上次食完仲未趕得切同屋企人試金東大已經有朋友要求再搞金東大飯局第二次去食,大家仍然讚不絕口本來13人叫咗14道餸,食到一半已經有不同的encore要求紫菜墨魚卷 (7條開半)- 作為第一道菜非常好,可以食到啖啖紫菜香西洋菜手打墨魚餅:呢一道菜大家讚到最後要encore椒鹽龍躉皮:第一次食,用嚟送酒一流,有少少韌度同咬口,惹味手撕雞加鴨腿:朋友話好食,但略嫌鴨腿份量較少,下次要加兩隻鴨髀先夠😆蜜餞金沙骨: 今次冇上次整得咁乾身,但味道都係好嘅漁村小炒王:有鑊氣蜑家煮酸菜海魚鍋:今次試咗酸菜煮法,多元化咗,每一次都覺得。如果佢可以再熱辣辣啲更好,始終魚湯暖左無咁好味膏蟹蒸肉餅配煲仔白飯:如果要喺金東大揀最好食嘅菜式,膏蟹蒸肉餅同埋豉油皇瀨尿蝦炒腸粉,真係好難選擇邊樣皇牌啲,兩樣都超級好食。蟹味入晒啲肉餅,連碟底嘅豉油汁都好好味,配上煲仔白飯,飯粒分明嘅煙韌感,諗起又會再想食砂鍋豬潤炒蜆:比上次更加好食,上次嘅薑味冇咁足,同埋上次嘅米粉唔夠淋,今次嘅米粉啱啱好,索晒豬潤嘅味道薑蔥豉油王瀨尿蝦炒腸粉:呢一道菜真係超級好食,每個人擺完落口都會哇一聲, 每一條腸粉都好惹味,每一舊瀨尿蝦中間都有鮮橙色嘅膏,配埋豉油皇爆炒,又有鑊氣又香口,轉瞬間已經清咗盤蝦醬豬頸肉蒸豆腐:第一次試,布袋澳嘅蝦醬好香,配埋蒸豆腐,個配搭非常好蝦醬吊桶炒時蔬:我冇乜點食。因為好快就清咗原味墨魚煎肉餅:encore嘅辣子三鮮刀削麪:又係好好味喎,三鮮係乜野海鮮都唔算重點,重點係刀削麪恰到好處,醬汁帶少少胡辣,勁好味,下次又多咗一道必叫菜式冰火橙花雪糕年糕&黑森林小丸子&黃金馬蹄糕:最後繼續有橙酒惹火即場表演,大家都捧住個肚走…Read More

Lunch 性價比好高只需$1080 + 10%一直都話係預約困難店以呢個質素18點再加埋慶祝生日時有埋店家人手畫生日咭好鬼sweet難怪左右兩檯都係慶祝生日(可惜我次次話去食,朋友一係話而家去日本食好過啦,我覺得香港食嘅好處係,師傅表達製作方法先最淋漓盡致)全場其實只12個位左右今日我心血來潮想試12:00 打去問有無執雞一位檯居然俾我成就到自己嘅第一次solo omakase 開心到爆第一道菜當然係松葉蟹茶碗蒸鮮甜蟹肉入哂蒸蛋內再加上松葉蟹膏好濃香即時對成個lunch 期望提高然後我仲依稀記得嘅每一道菜- 黑梅貝配貝肝醬,爽口配上濃肝香- 牡丹蝦:煮過嘅牡丹蝦汁+生蝦肉+乾烘過嘅蝦籽片+炸蝦頭完美融合又增加層次,淨係功夫已經值回票價,但今日嘅牡丹蝦差左少少甜味,如果唔係,一定會係best dish之一- 雪場蟹併松葉蟹高湯啫喱加少少土佐醋- 炸烏賊墨魚咀併肉葱沙律壽司:熟成好有驚喜,每一件都有唔同口感有一啲入口即溶,有一啲保留到肉質嚼勁又濃縮左魚香正每一件嘅排序亦做得好好個人最最最愛嘅壽司係鮫鰈魚+火灸右口魚邊+魚肝:鮫鰈魚食肉質,右口魚煙燻味充斥口腔,再加上魚肝cover 返個濃味,超好味,直頭唔想吞要慢慢咀嚼第二最愛係tenzushi 嘅signature 海膽魷魚:將兩片切得超薄魷魚,加上極仔細刀工𠝹紋,在兩片魷魚中夾上北海道海膽,海膽爆發甜味,魷魚細膩口感,好好味第三最愛係肥美熟成拖羅因為熟成完肉質有少少溶化但肥美嘅腩位有殘留嘅筋部保留左個嚼感比起100% 溶哂入口更加好味熟成鰹魚:少有嘅酸度完美引發穴子:微暖,入口全溶,如果魚油香多少少就更好生熟蝦:蝦頭帶少少膏,食到既生且熟嘅感覺,但味道唔算好驚喜平貝:爽甜海膽:好香濃大滿足爆哂出黎熟成拖羅碎手卷:加左漬物蘿蔔粒有爽脆感,最後的大滿足因為份量係平時食其他omakase 嘅+50%up. 如果多點甜洋葱同多點芝麻就更好喇最後嘅開心果奶凍絕對係令成餐飯劃上完美句號滑而富奶香,但保留少少開心果顆粒感成餐飯超滿足!!!睇黎下一次solo 又可以搏一舖…Read More

超高性價比嘅8道菜菜單

由開業一直bookmark但未找到合適時間嘗試$780 能夠提供8道菜(實質是9道)試完忍唔住大大力推介俾身邊嘅朋友係近幾個月來,食過最有驚喜嘅餐廳鍾意食牛肉嘅絕對不能錯過 餐廳叫war rooms 係取自英國首相邱吉爾嘅戰時辦公室所以部份菜式同wine pairing都聯繫左呢一個主題的啟發組成一個幾完整嘅故事同menu 手工麵包配烤牛骨髓:- 第一道菜先來一客香噴噴牛骨髓,每兩人分享一條,裡面有好多燒香骨髓+超香牛油+一些香草,配上西班牙薄麵包,吸盡油香又帶香脆感,骨髓在口腔溶化好滿足,因為都幾膩,要加粒番茄仔中和一下 雪茄生牛肉他他- 其中一個招牌,賣相打卡度極高,店家用脆春卷皮捲成雪茄形狀,再唧滿生牛肉他他,牛肉他他調味的洋蔥跟香草味都頗突出,但次序上有點怪,通常是開胃菜先吃酸度較高的,這道菜偏酸。想深一層,應該是想調和上一道菜的油膩感 朱古力牛面頰- 這道菜算是全晚較少亮點的一道菜,用上(澳洲?)和牛面頰慢煮,配上含朱古力調製嘅醬汁,加上baby carrot 平衡返個濃味,正常 乾色熟成和牛舌芯- 28日乾式熟成過,濃縮左牛味,重點係燒得恰到好處,有牛舌完美嘅口感同韌度,而又保持到彈性,油香同肉汁,旁邊的芥末蒜粒仲再提升味道,好好味白蘆筍配法式荷蘭醬- 餐單安排食左一半,係時候清一清味蕾,蘆筍食落好清新,可能以高湯烹調過,唯一可惜是白蘆筍變左蘆筍,襯荷蘭醬就爭左少少 牛扒二重奏- 已經好滿足時,食到呢一部份發現,二重奏其實係兩道菜,$780 食9道菜真係好豐富好豐富。首先上檯嘅係封門柳配炸紫蘇葉日本薑青椒,封門柳外面煎香煎得恰到好處,既品嚐到焦香感又食到封門柳嘅軟熟度,top blade 嘅flat iron 功架真係十足,輕輕沾上鹽就夠,諗返都覺得好好味 - 第二款係京都和牛,侍餐的這一個厚度剛好可以令和牛嘅油香完美呈現,大食如我都真心覺得係大滿足,仲食埋隔離位其中一件,抵我變肥婆。伴碟嘅千層薯仔先至最驚艷,問返侍應,原來用上好多心機製作,先將薯仔切薄片,再重新拼好形狀,入雪櫃定形,然後才會油炸,難怪每一層都香脆鬆化,好好好好味。另一伴碟嘅大葱都好好味,外層食大葱質感加烹調醬汁,內層食較鮮嫰較甜嘅部份。 和牛煲仔飯- 當大家好飽嘅時候,最重量級嘅一道菜就即將上檯,侍應將gas 爐放旁邊另一小檯,煲仔內已經有生米加上西班牙肉腸,再慢慢開火烹調,當煲仔飯再上檯,生米已經煮成熟飯喇~呢個時候,生和牛粒出場!倒入煲仔飯內加入甜醬油,再冚蓋,等多幾分鐘就可以食。個飯係整晚最大亮點,和牛嘅油香溶哂落白飯,每一啖都融合左牛肉同西班牙肉腸嘅惹味,用甜醬油均衡調味過,味道層次又多左,加埋少少飯焦嘅口感,雖然飽到爆,但我地都添左飯。 番紅花香橙芒果雪葩- 雪葩清新,用上芒果同香橙配搭好好,有效減低油膩感,番紅花都有微量,少少木香令甜度更有層次感。 總結- 呢個moment,呢一餐真係無野可以再挑剔,強烈推介俾好鍾意食牛嘅朋友,短期內我自己都好想encode, 希望保持水準。 呢一晚嘅侍應服務真係超級好,對食物嘅認識同煮法都認知十足,專業而不失親切,仲要負責埋整煲仔飯咁全能,整個menu 設計排序都好有心思,多謝俾左咁愉快嘅用餐體驗俾我地。 …Read More

睇完報道話係走築地立食路線,食評又講到食物質素好新鮮,決定去試下。門口排隊等大約15分鐘左右,一邊排隊一邊畫低食什麼壽司,openrice 說吞拿魚腩同三文魚籽係必叫,人人都話好食。進店入內放低畫好嘅點菜單在櫃面,點了一客壽司盛合,吞拿魚腩及三文魚籽壽司,以及燒蝦頭味噌湯。師傅先給我一客湯,喝上一口,唔熱的,有點失望,味噌湯唔熱又太鹹,記得菜牌寫"燒"蝦頭,看不出有燒過的蝦頭,味噌湯也沒有因多出了的蝦頭加重了味道,店子一下子大打折扣。看著師傅跟客人對答,每人都在櫃面放上自己的點菜單,一邊喝湯一邊看,看到師傅拿起點菜單,放下,然後順暢地便從魚生櫃中拿取帶子,牡丹蝦,我不禁呆一呆,我的點菜單在等位的街道被雨水撇過又沾滿塵,這一連串的動作就交送到壽司上,再放到我眼前的碟,心底一沉,餐單雖然是立食壽司,我亦沒有在服務上有所期待,(雖然有加一服務費), 但食魚生保持基本衛生都好正常嘛。。。師傅說今天吞拿魚腩賣完了,我也不打算改點其他代替了,看完剛才一幕已經嚇親,幾新鮮嘅魚生我都唔敢食。壽司上碟,其實部份似模似樣的,海膽跟珍寶牡丹蝦對譜,這價錢不過不失,海膽應該是加拿大海膽貨式,鮮甜度跟平常citysuper 的差不多,牡丹蝦帶點淡淡柚子清香,不錯。但其他三件超普通,不值得為這價錢食,特別是活象拔蚌,薄薄一片帶點乾掉的感覺,完全跟"活"這個字沾不上關係(單點好像要收$48一件) 。三文魚籽堆滿整件軍艦壽司,視覺上都夠滿足,有人說三文魚籽太鹹,我覺得還可以接受,畢竟只是$20一件。可惜一邊食一邊循環看見師傅拿不同客人的點菜單和筆,再把即製壽司放到客人面前,沒有一秒洗過的手~ 胃口是倒盡了。埋單6件壽司一碗湯,盛惠$206, 回頭看一下菜單,較好一點的壽司一般$38至$48, 未至於十分十分新鮮,特別是以海膽作掛帥的壽司店現在多得區區都有,當以築地立食為噱頭,客人對食物新鮮度更有期望,值不值得便見仁見智了,反而多給一點價錢,可以在別的地方吃到質素更穩定更安全的壽司。…Read More

為食的小胖子帶領下,一行4 人去左呢間佢推介的餐廳到達時已9點幾,一入門就會見到吊在門口的魚魚以及一列飯煲,餐廳面積不大,看似有點貴,雖然小胖子請客,但會有點不好意思,所以讓小胖子拍板。這晚真的吃了很多美食,小妹甚少寫食評,但到第二天仍然令人回味的餐廳,的確值得一寫 :)玉子燒: 熱呼呼,軟綿綿,蛋香不重,但甜度適中,好味烏魚子蘿蔔 : 蘿蔔同烏魚子做唔到朋友,點食兩樣食物都mix唔到,蘿蔔同醋醃過,微酸爽脆,烏魚子送酒一流,最後分開食日本野菜併盤配兩種味噌: 靚但貴原條燒赤鯥x 2 及炸油揚豆腐卜: 燒魚係令我一晚過後仍然回味無窮的,火喉剛好,肉質嫩滑,保持油份,juicy, 鹽燒下雖然魚皮較鹹,但內裡魚肉鹹度恰到好處,一流炸油揚則普通海膽灶炊土鍋御飯 x 2大讚no. 2 !!! 吃得出每粒飯的味道,香,軟,濡,輕輕的帶點海膽味,第一煲飯加了芝士反而蓋過飯香,第二煲不加芝士就無敵了,吃淨最後一口,才捨得加茶變成茶漬飯,又是另一種風味,茶漬飯都好好吃喔!!幸福♥sukiyaki牛肉窩 x 2另外喝了兩枝sake, 忘記了拍照多謝小胖子。吃了美食讓人覺得好幸福下次要帶娘親來喔!!!…Read More

叫左芝士燒蠔,蒜蓉燒扇貝,燒牛,燒豬腩肉,燒菜芯,燒娃娃菜,雞泡魚干同埋燒粟米。其實乜相都無影,但食完忍唔住打食評,因為好難食,逐樣講下,首先90 分鐘用餐已經有d趕,但唔緊要,hk租金貴,明白想做多兩round.芝士燒蠔 - 芝士正常,但隻蠔帶腥味,有d似急凍蠔,加上唔連殼,感覺似放隻蠔上去燒豬腩肉 - 85 % 係肥膏部份,淨係食油燒菜芯 - 勁多渣,好老,賣相差,菜葉部份焦到脆同苦燒娃娃菜 - 半棵式燒法,外塗燒汁,偏生,咬到牙都軟燒牛 - 比較正常,但淡燒粟米 - 勁難食呀救命,本身粟米唔甜無味,有1-2舊難食到食唔落,無味粟米加幾粒鹽,食到咀都歪,每舊粟米見到少少燒過嘅痕跡,我覺得好難整得咁難食,就係呢舊粟米鼓勵我寫食評,朋友話舊粟米有腥味雞泡魚干 - 最正常overall所有燒物都唔夠味…Read More

午餐跟同事突然想吃一下辣,想起新開張了一陣子的湘菜,三名女子衝進重口味一番!午市提供1人,2人,4人,6人午餐,另有散叫菜牌,我們叫了2份一人餐$68,另加鐵板水晶粉及一客燒賣(半打),1人餐叫了辣豆干炒豬肉片和酸辣豆粒炒肉碎(忘記了菜名),各付上一個白飯,辣豆干炒豬肉片上檯香噴噴,味道帶微辣,十分惹味,白飯未到,我仨已經吃掉了1/3 , 要停手等白飯來再來是鐵板水晶粉,上桌時鐵板滋滋響,看到鐵板底的蛋汁是剛下鑊,慢慢煎熟,跟水晶粉混在一起添了蛋香,水晶粉挺煙韌,但師傅下手太重,整碟菜太鹹,要用白飯送才吃得下 ; (燒賣不太推介啦, :( 皮太粉不夠香,內裡的糯米飯調味有點怪,如果不加點辣醬,實在有點難嚥。最後的酸辣豆粒炒肉也不俗,豆炒得爽脆,辣椒吊味味道剛好,又不太油膩,配飯一流。整體餐廳服務一般, 1人午餐質素不錯,下次可以一試晚飯,另外菜牌有改進空間(太大陸化了) , 茗茶每位收$10,結賬$292 . :) …Read More

星期日行完街跟友人上來這間新餐廳,沒有訂檯,所以6 時多我們到達直接walk-in,環境不俗,一大片落地玻璃面向彌敦道,餐廳主調以木色為主,有一種寫意的感覺。Menu 食物種類得宜,3個女仔叫左3 個starters + pasta + burger + dessert.Caesar brussels sprouts 味道恰到好處,付上之蒜蓉麵包香脆可口,沙律內還有烤過的芝士碎,味道不會太單調,讚~Lemon beef salad這道菜牛肉味道尚可,但難以留下印象,反而onion比例有點多,由於onion 都比較生,不免偏向辛辣,友人甚至中途放棄了。Elote看見隔離每台桌子都有一至兩根玉米,賣相不俗,立刻order 了一客,玉米上撒上芝士,燒得香噴噴,垂直用刀將玉米粒割下,香甜鮮美,推介~Uni gnocchi自上次在pasta place 吃過gnocchi 後,一直念念不忘,海膽更是大愛, gnocchi 煮得有點過淋,缺乏了煙韌度,幸好海膽味豐富,醬汁份量剛好,味道上搭救。double cheeseburger with bacon麵包鬆軟,漢堡肉未算juicy,home smoked bacon肥膏偏多一點,比例是肥膏7成肉3成,但整體仍然不俗,最盛讚是伴碟的炸薯條,香脆不油膩,推介推介~最後叫了lemom tiramisu,現在處處都走食泥style, 吃了一口,custard 同cream 不夠firm,lemon 味頗重,但偏向像啫喱粉的檸檬味,裡面沒有平常吃到的手指餅或蛋糕底,反而加了像bread pudding 的麵包塊,有點失望,吃了一到一半就放棄了,連愛甜吃的友人都停手了。最後侍應問一下我們feedback,告訴了她tiramisu 令我們有點失望,她聽後打了一個突,轉頭就和她的senior 反映了我們的意見,(真有點不好意思).…Read More
