🍢灘五郷 🔍灣仔船街18號地下4號舖-----呢間日式居酒屋係灣仔區紅咗一排,最近終於抽到時間黎試下。餐廳有室外同內,星期日12點黎仲有得walk in,大概一點幾就好full,唔想撲空建議提早預約。坐咗係Bar檯位置可以睇到師傅係面前燒烤,睇到人差d流口水。餐廳氣氛熱鬧,但又因為係半開放式,所以唔會太嘈雜,幾適合同朋友聚會。 Weekend brunch set($588 二人份)前菜方面,鰻魚玉子甜度同鹹香平衡得好,蛋卷軟滑;煙燻豬肝入口帶粉綿口感,肝味濃郁不苦澀;螢光魷魚漬帶少少黏口,鮮味突出,幾清爽一款;辣炒鱈魚腸調味類似泡菜,口感脆脆的。沙律係自家製煙燻豚肉薯仔沙律,薯仔綿密,煙燻豚肉切得細碎,味道滲入薯仔入面,食落唔會太膩,帶少少鹹香。串燒款式都幾多,三心兩意下,揀咗比較多人揀嘅免治雞肉棒,同埋雞中翼。雞肉棒調味淡雅,蛋黃加上去之後滑溜滑溜的,亦提升咗濃郁感;雞中翼燒到外皮微脆,肉質保持嫩滑,鹽燒嘅香氣令人欲罷不能。 天婦羅質素有被驚艷到,整體用料上乘,沙𩺬魚炸得外脆內軟,肉質細嫩;蝦天婦羅好彈牙,而且炸漿薄,唔會搶晒蝦味;南瓜帶自然甜味,炸完都仲保持到粉糯感。 炸物揀選咗吉列豬扒同廣島蠔。豬扒外層金黃酥脆,肉質厚實而唔乾,咬落有肉汁;廣島蠔吉列咬開後有濃郁鮮味,炸漿薄身,入口先脆後爆汁,好鮮。重點之一嘅爐端燒亦無失望。鮮魚一夜干帶微微鹹香,魚皮燒得焦香,魚肉油脂感豐富;魷魚一夜干煙韌有嚼勁,燒香味重,但都食到鮮甜味,搭配清酒🍶好夾。 主食方面,茶漬飯湯底清淡,帶少少昆布香,加入少許飯素提味,食到尾用嚟清味覺幾舒服;烏冬則麵條煙韌,湯底同樣比較清爽,適合用黎收尾。PS佢地有Free flow飲野Plan~清酒很不錯🥤Plan A +$88-Japanese Apple Juice / Soft Drink🥂Plan B +$228-Asahi / Sake / Highball / Red / White / Sparkling Wine單比大家參考:…Read More

Chur咗甘多日,週末當然要好好慰勞自己。家姐大推我黎試下安平燒肉嘅120分鐘日本A4和牛放題,話佢哋upgrade咗 Menu,佢上次食完覺得好驚艷~講返環境先,旺角店雖然都開咗有幾年,但餐廳裝修保養得依然幾好,乾淨企理,木色枱櫈加上柔和燈光,感覺溫暖舒服。而且抽風做得幾好,燒咗成晚出到去都唔覺得有成身油煙味,好加分。另外一坐低就送上熱辣辣雞湯呢件事都幾sweet.重頭戲當然係和牛啦。油花靚得嚟分布平均,唔會太油膩,而且牛味好濃郁,厚度啱啱好,所以口感亦佳。推介大家叫一個壽喜燒,會另外比多個鍋仔,咁就可以一邊燒一邊洽,節省唔少時間可以食多幾塊😎。仲有牛舌都好唔錯,係佢哋嘅招牌菜式,仲會連埋刀叉同埋沙漏一齊上,好有儀式感。燒完帶少少焦香,咬落爽口彈牙,配埋檸檬汁一齊食,酸酸清新,正好中和咗油膩感,推介必食。.除咗牛,放題仲有豬肉同雞肉可以揀。豬腩片肥瘦比例啱啱好,燒到邊位帶脆,包生菜加泡菜一齊食好爽口。雞肉就算燒耐咗都仲保持嫩滑,配上佢哋嘅招牌黃金醬一齊食幾惹味。仲有必叫嘅老虎雞翼(食咗幾round)黑椒味濃濃辣辣,好爽好惹味,我本身唔係黑椒fans,但係呢個真係好上癮.另外海鮮嘅質素都真心唔係好輸佢嘅肉,例如鮑魚、生蠔、赤魚一夜乾、帆立貝、霸王蝦同埋白鱔,全部都高質。赤魚結實魚味濃,鮑魚彈牙,生蠔飽滿,霸王蝦新鮮大隻,仲有獨特嘅黑蒜橄欖油調味,白鱔就非常厚肉,肉質細膩彈牙,又係多輪encore之選。蔬菜方面,款款都唔錯,但係最驚喜最驚喜就係佢嘅燒粟米!(我哋食到好後先發現有蔬菜area,真心有種相逢恨晚嘅感覺)佢哋嘅粟米同平時嘅粟米有啲唔同,顏色較淺色,切到細細舊好容易燒,咬落香甜多汁,完全唔需要額外調味。最後記得食埋佢哋個招牌花生紅豆芋圓燒仙草先好走啊~單據比大家參考:…Read More

尖沙咀維港景下吃晚餐,食物質素和環境都令人深刻

最近終於去咗呢一間bookmark咗好耐好耐想食嘅餐廳。入到門口第一個反應就係,環境真係同我想像中一樣咁靚。設計上用咗光影同鏡面,望落好有格調,坐喺落地窗前仲可以直視維港夜景。成個氛圍高級得嚟又好Chill,好啱慶祝。今次嘅Menu比大家參考下~前菜有好幾款,特別中意Burrata同蟹肉沙律配魚子醬配青瓜及青蘋果精華。前者淨係Burrata用料靚就已經贏咗,入口好奶滑。而後者就入口鮮味好突出,而且好juicy。辣葱吞拿魚腩牛油果卷都唔錯,魚腩油脂豐富,同牛油果嘅creamy口感夾埋好順,輕微辣味加添少許個性,高質。慢煮豬肉配日本茄子味噌湯聽落好似普通,但係都幾用心,味噌湯底帶少少微甜,茄子吸飽晒湯汁,口感軟綿好舒服,食落暖笠笠。龍蝦意大利麵煮得有咬口,龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙,番茄醬汁入面加咗檸檬同香草,濃郁得嚟又唔會好厚重。日本押麥配明太子荳乳湯配海膽及魷魚就好鮮甜,海膽質素好好。石燒和牛可以自己燒,幾好玩!油脂分佈好均勻,入口真係有即化嘅感覺,配搭嘅炸蒜片香濃脆口,整體幾有驚喜。另一道主菜點咗糖醋茄子、油封番茄、開心果醬烤藍鰭鮪魚片,質素都係好好,藍鰭鮪魚嘅魚味好濃郁,切得好厚但又不失柔嫩口感。甜品係流心Tiramisu,一撕開外面嘅膠膜,咖啡奶油就會慢慢流出嚟,視覺效果拉滿,打卡一流。食落去香味好濃,奶油又夠軟滑,上面嘅朱古力珍珠帶少少脆感,成件甜品甜度控制得啱啱好~單據比大家參考:…Read More
