朋友指引下,去左間隱密的泰菜餐廳。抵食多選擇味道又夠正宗,個人覺得值得推介。辣椒膏炒青口 $78甜辣濃郁的辣椒膏,加入左青椒、洋蔥、九層塔同青蔥,炒起上來好好味。薄餅 $28薄餅唔一定要配咖哩,用來點辣椒膏汁一樣掂。馬拉盞炒椰菜苗 $59馬拉盞好惹味,又香口,椰菜苗夠鮮嫰,可能呢個季節好啱食,正!菠蘿海鮮炒飯$72有別於一般菠蘿炒飯用上的半殼菠蘿,佢係成條切左粒粒的菠蘿上的。鮮甜之餘,仲食得好方便。炒飯大大個,炒得夠乾身。足料海鮮饀,有魷魚、蝦同青口肉等等,真係幾 good ! 泰式燒烏頭 $118好大條,表面舖滿鹽霜,仲用左香茅、薑葱、蒜等釀入魚腮位,增加香味。燒到脆卜卜的魚皮之下係嫰滑的魚肉,大大啖厚肉得來又唔會嚡口,幾 good 的。泰魚辣汁,冇限潻加,正呀!龍眼冰 $25龍眼冰的茶底好香,有淡淡的香葉味 (班蘭?)在香港實熟少有的,應該係正宗泰式做法。西瓜沙冰 $28上枱比較慢,加上已經溶溶地,可能係放左一陣先出來,少少失望。影相冇咁靚,但無損味道的。夠大杯,飲極都有夠過癮。
