尖沙咀都有好多日本餐廳,呢間日本餐廳裝修好似去左日本咁,坐得好舒服。呢到有過百款清酒,鐘意一邊飲酒一邊傾計既人岩曬。今次我就叫左一個手工啤酒,佢分甜酸苦辣味,每款都有唔同層次,我叫左個甜味有好重荔枝味。另外都叫左個柚子乳酸梳打,唔會太甜,柚子味濃。首先叫左個鵝肝牛油果乳酪夾餅,估唔到鵝肝同牛油果咁夾,口感好creamy!之後叫左靜岡燒魚干,好香口,用來送酒一流!串燒都叫左好多款,分別有明太子厚揚燒,香口順滑,同埋鹽燒牛舌,牛舌厚得來又燒得淋,咬落去仲有汁,好好食。雞串燒就叫左薩摩雞肝、雞心,好有咬口同埋唔會有雪味,加埋袐制醬汁真係一絕!黑松露炒舞茸落左好多黑松露,黑松露同舞茸好夾,聽過話舞茸營養價值好高,估唔到味道都咁好。最後都叫左個堂煮壽喜燒加A4黑毛和牛250g,首先要炒香大蒜同洋蔥,一片一片和牛煎香,和牛入口即溶,油脂分佈平均,食完牛之後再加上湯同埋其他蔬菜,蔬菜吸左牛既油香,十分香甜。…Read More

驚喜omakase 食材新鮮

晚市重開之後,都未食過餐好嘅。今日終於可以食到預訂咗好耐嘅omakase,真心好期待。今日食嘅呢間叫做鮨逸,喺銅鑼灣十分方便。依家每個師傅最多照顧三至四位客人,基本上係可以照顧到客人無微不至。今日食呢個set有二十五道菜,食足兩個鐘。首先係前菜長崎縣蕃茄配高湯啫喱,味道清新開胃。再來係沖繩水雲海發菜松葉蟹,松葉蟹肉加上海發菜,酸酸地,十分可口。水母頭刺身就真係好特別,平時食海蜇就多,呢個水母頭刺身更加爽脆,好正。第一款刺身就有北海道粒貝,我都係第一次食,爽口得黎又好有鮮味。蟹糕豆腐加赤馬糞海膽同黑魚子,呢個真係心機野,用蟹黃打成豆腐加上海膽同黑魚子,好滑而且鮮味出曬來。之後就係原隻小龍蝦刺身,上台個時隻龍蝦仲識郁,真係新鮮生猛,龍蝦頭用來煮湯,身就用來刺身,一個字正太刀魚天婦羅配海苔汁做到外脆內軟,咬開個時裏面仲係熱嘅,真心唔錯終於到手握壽司,第一款係吉備奈子壽司,呢款魚好特別,魚香味十足,加上師傅握壽司既功力,真係想食多幾件。活赤貝壽司一向係我最愛,佢收縮之後既口感真係人間美味,呢度既赤貝又大又厚,好好食喜之次係日本既高級魚,平時好少機會食到炙燒喜之次,喜之次入口即溶,灸燒之後仲有d炭燒味。食到中段有一款叫做湯葉,佢係用腐皮去製成,加上魚子調一調味,豆味香濃。食完湯葉中和下之後,又食留刺身。之後係白見貝同牡丹蝦刺身。兩款一樣都係十分新鮮,牡丹蝦師傅仲將蝦頭膏整成醬淋係刺身上邊,味道即刻提成左好多。原隻室津岩蠔,成隻手掌咁大,配埋醋啫喱同酸汁食落去好鮮同埋重海水味白蝦壽司我之前係富山都食過,一直念念不忘,終於呢到可以食番。師傅將無數隻白蝦打成滑,再炸兩隻白蝦放係上面,一舊壽司兩種口感。北寄貝同埋北海道銀鱈魚刺身都係好好食,銀鱈魚估唔到刺身都油香十足,好特別!終於到我最愛既醬油漬赤身配黃馬糞海膽,赤身同海膽都係我好鐘意既食材,呢到將佢二合一,加埋菜苗中和,完全做到一加一大過二岩手縣原隻紫海膽配高湯啫喱,好少地方有新鮮原隻海膽,對於海膽愛好者來講真係好正,新鮮海膽配上高湯啫喱既鮮味令人一試難忘南非慢煮4小時鮑魚,鮑魚煮到好淋,加上蟹膏麵豉,味道口感兼備炸香魚bb好得意,好似會企係到咁,食落去甘香可口大拖羅油香十足,無咩筋,真係想食多件仲有白海膽配脆海苔,既creamy又唔膩。食到呢到都九成飽了,不過見到毛蟹拆肉飯配蟹素啫喱又忍唔住清曬佢玉子布甸係呢到自家製既,表面有d生既玉子布甸更加重蛋香甜品係紫薯雪糕,香濃既紫薯味令人慾罷不能!舞茸菇龍蝦湯就係用岩岩既龍蝦頭煮湯,清甜得來正好為呢餐豐富既晚餐作結。…Read More

疫市都有得加人工,所以就決定請家姐食餐飯,今日就揀咗銅鑼灣呢間居酒屋食餐好嘅。餐廳最主要係食燒海鮮,環境好有日本feel,好啱三五知己飲酒傾偈食嘢。嚟得居酒屋一定要叫清酒,咁啱而家720ml的清酒有買一送一,即刻叫番兩支。店員推介款清酒叫三粒米,話好易入口。岩入喉嘅時候10分清香,而且有淡淡的果香,好啱女士飲。未食海鮮之前就先來餐前小食,分別有鯷魚醬同青瓜、紅蘿蔔、粉葛條。清新嘅蔬果條配上濃郁嘅鯷魚醬,加埋一杯清酒真係無敵嘅組合。之後就到重頭戲磯野龍蝦海鮮盛盒,分別有龍蝦、帆立貝、蟶子、時令貝、鮮魷魚和赤蝦!餐廳會將部份海鮮做刺身,其他海鮮就會有專人幫忙燒海鮮。帆立貝和赤蝦係刺身上,呢度嘅帆立貝好大件,比起其他地方食到既鮮甜。赤蝦都有手掌咁長,肉質都好彈牙。北寄貝同蟶子係用清酒燒,火侯岩岩好,一咬落去仲有濃濃海水味。另一件帆立貝就加了黑松露和牛油煎,師傅燒到外香內軟,保留海鮮嘅鮮味又有黑松露同牛油香味。龍蝦就真係好生猛,上台個時佢仲係猛咁跳。而且龍蝦肉超多,十分滿足。汁燒鮮魷都份量十足,加上特別調製嘅鰻魚汁,燒得又唔會韌,一個字正!食完呢一餐,家姐都十分滿意,下次可以再encore!…Read More

美味蒸海鮮

一直都話好想食蒸海鮮,今日終於喺尖沙咀試咗呢間蟹仙蒸鍋。先講價錢先,我哋叫嘅係四百幾蚊嘅餐,呢個價錢性價比極高,因為佢包咗好多唔同款嘅海鮮。蒸海鮮通常係由淡味食到濃味首先上嘅有東星斑,大約蒸八至10分鐘加上蒸魚豉油已經好鮮甜。再來台灣九孔鮑魚同越南大虎蝦,尺寸十分之大而且鮮甜彈牙,明顯係新鮮貨。之後有大西洋野生青口同韓國珍珠蠔,兩款蒸完都仲有海水味而且又唔會太老太韌,一個字正。紐西蘭刀貝蚌佢上菜個時我仲見到佢郁緊,一樣係鮮甜可口。最後先到主菜澳洲龍蝦同菲律賓蟹。龍蝦係西澳龍蝦,有手臂咁大,食完一隻有沖動叫多隻來食。菲律賓蟹十分多膏,肉質都鮮甜,對於第一次食菲律賓蟹既我有驚喜。最後食埋個菜同粥就真係完成呢個完美嘅一餐…Read More

令人驚艷的爸爸生日飯

呀爸今年踏入六十五歲,所以一定要同佢大大咁慶祝!今次,我喺網上搵到一間新派食四川菜嘅舖頭,呢間餐廳叫川巷子 by 鋒膳,喺上環港鐵站附近,位置非常方便。一入到去有傳統中國宮廷嘅佈置,用嘅碗碟都好有中國傳統特色,我已經預先同家姐揀好咗今日食嘅菜式,所以一坐低就已經可以叫侍應上菜。第一個菜就係食四川菜必食嘅,口水雞,全名叫芝麻香蔥麻辣口水雞,個口水汁唔算好辣,味道啱啱好,雞肉全部冇骨,食起嚟好方便。第二個菜就係呢個西班牙向日葵甘栗豚叉燒!不過平時食川菜,好似好少食叉燒,但係呢個叉燒非常之特別,佢係用黑毛豬燒嘅叉燒,唔單止外脆內軟,食起嚟仲有淡淡焦香味,好好食,我咁講係我食過最好食嘅叉燒!第三個就係非川菜成日見到嘅片皮鴨 ,鴨肉同鴨皮分別燒得又脆又嫩,個鴨脾大大隻,同用火長期暖住嘅麼麼皮、奇異果絲、青瓜絲同京蔥一齊食,滋味無窮!第四個係其中一個非常值得讚同推薦嘅廿五年黑醋蟹肉酸辣湯!酸辣湯酸辣味啱啱好,材料非常多,有冬菇絲、蟹肉絲、筍絲等,稠度啱啱好,好食過食魚翅呀!第五個係其中一個好出名嘅川菜,油牛肝菌乾扁四季豆!除咗四季豆之外,仲有好有營養嘅牛肝菌,四季豆鹹鹹哋,好惹味,用嚟送飯一流,食食吓就食晒嚕。第六個係脆皮鮮辣乳鴿,平時食乳鴿,通常都係椒鹽或者炸,今次係食辣嘅乳鴿,仲要係鮮辣。鮮辣係川菜近幾年發展革新嘅創舉,用上乘嘅浸泡水,以新鮮嘅指天椒切成圈後,配搭青辣椒,前者主要係調味,後者主要係上色,然後輔佐以青花椒、香菜,調和成嘅醬汁雖然極辣,卻有鮮椒獨特嘅味感!我建議食得辣嘅人可以試吓,唔食得辣嘅人會覺得有啲辣。第七個亦都係最後一個菜,剁椒花膠海鱸魚撈飯,餐廳用自泡剁椒、英國深海鱸魚仲有靜岡太陽卵,一齊炮製而成嘅撈飯,飯有啖啖花膠,口感又多層次,鱸魚嘅遠,花膠嘅爽,真係好好味!食完晒所有正餐,係時候食一個甜品呀,就係呢個鮮雜果土紅糖冰粉仲有時令水果,食甜品果然有另一個胃呀,食完啱啱好!見到爸爸食得咁開心,我哋就滿足啦!仲有值得一讚嘅就係呢度好好嘅侍應,服務態度一流!…Read More

封左關咁耐無得去旅行,慳左d錢真係要食餐好。有朋友推介呢間omakase, 係酒店裡邊,裝修環境一定好。就睇下佢既食物質素如何。今日舖頭嘅客人有兩台,分別有兩位唔同嘅師傅去serve。首先師傅準備咗ceser沙律同埋一共三款嘅圖盤,分別係醃秋葵,日本蔥同埋腐皮加沙律醬。全部都係自家製嘅味道唔會太濃啱晒香港人口味。再來就係茶碗蒸,蛋味濃郁又滑,回味無窮跟住就係刺身分別有右口魚刺身配酸汁爽口彈牙,再嚟就係灸燒右口魚,油香豐富。跟住落嚟就係我最鍾意食嘅赤貝,配上青檸汁帶出佢嘅鮮味。仲有嘅係吞拿魚拖羅加海膽,佢嘅吞拿魚拖羅係用自家醬油漬,鹹淡適中,配海膽真係滿足我兩種要求!間白魚金泊魚子一樣十分新鮮而且佢都係自家醃製,味道甜甜地,同時出去食嘅魚子好唔同但係比出邊更加好食。壽司都有好多款,分別有醬油蒜粒赤蝦,深海池魚,鯖魚,漬中拖羅同紫海膽。佢嘅漬拖羅十分特別外面鹹裏面入口即溶,有兩層唔同嘅味覺享受。最後仲有一個筋子拖羅飯同雪糕,為呢餐豐盛嘅晚宴畫上完美句號。…Read More

好友生日,梗係要搵間好餐廳,食餐好,朋友鍾意食日本菜,我就book咗希雲街嘅旭,之前未試過,經過希雲街一直都想試!頭盤先嚟蕃茄煮牛脷,牛脷炆到又入味又稔!芝麻醬加無花果出奇地夾!平目魚包住海膽好特別,唔會搶大家嘅鮮味!加酸汁食開胃!燒角切鮻子魚,淡淡嘅魚油香,加上脆身紫菜,味道有驚喜!好似加咗糖水咁甜嘅北海道白粟米,每粒粟米都爆汁!北海道北寄貝爽口彈牙,唔會好似一般壽司店食到乾乾的,色澤光鮮入口濕潤!師傅介紹咗野生同養嘅拖羅有咩分別,真心一食就感受到!拖羅嘅特色當然係油脂豐盛,野生嘅油脂係唔會有膩同滯嘅感覺,細意品嚐就會知道大大不同!燒鰻魚都非常出色,用咗新鮮嘅鰻魚,燒到魚皮好似薯片咁脆,食之前加上日本山椒粉,一流!拆晒肉嘅北海道毛蟹,原汁原味,有肉又有蟹膏,每啖都好蟹甜,蟹味喺口腔久久不散,令人回味!金目鯛都係Omakase經常食到嘅魚,魚肉細膩結實!沙甸魚魚味幾濃而且肉質都算肥美,真係不時不食!幸福嘅味道應該係來自呢件壽司,一件軍艦滿載住紫海膽同白海膽,來自大海嘅鮮味,真係冇誇張!較名貴嘅係淡黃色的白海膽,口感濃郁,肥美,極之鮮甜,紫海膽就偏黃色,同樣鮮!赤鯥味道好清新!師傅打下打下個石垣貝,好搞笑!原來咁樣會有口感,好食d!鱈魚刺身炙燒過,肥美甘香!點解一件壽司會有三片拖羅?原來係來自唔同部位,肥瘦都都唔同,真係有意思!入口溶化!滿足!咦,有焗蛋糕?好特別呀!原來係冇麵粉嘅蛋糕!但充滿蛋香同鰹魚香,又軟綿綿,好好味!昆布魚湯,好清甜,暖下個胃!抹茶奶凍,朋友係抹茶控,話比99分,我就覺得好滑!整體真係好高質素!…Read More
