太清楚點煮,但食到佢有啖啖花椒八角等的滷水味,用來送酒應該相當不錯。干鍋田雞 $98有個火 hit 住的干鍋,份外熱辣。多辣椒,多麻子,多洋蔥,十分惹味。唯一係D田雞切得太碎,索左多汁,好辣,亦食到有點累。不過味道實在是不錯的,久違了的好川味。凍檸樂 $19夠大杯又多冰,係食辣野的好伴侶。店子雖小,枱櫈已經全舖滿,但餐廳亦唔會為左做多轉生意而要求客人坐迫D。一般細 size 的四人枱,兩位坐左之後亦沒有被要求搭枱,呢點相當抵讚,所以實際坐位還算是寛敞的。…Read More

機場禁區開咗一間平民食肆,理應十分感動。由於價錢平,仲有燒賣和蛋撻食,排長龍都係值得嘅。B餐有燒賣10粒加一杯熱飲,都係$30,機場禁區內來講已經算係最平。全部蛋撻標榜係90分鐘內出爐,加上只係$10 一個,冇得唔食啦。眼見都幾多人買上飛機,半打半打咁買。仲有其他產品芝士撻、黃金蛋撻(即係鹹蛋蛋撻)、同埋鮑魚叉燒批(堅係有成隻鮑魚仔)喎,選擇之多,同價錢之平(機場)簡直無懈可擊原來仲有鳳凰卷,可惜唔見有人買喎⋯⋯最後我叫咗一份燒賣餐,另加一個蛋撻,都係$40。可惜無論燒賣同埋蛋撻都係凍嘅😩,好失望,咁大個人第一次食凍嘅燒賣同埋凍嘅蛋撻,完全唔好味。好懷疑佢嘅暖櫃功能,都唔熱嘅!標榜90分鐘內出爐又有乜意思呢?希望可以改善下。最後,奶茶OK!…Read More

第一次食牛涮鍋,有以下心得 :1. HSBC 套餐,澳洲和牛海鮮只是得一客,之後追加的只能是牛小排或以下級數,因為有大有細,但佢大小同價$263唔抵食噃。於是叫牛小排算了, 大人 $268, 小童 $168 。 2. 牛小排都算幾好味,有牛味,又夠腍,唔算太薄,encore 左幾碟。3. 豬肉唔好味,鞋鞋地,叫左一碟由頭放到尾都冇乜人吼。另外,明明 order 叫左要走雞,點知都仍然有雞,好混亂。☹️4.有 pad 可以 request 加湯,但襟左好多次都冇人幫手。最後要自己動手 ☹️5.主題似親子餐廳,但全部的汽水機、雪糕機、topping corner 都 set 得太高,跟本唔啱小朋友。而且如果用ice cream cone 落topping, 由於冇碟墊住,d 粒粒係會彈到成個吧枱甚至地下都係。難為D清潔人員,bad design 。6.注意! 如果你是單數食客 (3 /5/7 位)原來係需要搭枱的。佢會拿開中間塊板,咁就可以變大枱拼左兩張單數枱,完全的搭枱 feel 。7. 另外,女員工突然間要客人地讓開一個位時都幾冇禮貌,會話客人唔可以「霸」左個吉位。鬼知呢間會玩搭枱咩?!冇話唔俾返個位你,但有禮貌少少得唔得?8.然後,送食物的員工跟本唔知大家在搭枱,所以將兩枱的食物都送曬去其中一邊,而大家選的套餐都唔同,好混亂。9.食物碟設計問題,不能疊起;枱的位置又太逼,放兩肉兩菜其實都幾逼。而逐碟叫的話上菜時間又慢。10.有個羅宋湯湯底,外面少有幾得意,涮牛味道很夾,值得一試。11.清曬枱面食物送一張 green card, 一個月內的晚市可以平 $10, 午市平 $5,好冇誠意。總結: 設計唔得,服務唔掂又唔係特別平,應該唔會再食了,寧願試其他店。…Read More

約左老友吃飯,佢揀左呢間位於油麻地的,因為大家去都方便就腳。是一貫中式小菜餐廳的格局,雖未至於古色古香,但也充滿濃濃的香港風情。叫了四人餐,包一條蒸魚,粟米魚肚羹,燒味雙拼同兩款小菜,都幾豐富。見隔離枱D乳鴿好似好正,又叫左兩隻。嘩!洗淨雙手即刻用手食,好辣手 +香噴噴。不是妙䶖的 (bb 鴿),所以多肉食。但肉唔夠嫰滑,不過皮脆同香,大家都食得好滋味。粟米魚肚湯 ,多料但味道偏淡,全枱人都爭住要落胡椒粉。燒味雙拼是叉油雞,叉肥雞瘦,味道可以。美極海生蝦,大約三份之一的蝦唔算新鮮,但用美極煎香了,感覺良好左D。蒸沙巴仔,都蒸得幾靚,夠滑夠大條,很滿意。金銀旦菜芯,唔老,味道不錯,用料足。附送的糖水,水多料少,唔夠 「溶」,而且偏甜。埋單七百幾,足夠五位食,都幾抵。…Read More
