今次去咗深水埗食上海菜,地方都唔細,出菜好快,叫甜品記得叫佢後上。佢嘅晚市套餐好抵食,小菜選擇奇多,重點係份量超級大!我哋叫咗西蘭花炒蝦仁,隻隻蝦仁都好大隻,彈牙、有肉地,西蘭花用蒜蓉炒過,香到食唔停。佢個晚市套餐仲可以+15蚊轉酸辣湯或者擔擔麵,酸辣湯以酸味為主,內有小蝦仁,係有驚喜。另外散叫咗小籠包,大大個,皮薄餡靚,湯汁勁多,一咬就食到豬肉嘅香,手藝的確唔錯,不得不提,佢5粒小籠包都只係50蚊,簡直係最抵食嘅小籠包。至於上海粗炒,抵讚嘅係佢唔會菜多個肉、或者菜多過麵,係三者嘅良好平衡、麵底都唔會話煮得太爛、彈牙有咬勁。紅油抄手,內餡有豬肉味,上面嘅辣油唔係普通辣椒油,係自家用辣椒製,十分有心思,50幾蚊就有8粒,超抵。我哋仲叫咗高力豆沙,係童年嘅味道,紅豆餡甜甜地咁好好味,如果熱食應該會更好味。四喜烤麩,調味平衡,唔會過咸,一粒粒烤麩完全吸收咗醬汁嘅香味。最有人情味嘅位係佢送兩杯豆漿比我哋,好感恩。…Read More

喺元朗嘅一間西餐廳,成個環境都十分闊落、舒適,仲要不限用餐時間、十分適合兩個人慢慢食、慢慢傾計。坐低一陣就上咗餐包,佢係比一種酸酸地嘅他他醬配餅乾同餐包食,個餐包似薄餅皮般軟腍唔膩,餅乾條脆脆地,加埋個他他醬好易入口,好開胃。之後上咗杯Cocktail(美女與野獸),有花瓣做點綴,如果鍾意玫瑰露酒同花香嘅朋友應該會幾鍾意。要讚下個酥皮龍蝦湯:龍蝦味濃,鮮甜唔苦口,重點係唔會好稀,十分濃郁仲要有幾粒真龍蝦肉;酥皮唔膩而酥脆,加埋個湯都十分好飲。接住係個布袋芝士巴馬火腿沙拉,先講我最愛嘅布袋芝士:乳香一咬就散發出嚟,濃郁香氣充滿口腔,用火腿包起來食,咸味更添層次;另外佢有用蕃茄醬作酸味嘅點綴,令到成個沙律唔會太膩,又有層次。另外仲有嗰芝士烤南瓜沙律,芝士咸淡適中,為個沙律增色不少;南瓜軟身清甜、表面微焦,食落去好舒服;蕃茄新鮮而唔草青,加上橄欖油潤滑同意大利黑醋調味令個沙律好有高級感。主菜有豬鞍配龍蝦尾:龍蝦尾鮮甜彈牙,有海水香,佢應該有輕輕烤焗過,加埋香草味帶出唔同層次,實在令人驚豔!至於豬鞍份量十足、唔韌唔乾 入口即融,油脂均衡,唔會太油膩。配菜為薯蓉蔬菜餅,加上芝士味道濃郁,而西蘭花口感有變化,令人食極唔厭、連黃椒片都十分甜,平時唔食黃椒嘅人都會鍾意。另外有個蕃茄煙肉意粉,蕃茄醬唔會太酸,意粉係窄身扁意粉,有特色,唔會太膩。最後上咗個甜品tiramisu,唔會太甜,cream嘅份量適中,唔會食到成口cream,咖啡味都唔會搶咗朱古力嘅風頭。…Read More

喺廣東道嘅一間日式餐廳,座位都幾闊落、坐得幾舒服,見佢有其他間房、私隱度好,可以同朋友好好傾計聚舊。食物方面都唔錯:最令人驚豔嘅就係佢嘅壽司拼盤,overall嚟講都係新鮮、高級嘅,每件壽司大小都剛剛好可以一口食到,欣賞佢似日本本地師傅一早就包咗Wasabi 喺壽司入面。要提一提佢嘅拖羅,加咗檸汁,借由檸香解一解佢肥美嘅魚油香。估唔到有埋海膽壽司,有海水香;左口魚壽司上面仲有灸燒左口魚邊,好有心思;另外仲有北寄貝、池魚、帶子、鯛魚,無論係常見定罕見嘅壽司都有出現。另外,我哋試咗燒白鱔串,燒白鱔串份量慷慨,每件都相當厚實,燒烤的炭火香氣撲鼻,加上鹹甜適中的醬汁,特別有日本風味。 不過,魚肉比較多幼骨,食用時要小心。建議不擅長處理魚刺嘅朋友多加留意。好欣賞佢最後嘅魚湯,好暖胃,魚味重又唔會腥,入口鮮甜實在,完全熬出材料嘅鮮味,加埋入面嘅蜆肉同海帶,的確係幾適合做成餐飯嘅結尾。…Read More

安格斯牛頸脊的確係不錯

今日去元朗食港式火鍋,雖然有雞煲可以揀,不過都係揀返普通火鍋湯底試一試佢,今次就叫咗個沙嗲鍋,花生味濃,唔似其他店嘅湯底得隻色咁,微辣、。話說佢個餐桌嘅設計都唔錯,個煲位陷落去,唔使吊高隻手就夾到嘢食,係一個暖心位。安格斯牛頸脊牛味十足,一咬落去濃濃嘅牛奶香,絕對可以歸功於分佈均勻嘅牛脂。牛舌十分爽口,大大塊,淥完都唔會話縮哂水咁,肉味都十分足夠。其他嘅食材選擇亦都唔少,一份菜都好足料,包仔豆腐同蜂巢豆腐吸引哂沙嗲湯嘅精華。值得一提嘅係一入座就上咗每人一塊嘅吉列蠔、一塊炸蝦餅、一隻炸蝦。吉列蠔新鮮多汁,濃濃嘅海水香喺咬落去嘅瞬間爆發開嚟,非常之唔錯;蝦餅就夠哂彈牙、大蝦就炸得夠脆,連殼都可以食埋。…Read More
