甜甜哋嘅壽喜燒相信人人都鍾意,但原來除咗打邊爐之外,元朗嘅麵麵俱到更將壽喜燒製作成拉麵湯底,微微帶甜嘅湯底加上各種配料,令味道更濃郁豐富,拉麵更掛湯呢!不過,唔知日本人見到壽喜燒配上拉麵,會唔會激嬲佢哋呢?唔理喇,因為真係好好味㗎!椒鹽炸雞軟骨小食就揀咗椒鹽炸雞軟骨,炸雞軟骨炸到脆卜卜,灑上惹味香口嘅椒鹽,絕對係最佳佐酒小食之一!麵全食麵全食嘅配料,上枱真係嘩幾聲!有齊牛肋骨、豚軟骨、豬皮脆脆、虎蝦、蟹肉、鳴門卷、味付筍片、蔥花、紫菜絲、芝麻、炸乾蔥等,特別鍾意滷得非常軟腍入味嘅牛肋骨同豬軟骨。麵麵俱到嘅壽喜燒湯底亦經過改良,除咗基本嘅味醂、醬油、清酒等調味之外,仲混合咗蔬菜、大骨以及不同香料,長時間熬製而成,令到微微帶甜湯頭更加濃郁豐富,容易掛湯!醬油慢煮煮豚軟骨配脆脆豬皮豚骨湯烏冬麵麵俱到嘅烏冬一向係餐廳嘅名物,烏冬純白彈牙,加上豚軟骨、豬皮脆脆、鳴門卷、味付筍片、蔥花、紫菜絲、芝麻、炸乾蔥等配料,同樣吸引。…Read More

講到香港地道特色,又點少得周星馳呢!周星馳嘅電影有唔少經典場面同琅琅上口嘅對白,其中《唐伯虎點秋香》可以話係當中嘅代表呢!而位於屯門嘅秋香,相信店主亦係該電影嘅擁躉,因為餐廳設計有唔少電影嘅元素,食物飲品亦以此命名,極具創意;而看似日式嘅居酒屋,其實都有唔少地道元素,出品高質,令我哋都諗起當中嘅經典對白:賞花賞月賞屯門秋香。汝家池塘多蝦魷配酸種包喺屯門嘅秋香就梗係要對吓聯,今次就對咗句「汝家池塘多蝦魷」。廚師先爆香紅蝦,以紅蝦油加上蒜頭、辣椒、洋蔥等調味,成為呢道菜嘅香味來源。上枱有好多新鮮嘅大蝦同魷魚,份量十足!至於微烤過嘅酸種包,非常香脆,建議可以加上紅蝦油一齊食,更為滋味。日本厚切黑豚肉、澳洲和牛牛舌芯秋香係一間居酒屋,所以又點少得串燒呢!日本厚切黑豚肉嘅賣點犯一層肥一層瘦,油香而不膩;而澳洲和牛牛舌芯嘅牛肉味香濃,肉質軟糯彈牙,舌芯位真係無得輸。自家製免治雞肉棒免治雞肉混入雞軟骨碎,加上生雞蛋醬油,口感同味道同樣極具層次。秘製蛋黃醬燒蠔蠔肉鮮甜滑溜,加上店主秘製嘅蛋黃醬,令味道大大提升,齒頰留香。紫醉金迷甜品就揀咗加上藍莓、百利甜酒、金箔以及沙巴翁醬嘅班戟,絕對係名副其實嘅「紫醉金迷」!鬆軟嘅班戟充滿蛋香味,口感順滑而帶有空氣感。一日冚包散-華夫人、賞花賞月賞-秋香以威士忌作基酒嘅一日冚包散-華夫人,混合柚子氣泡酒,加上一層厚厚嘅玄米茶奶蓋,再灑上紅菜頭粉,入口清新,酒味唔算太濃;至於賞花賞月賞-秋香則用上冧酒作基酒,加上巨峰和紫蘇作陪襯,味道清甜,同樣適合唔太喜歡太濃酒味嘅選擇。…Read More
