尖沙咀都有好多日本餐廳,呢間日本餐廳裝修好似去左日本咁,坐得好舒服。呢到有過百款清酒,鐘意一邊飲酒一邊傾計既人岩曬。今次我就叫左一個手工啤酒,佢分甜酸苦辣味,每款都有唔同層次,我叫左個甜味有好重荔枝味。另外都叫左個柚子乳酸梳打,唔會太甜,柚子味濃。首先叫左個鵝肝牛油果乳酪夾餅,估唔到鵝肝同牛油果咁夾,口感好creamy!之後叫左靜岡燒魚干,好香口,用來送酒一流!串燒都叫左好多款,分別有明太子厚揚燒,香口順滑,同埋鹽燒牛舌,牛舌厚得來又燒得淋,咬落去仲有汁,好好食。雞串燒就叫左薩摩雞肝、雞心,好有咬口同埋唔會有雪味,加埋袐制醬汁真係一絕!黑松露炒舞茸落左好多黑松露,黑松露同舞茸好夾,聽過話舞茸營養價值好高,估唔到味道都咁好。最後都叫左個堂煮壽喜燒加A4黑毛和牛250g,首先要炒香大蒜同洋蔥,一片一片和牛煎香,和牛入口即溶,油脂分佈平均,食完牛之後再加上湯同埋其他蔬菜,蔬菜吸左牛既油香,十分香甜。
